Overall, it wasn't terrible. I have been cooking more at home these days, but I had just gotten of work, and knew I didn't have any non meat meals prepared and I didn't want to cook so here we are. I ordered 2 filet o fish without cheese, simple enough order that took more than 10 minutes to prepare and I was one of 3 cars in the drive thru. When I placed my order, the associate seemed not to be in a good mood as she sounded a bit snappy, but oh well. I had no intentions challenging someone who deals with my food. I pull up to the window, hand them payment and as they handed back my change, they forgot my receipt. No biggie, simply ask for one. When I did, I felt I had given the associate a ridiculous request because she huffed and begrudgingly gave me a receipt. After a few minutes of waiting, they asked me to pull up front and so I did and waited for a few more minutes. As I was waiting, I noticed more cars behind me getting their food after me and driving off right away. No worry, I thought, at least mine will be fresh and hot off the grill. Eventually, another associate possibly manager because she was wearing a different colored shirt, looked like she couldn't be bothered and haphazardly gave me my food. I thanked her and she replied, "yeah, yeah," and walked back into the restaurant. I drove off trying not to think off it as I used to work in the fast food industry and giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they had a rough night. I won't complain, much, about my food as it was hot off the press and tasted pretty good and without cheese. My only complaint was it seemed like the sandwiches have gotten smaller over the years and prices went up, but what hasn't. Placed an order for pick up around 10:20 and when I got there to receive my order they had canceled it and there were multiple people in the drive thru upset due to the manager ending breakfast before it's time really should change the time to when you can order it if you can't even fulfill it! Also sat at the counter for about 10 minutes trying to ask why my order was cancelled and nobody even came up def not gonna be coming back to this McDonald's! read more

McDonald's is always good very affordable and very convenient.not too pricey.not too bad.

After receiving a semi cold order. I noticed there was 2 little dead bugs in my drink. Now I didn't drink it and decided to call the store and let them know. The manager "Maria" seemed to be very concerned and asked if I wanted a refund or a free meal. I'm not too picky but decided to give them another chance. So when I came back today for that "free meal" apparently "Maria" doesn't exist and haven't worked there in two years. Plus the the staff mentioned they don't have a phone at that location but when I called the exact same number, I called yesterday a person picked up stating "there's not Maria here". Obviously they like to play games with the customers. Don't eat here read more

I am in a customer service field job, i vosot this location weekly as it is close to the airport where i work. This mcdonalds team goes above and beyond for service and customer satisfaction. If there is a mistake they fix it promptly and fairly. Big shout out to these employees at this mcdonalds! Its not easy working in this type of job, customers dont always appreciate the people that work to get their demands met like these guys! read more

Food was under cooked staff was really rude and didnt have the store under control!!!!

Visited this McDonald's on 9/2/2019, placed my order at the kiosk and then waited 20 minutes for my order. I approached the counter and spoke with a man who "identified as the manager" and he immediately became defensive when I asked if my order was received. Manager then yelled at me asking if I wanted a refund or my food. I could see that my food was ready so I asked for my food. Manager slammed food down on the counter. Food arrived with overcooked fries and the Big Mac's bun was dried out and the first patty was overcooked as well. I then approached the counter and asked for a refund that I was granted. Manager was over heard saying he needs to "get another f***ing job." Many calls have been made attempting to reach corporate to no avail. Manager is a tall, slender white male with brown hair, appears to dislike his job...a lot. read more

Had the worst experience ever at the 11th st McDonald's by Jefferson high school an employees mother was standing at the counter while my mother was trying to fix the order that McDonald's employees messed up and she butted in on the conversation insulting my mother and trying to start an altercation while all the employees were just standing around watching. My mother finally had to come out to the car to get me because the employees mother, brother, and the brothers friend started to surround my mother why the manger who was standing right there witnessing the whole thing wouldn't ask the woman and her family to leave I will never understand but after that experience I swear I will never step foot in another McDonald's again read more
