The McDonald's itself is pretty average McDonald's, but we just had the sweetest interactions with the workers, specifically one we figured out is named Shannon! She is the sweetest, excellent service and checking in and seeing if we were doing okay and if we needed anything else. Literally the sweetest smile too. read more

They forgot many things in my order, as well as the other orders around me. Other than that it was fine.

I placed my order around 10:50 tonight and got through the drive through by 11:03. An older lady at the window started to tell​ me I was disrespectful for showing up as they close. I attempted to explain that I also work in food and would never mean to inconvenience someone I just needed food after work as I hadn't eaten all day. she proceeded to yell at me and tell me to F--- off and wouldn't let me get a refund after I asked. I was unable to stay to argue because I'm exhausted and was just hoping to get food after work. I already hate going through any drive throughs and this experience will make me never come back. read more

Ordered a quarter pounder with bacon didn't get bacon. Missed our flurries so we had to ask for it. Fanta tasted extremely off and our fries tasted burnt to a crisp. Couldn't bend them without breaking, literally all brown. Feel a little scammed Oh, and missed my honey packet too. read more

Arrived Saturday morning at the drive thru at 10:30 to grab some breakfast. Menu had already been switched to lunch. WTH? Only McDonald's in northern Kent County to NOT serve breakfast until 11 am on Saturday. How many people want a cheeseburger at 10;30 on a Saturday morning? Drove 3 miles south to the McD's on Northland. Breakfast til 11 there. We stop at McD's in Rockford regularly in the summer after fishing til dark...go right by it on the way home. From now on, instead of taking Brewer to go home, we'll just stay on Cannonsburg to Northland and take our business there. We won't be bothering with Rockford anymore. read more

I wish I could leave a zero star review. Every week, my friends go to McDonalds every Thursday and the supervisor working tonight slammed food on the counter and yelled at us that if we leave any trash that she is calling the cops and getting us banned. This is a consistent problem and we never have left any insane trash. Sometimes people leave things on accident but it's never anything obscure. However, she gets incredibly angry and has ruined our night on multiple occasion. This woman has managed to make my visit to this McDonalds so incredibly unenjoyable that it makes me not ever want to come here again. Prior to her employment here, we never had any issues and actually had quite a good relationship with the supervisor, however this new supervisor has made our visits so unenjoyable that we are considering to stop coming to this location. Highly do not recommend ever coming to this location ever in anyone's forecoming. All of me and my friends were met with an abrupt and dismissive attitude from the shift supervisor. The overall demeanor conveyed a sense of impatience. The supervisor's curt responses and visible annoyance created an uncomfortable atmosphere, leaving us all feeling completely belittled and unwelcome. It was clear that a simple request was met with unnecessary rudeness, souring what should have been a pleasant and efficient transaction. Never come here. Ever. Never ever. Bad. Very bad. Was "up-charged" again! Ordered a couple double cheese burgers, vanilla shake, happy meal - asked my grandson what he wanted to drink with his happy meal and he said lemonaid. After my third attempt to get my order correct from the drive through, I had to go inside, said excuse me, no one turned around, no one accknowledged I was even there, a guy came from the back to hand me the apple silces which were in a box with in arms reach of the girl who was ignoring me. I was ignored by the employees who were very unfriendly, couldn't believe I was being ignored like that. They got one of our sandwiches wrong and the apple slices were missing - it took three attempts just to get the apple slices. read more

lady I believe to be in her late 30s to early 40s likely the manager yells at my group "if we leave the dinning room a mess again I will call the cops!" my group routinely cleans up after ourselves leaving the our tables nearly as clean as when we arrive. we have even overheard other employees stating " oh yeah she just yells." and this is not the first occurrence, we come to this McDonald's every Thursday and ever since she has started we have been constantly harassed by this supervisor. two weeks earlier a elderly woman entered the door to pick up a DoorDash order, the woman asked the employees to grab the finished order and she was immediately yelled saying " we are swamped the order will be out when it is ready!" The dinning room was empty apart from our group and the woman and the order was completely ready. This lady has ruined our experiences with each other and has made our group of about 12-15 consider not coming back. And you should not come while she is working. read more

If I could rate this less than a star I would. Not only did we have shitty ass service from a girl taking our order and giving us attitude, we go to get our food and we're missing all our sauce we paid extra for. Not only that, I ordered a sweet tea and when I got it, it was unsweetened so I let them know and they hand me another one just for me to leave and taste it and it's the exact same. Still unsweetened. I'm also extremely pissed off that we got home and our fries were only half way full. Not filled up for the top and they're going to charge about $4-$5 for a large fry. I then go to call them to let them know about the tea still being unsweetened in case they have their containers switched around and their phones are turned off and calls won't even go through. Very shitty experience. Do not recommend. In all honesty- I would recommend the cedar springs mcdoanlds instead 10/10 better then Rockfords and much nicer! read more

Really like this McDonald's. One of the nicer ones around town. Everyone is very nice and pleasant and the food is always good.

If you are going to remodel, you must still give out correct food and not luke warm food. I never have had an issue with this location, until today. Got the sweet bbq burger. It was a burger with bbq sauce a slice of bacon. No onions or crispy onions. Nothing. Have of my fries were full in the container and you can tell that these were the bottom of the container fries. Not worth the $8 and change I was charged. Customer service was not great either. Not good!! read more

This McDonald's continually misses items or gets orders wrong. Recently, I asked for an egg McMuffin with no butter and no cheese, due to a dairy allergy. I got home to find butter and cheese on the sandwich. I called the store and the only option was to come back for a replacement sandwich. Not having time to go back to fix their mistake, I asked for a refund if I gave them my card number and they're unable to do that. I'd like to say I won't go back, but I know I will. I apologize to those who will be waiting behind me while I have to double check my orders before pulling away. read more

They never get my order right. The food always tastes old and is usualy cold. And everytime I have been inside it is dirty. Workers using their cell phones while wearing their gloves and then making sandwiches. Just plan nasty. I live less than 2 mins from this place and I go out of my way to go to the one in Cedar Springs. read more

I have to admit I'm not much of a McDonalds person in general, but I'm am not very satisfied with this one. The service can be really slow, and when it's really fast, that means one of two things 1. They have their service going well or 2. They somehow messed up your order. I have nothing against the food but the service could be better. Sadly most of the time I leave the McDonalds with something wrong, not a big deal most of the time but it would still be nice if it was all done right. Management is so friendly here as are the employees. Are always fast and courteous.
