OK where do i start... My friend and i have been here many times before it started getting bad. Bottom line we have not been back even after the owner sends us free meal cards...To me why would i go back if i know i am not going to get great service. It took ten min to get my order and all it was was a sunday and a shamrock shake. Then the manager tries to say that i could have came and asked where my order was and followed up with it. No sorry i am the customer...it is your job to get my order to me. So he talks to another manager is spanish (not realizing i would understand), lied to her telling her i was mad because the order took so long, uh no i am mad because you started to blame me that it was my fault you guys forgot my order. Driving home to temple at 1030pm in desperate need of a coffee. Order a coffee from McDonald's because I hear their coffee is amazing. Well.. I never gave a score of 1 ever but this one really disappointed. First their dining area was closed at 8:30 PM when I got there. They had the note posted by the door then I had no choice but to go to drive thru where they also had a sign that they were closed at 11:00 PM. What disappointed me most I was given a warm coffee. The weather is quite cold here and I was expecting a newly brewed hot coffee. I also requested for a large one and I was told that they only had a medium well that's even better because the coffee temperature was below par. As soon as we walked in we were towards the kiosk, didn't much like but used it and regret i did...placed the order with a mighty kids meal consisting of a cheese burger with no pickles or mustard and added tomatoes, mayo and lettuce and also a strawberry shake and a small soda...we sat, waited not very long and was brought out our order, as we open up our order it was a burger, no cheese, lettuce, mayo or tomatoes but did have pickles and mustard, just the opposite of what was ordered, and no shake, had to go back to get the burger done right and our forgotten shake...will NOT use kiosk again read more

Waited in a decent-sized line at 11:30 am for a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. At the speaker I was told they didn't have any biscuits, but I could order a McGriddle or McMuffin. So I ordered a McGriddle and a small orange juice. At the window I was told they didn't have any McGriddles, so I asked for the McMuffin instead. Well, turns out they're out of all breakfast! So I drove away with only a small orange juice (that I paid full price for). What happened to all-day breakfast?? I would've just driven away at the speaker if I had known! Mireya took my order quickly and correctly. She was handling a busy order time very well. She accepted my coupon readily, prepared my coffee and delivered my order to me at my table. It was excellent service. I lingered at McDonalds for a while since my car was being worked on nearby. The manager and some staff members were hanging the Christmas decor. It was done so quietly that I hardly noticed them working around me. All of the customers were served promptly and pleasantly. I spent an enjoyable hour just watching and observing. read more

Worst experience ever... If I could give it a ZERO rating I would have. This happened last Sunday, May 8, 2016 @ 7:28am. I know this because I have receipt. I proceed to order food thru drive thru. I am treated very ugly and as I drive off, I check my order. Of course it was wrong. I go back to the drive thru, and ask the young man if he could please correct my order. He (Matthew) proceeds to tell me, "Lady it is your problem not mine, you should have ordered it right". I tell him I will come inside and pick up my order. I speak to the manager or shift leader Beverly. As I am explaining the situation to her, Matthew proceeds to scream... "Shut the F*** UP LADY"... YES, you read it correctly he dropped the F bomb while on shift at McDonald's. I than ask her, Beverly, are you okay with him talking to your customers like that? She tells me, "I have told manager Albert, and others that these kids are so rude to the customers; however, they keep hiring them". AGAIN, Matthew intrudes and tells me to "shut the F*** up again" AGAIN, not once but TWICE... than Beverly proceeds to tell him to stay quiet and that the customer is always right! I am sorry but, I did get the wrong order why should I not get what I paid for. I ask for number to corporate office along with manager's name/number. She than proceeds to try to comp my meal. I was not there for free food. It was mother's day and we were on our way to a baseball tournament a few blocks away. I tell her that I have no interest in getting a free meal and can very much pay for my meal. I told her I wanted to talk to someone that could help me. She tells me that Vanessa (manager) will be in at 8am. She than gives me Vanessa's number and Freddy the GM. I leave and call district manager Freddy. Of course it is early mother's day, no one is answering. I leave message. I call back the McDonald and talk to Vanessa who is in utter shock and tells me that she will ask Matthew to leave for the day. She tells me that if she could fire this young man she would, however, does not have the authority all she can do is send him home. She tells me in all her years she has never seen such a thing. She apologies over and over for the incident and the fact that it is mother's day. I get a call back from Freddy. He is very nice and apologies for the incident and tells me that they will handle it. That he will call and pull Matthew from the drive thru. He mentions that he is very embarrassed and that he does not see a future for Mathew at McDonald's drive thru. He then tells that someone from McDonald's will call to follow up on the outcome of the situation. Monday - NO CALL Tuesday - Albert (store manager) calls and leaves message. I call back three times no answer. Wednesday - He calls me back at 8:15am. I proceed to tell him what happened. He says we are very sorry for what happened to you. The OWNERS of the place have spoken to Matthew and he was written up for the incident!! HE WAS WRITTEN UP, not FIRED!!! You heard it ppl. The OWNERS don't feel it okay to let go of such a person and allowed him to continue working and I am sure disrespecting other customers. Now, for those that think it is not real..... WAIT it was all on video taken not by me BUT ANOTHER CUSTOMER.. It is now in social media. I know I am just one customer. I hope that when you go to this place you don't encounter Matthew taking your order. He will make sure you get that with a side of F*** You's and not give a dam that his paycheck is paid by YOU.... I don't know in what place of business this is acceptable. Respect has been lost and some business owners like these feel that it is acceptable to allow this to happen to their customers. They are part of the problem with our young kids. They leave employees like Matthew out there to serve us. We wonder why the world is so different, it in part is because we allow situations like these to go unnoticed. Thats 4-star compared to other mcdonalds, not restaurants in general. Food is consistent. Most of my drive thru experiences positive. Employees more friendly at this location than others. Restaurant generally clean. Play place is very large but geared towards older children, and those older children generally playing very hard and fast. read more
