The worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. There were children in the restaurant being disrespectful and the environment did not feel professional. My food came out cold even though I was the first person to order and there was no one else in line. They were unable to process my online order, and I had to drive around again, reorder, and wait through the line all over. Wait 30 all over 30 minutes again. No clear directions were given to me about moving forward. The cashier was wearing a beanie that looked unprofessional and acted like he had little to no training. Every time we decide to go to give it another chance something is always messed up. Went at 9:30pm this time thinking if we didn't go through when they were busy it would be different. Nope was the same fries were extremely salty as if they dumped the container on them by accident. They forgot a sandwich which they doesn't surprise me anymore. They shoved 6 nuggets into a 4 pc box for the happy meal. The cheese burger add tarter the buns were soaked because of how many pickles they put on it. The mcchicken add tomatoes was completely smushed. So needless to this experience was not the great at this Mc Donald's. read more

Love the people but prices are higher than Bellefontaine Service is far superior here than Bellefontaine. During busy times the line does get way backed up into the road which is a safety issue and annoying. I had a huge shamrock shake craving during my pregnancy and I love coca cola from McDonald's the most so I visit super frequently. I even go out of my way and pay higher prices to come to this location instead of Bellefontaine. Speedy service always, with minimal mix ups. I've been here countless times and have only had my order messed up once and the girl who did the mix up was incredibly apologetic and fessed up as soon as I got there. I've worked in fast food so I was 100% understanding when it happened because it can be easily done. I was impressed by the staff as they let me keep the screw up order (I was given someone else's order) and they made the food fresh as I got there and again, incredibly apologetic and it felt very genuine. read more

Brand new store and we order milk shakes and their ice cream machine is not working I call BS! How do you open a store not even a couple months ago and your ice cream machine is conveniently broken, and what's crazy is when she told us she hesitated. Pretty much your average McDonalds except this one has a dock...and they have a monopoly on the dock spaces so you cant dock here and check out any other shops in the area even if your boat is the only one parked there-disappointing. You'll have to dock across from the Donut shop in the public docks and walk a few blocks to check out the area. read more

After hours on the road and in waiting rooms, we stopped here on the way home. We were missing part of a meal, had to wait for fresh fries (absolutely fine) but only one order was the fresh batch, and one of us ordered a two cheeseburger meal-plain. One burger was plain, one was normal. My son got sweet tea (clear) and I got unsweet (very cloudy-it was way past toss point). Two managers were in the dining room; one at the table directly across from us. They both ignored our comments. I get this isn't a serious job, but it's literally in the customer service field. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Most of my food is never even put in the wrapper and items are missing every time I order. I can never understand half of the workers and they are extremely rude. They yell at customers and basically punch the bag into your car. Also, the friesare saltier than the Karen that cut in front of us in line. I'd rather lick their bathroom floor than order one of their cheeseburgers. A little more expensive McDonald's than area ones. Large iced coffee $2.09 vs $1.59 in Bellefontaine. Plus they charge 40 cents for extra Mac sauce. Other McDonald's is free. The drive thru gets backed up into the street sometimes but the service is usu quick. read more

The last couple of years they have really improved. What used to be the slowest McDonalds in the world has changed the way they serve customers. The newer managers have tried hard to decrease wait times and improved order accuracy. The kids that work there now are very friendly and they work hard. I have always wanted to like this place because it's the only McDonalds I know of that you can boat to. I actually look forward to going there now. read more

There sandwiches are dry the only thing I get at McDonald's is ice coffee and most of the time it taste like Shit.

The manager working here was extremely rude to me in asking a simple question and was very unprofessional. They have messed up many other people's orders since we sat down, and machines are down, and the workers are more worried about laughing behind the counter rather than making sure the orders are right. She had tried handing a man something and dropped it and went on talking to an employee, did not offer to pick it up and only apologized after he left the counter. With all these other issues, she had no right in being rude, they were so disorganized and unprofessional. If you want to go and yell at a customer, make sure the rest of your restaurant is in check first. I have never had a problem with McDonald's before, this one was not managed very well. For a McDonald's, it is just ok..... It is an older place and I won't say that it is dirty but it does show its age. The food and service are pretty much what you expect. On the plus side, it does sit on a channel and you can dock your boat but even the docks are old. read more

Was just there about an hour ago. Placed my order and when it came I noticed it had more fries in the bag than I ordered so I thought it wasn't mine and as I tried to tell the girl it might not be mine she got snooty with me. She took two of the fries out and refunded my money for the two I didn't order which was fine. I asked her if she was the manager, because the way she was yelling at the help I figured she had some authority, and she said yes. I told her she didn't have to be so cocky with me and she said she wasn't but she was acting pretty sarcastic and then she just walked away.....NOT THE KIND OF ATTITUDE YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM SOMEONE SERVING THE PUBLIC....... read more

Of the last five trips to this McDonald's they have either made my order incorrect or forgotten multiple items in my orders. The items they've made wrong were a double hamburger I asked to be plain, a mcchicken sandwich I asked to have no lettuce, and three of those times I asked for a large iced mocha which was either purely milk with a little chocolate or watered down milk with the cup full of ice. This morning I asked for pancakes (three stack). I got home only to have one pancake and a piece of sausage under the lid, no syrup, and a stack of greasy napkins in the bag. I realize most of the employees are kids, but the level of incompetence is beyond staggering. read more
