Restrooms on the men side don't lock and and not secure. I wouldn't feel safe if my son goes alone even if he's 16. There should be signage that the lock is not working and they date when posted and that the issue will be addressed immediately. read more

I came in very early morning looking to redeem some points for breakfast. When redeeming points, you have the option for a Sausage and Egg McMuffin, but not a regular Egg McMuffin. Using the kiosk, it wouldn't let me update the item to the Egg McMuffin, so I went up to the counter. The cashier was very accommodating, and even made sure that they gave me an Egg McMuffin before handing me the order. The dining room was very clean, whether that be because it's still before all the rushes of the day or just because they pay attention, I'm not sure. My food was fresh, and didn't taste stale like some McMuffins I've had in the past. Either way, I was very pleased with how I was treated as a customer. read more

I was refunded promptly, then I replaced the no shake w a med coke. Was instructed to park on the side in the red marker. It was very busy seeing about 6 + cars come and go after me and out. Went in today to order my son a happy meal. I ordered all my items with no salt because McDonald's is bad as it is with all the salt they add. Well I did a mobile order and 5 minutes after I ordered they brought me my food out. First of all the food was so cold and stale, that I know they didn't cook it fresh with no salt. Absolutely horrible customer service. I went for a cup of coffee yesterday. As I proceeded to the drive thru I say "Good morning". No response what so ever and I say "thank you" after paying. At the next window I say the same things and no response whatsoever! Asked for 3 different sauces for my 20 piece chicken nuggets they only gave me two. I work a lot. Sometimes I don't have time to cook. If I go to a fast food place I'm Hangry, Tired and have zero tolerance for people messing with MY SAUCE. (Yes I already ate) no I didn't complain to the manager because I didn't want to ruin the kids night. They also skimped us on the napkins. If you rolled their whole staff down a hill at the same time as dumping their weight In molasses down the hill. The molasses would win. And i would still be in line at the drive through. But let me make your jobs easy. If you contact Doordash, they will tell you that this is a businessman's lie. Doordash policy does not state that we the employees can't order a drink, or an item. Doordash will tell you at longest the order is delivered it should not be an issue. If this has happened to you make a report with Doordash and they will file a report to the merchant.
