Would literally give it negative stars if possible. The girls that work tuesdays & wednesdays dont know how to make a cup of coffee at all. I always get the same drink just change the flavor of the cold foam & theres very selective few at this location that get it right. This is the only location that its hit or miss. This time I walked in the door there were very few people in line. so I ordered my hot coffee and had to stand there for 15 minutes while the mobile orders were being fulfilled, as well as the drive-through orders. So I asked for my money back, including the tip. My wife and I will never stop here ever again. And I declined the coffee I ordered, This whole shopping complex is a zoo of traffic. Usually no complaints! Today I went in to order my usual and they have an individual that is either knew or just someone I have not seen before. It is a female Filipino girl. Wearing a black beanie. The look on her face and the way she looked and spoke to the customers made her look like a funeral director. Like the last thing in the world she wanted to be was there at that moment and the last thing she wanted to be doing was helping you in any way shape or form. I guess I will have to order No Ice from now on, or just go to a diff location. **I only got about 4 good sips out of it and for almost $6 - eek! I always forget about this location it I came in when they had they're red cup day as well as today and was so happy with how fast my order came out and how tasty it was. I say this because I have visited the location on S Main Street and when I've gotten my coffee it always taste burnt... The staff was really nice and friendly and I like the new look with the remodel . "Of all the Starbuck's in all the world..." THIS is the one I will avoid, and I will advise others to avoid, as well. For many months, on my weekly 500+ mile round trips up to the Silicon Valley, I have used this particular Starbucks as a regular restroom/iced coffee stop many times. No longer. As a person who spends way more time on the road than an ordinary retired guy should, I usually look for stops with clean restrooms and good coffee. This place certainly had both, and their coffee is probably as good as ever, but is seems that after so many years of catering to the vast numbers of homeless in the area, they finally decided to close off their restroom to everyone, especially their customers. Unacceptable...AND illegal. I will also be writing directly to Starbucks, but like many businesses, I anticipate the usual "We're too big to fail" attitude. read more

I'm a local teacher I work a quarter mile away... I am on a Dr approved diet and Wednesday I go to a coffee shop and order a blended drink with a nutrition supplement to be blended into the drink... This particular Starbucks refuses to blend it in and I ended up making a huge mess plopping frozen milk everywhere trying to mix it on my own period I've decided to drive an extra mile and go somewhere else where they will blend it for me. the staff is great they seem to have a great attitude all the time, the drinks and food of course are awesome. however there is a smell, when you walk in it just hits you, is hard to describe, smells like when you leave the raw chicken out for a few weeks and is beyond spoiled but actually putrid. the weirdest thing is that no one seems to care or mind. I have been to many Starbucks through out the country, small and large and they all smell like coffee or with the air conditioning there's no smell at all, but somehow this place has that horrible smell.
