This location is the absolute worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Their service is not only slow but the people that work the drive through window are usually rude and argumentative if you have a question. Once you actually get to the window after waiting forever in the slow line at any time of the day it doesn't get better. I know it may be weird to rate a fast food place, but working in the industry I know how hard they work and people deserve to be appreciated. When I was working most mornings I would come here for a morning drink and breakfast sandwich. Every single time customer service in the drive through was on point. My family and I ordered our food online thru the app and picked up in the curbside. We waited for our food for 22 minutes . We saw everyone in drive thru who came after us leave way before us. My husband finally went in and talked to a manager named Christine . She was very rude and said she was waiting on our hamburger that we ordered with only meat and the bun. She was very disrespectful and had no customer service experience at all. She said it would be a little longer for us to wait out in our car and someone would bring it out. We waited another 5 minutes till I told my husband let's pull up to drive thru and cancel the order. Christine was at the window when we told her to cancel the order . She said it's already coming out I can't cancel. I told her it took almost 30 minutes for a couple items. She said she didn't know how to cancel and wouldn't anyways if she did. I asked for the customer service number and she said I don't know it and smiled. As the guy was coming out to give us the food in the parking lot. We said call the guy over to the car and she said I can't he's deaf he cant hear anything and laughed very disrespectfully. My little girl is deaf and thought Christine was making fun of the poor guy. She then closed the window and we finally drove off and when we got home our whole order was wrong. I called corporate and complained immediately. My kids were hungry and this whole time we waited for nothing. Unfortunately, I can't give less than one star. I understand that when you staff a place with young people, there are going to be times where they call in or don't know much about customer service. But this is the case EVERY time I come here. They are always out of something, which is management's fault for their inability to correctly order inventory. Obviously, none of their staff is trained on how to properly attend a customer and how not to be rude. Many times, they have staff who can't speak English, which is unacceptable when you're working a register. Some of their staff blame it on being new. Sorry; not an excuse. You got hired; you should be ready. Needless to say, if you have time, drive a little further to avoid this terrible establishment. Note: I'm not someone who just complains for the sake of it. Number 1, I never eat fast food. But for the sole purpose of this review at the request of a friend I ate at Mc Donald's. So this the review for the Stone Oak location. I walk in and I was shocked! It looked very modern, they had a TV playing Sports Center, the chairs looked very stylish. I went to the counter and asked the lady what was good, she didn't have an answer for me, bad sign. She then had someone else take my order. I asked what a select was, because that's all it says on the menu. And I was told that its a Chicken Tender just like you would get anywhere else. So that was bad. And to make it worse it was explained to me like I was a child, or that I was stupid for not knowing. So that was bad. I tried to order a 4 piece chicken nugget, I was told that wasn't possible. And I'm pretty sure that it is, because that's what they serve in the happy meal. But they said I'd have to order a whole happy meal to get 4 chicken nuggets. So I was pushed to order a 6 piece nuggets, so I did. I also ordered a "number 3 combo" which is a double quarter pounder with cheese, and fries and a drink. I tried the nuggets first, if it wasn't for the dipping sauce I don't think I would've even gotten through one of them. They taste like a strange kind of paste or something, I sure didn't taste chicken. Next I tried a fry, they may have been okay, but they were over salted I was only able to handle a couple of those. The burger was a complete joke. While for the price it was a decent size, it tasted nothing like what I would expect a burger to taste like, I've had better veggie burgers. To top it all off, I had to eat on the curb outside, because after I placed my order I was told that the lobby closed in two minutes and the the lights shut off automatically and they had no control over it. What kind of company doesn't give their employees control over the LIGHTS?? All and all I'd say the best part was leaving. I have been going to this location for years. I am continually having one issue or another with this location. I have called in and left messages regarding situations. This week they have been out of milk for their Mocha Drinks. On Tuesday when I arrived about 7 - 7:30 am there was a truck there delivering product for them. But there was NO milk. So I thought OK I will come back in an hour or so and get my order. The order should be unpacked by then. Well at about 9am I returned and there was still NO milk. HMMM why? Who is doing the ordering. I have gone by every morning since then (Only due to them convenient to my office.) And they still do not have milk. I can see from the other reviews that things have not changed at this location in many years. We don't live far from this location but I think the whole family agrees that we will start going to Burger King whenever we feel like fast food, this place has disappointed us so many times and has never been worth the money. Today, I went through the drive-thru for a simple order of 2 big macs, a 1/4 pounder with cheese and a large fry. Easy enough, but not for this staff, as usual it was wrong but of course, I was home before I discovered it. They forgot the 1/4 pounder but charged for it. Back to McDonald's I went only to encounter a woman who said she was the manager, if she was the manager, this explains a lot. She had that "who cares" attitude as the staff concluded, "oh that's who the 1/4 pounder was for", um what ??? So into a bag the now almost cold sandwich goes to join the now cold sandwiches at home. I told this so called manager this and no response just the same blank look. I told her that I wasn't sure why they continue to screw up virtually every order we pick up inside or through the drive-thru but that was part of her job, to fix it, again "the look" and then she simply asked if I wanted my receipt.
