We frequent this location because of the large playground for my children especially since there are very few open in the area. I ordered on my app so quick, easy and fast. Ricardo was so kind and brought water cups to our table. We've always had great experiences here- as it is one of the few locations that actually honors Table side mobile ordering . We visited Thursday evening- I went to the restroom with my children and a family member was still in the play area along with my baby- they proceeded to say the playground is closed (was 7PM) and waiting at the door until everyone was out and covered the doors with trash bins. Definitely upset- my children's shoes were still inside, my family member had to carry out food while with my baby. I was so confused, but too annoyed to approach the manager. Closing time says 10PM. McDonalds please do better. I enjoy using my app, bringing my children but this is unacceptable. Other family's were inside with children aswell. Probably won't be back. read more

I've previously left a bad review because the customer service was rough... so trust me when I say today was a complete 180. Shout-out to the drive-thru crew on January 25th around 1:50 PM for showing how it should be done. Friendly, welcoming, answered questions without catching an attitude. Special props to Belinda!!! Who absolutely killed it. Professional, polite, and made the experience smooth. If management retrained the staff or finally hired the right people, this is the result. Please keep these employees and use them as the standard. Ya like everyone else I have had a couple bad experiences and have bad comments but does it matter ? Everyone either chooses to go to McDonalds or not. It's always hit and miss. But before you leave the drive thru. Make sure you have your condiments like ketchup or sauces and if you don't ask for a napkin they won't give you one. Trying to save a buck. So ask for your napkin and check on your straws. Good luck and have some patience as these are overwhelmed under staffed and underpaid workers. Take a breath and remember you wanted McDonalds. This is the nearest McDonald's to my home and I have been here several times throughout the years. I have never had a negative experience. The staff is always super friendly. I've never had any items missing in my order or any bad attitude from the workers--literally zero complaints at all. I'm surprised this location has very little stars. I understand it's a lot easier to leave a negative review when something goes wrong, but I also believe in praising good workers. Especially in the customer service industry-- and in this city, a good worker with a kind attitude is rare. This establishment has always been clean, and the food has always been cooked to McDonald's standards. Recently had a birthday party here for an 8 year old sister. My dad went a week prior to ask the staff if it were okay to host a birthday party and what the rules and regulations are. The staff was very friendly and informative. We can have a birthday party here and no reservations were needed. Just show up and first come first serve on saving tables. We brought balloons and table signs; birthday cake and presents. When we initially came, we didn't know where the play pen was and the staff suggested we can save some tables in the play pen room. We ordered so many happy meals for all the kids who attended. The staff was very helpful and even went in to wipe all the tables clean and sweep the entire floor when we were setting up. They were so considerate, thoughtful and nice. We had a wonderful experience here with the food and service and would come back here! read more

UPDATE: 5/13/23 we tried ordering from this McDonalds again today and the did the EAXCT SAME THING! They don't read the order notes! Don't order from here. They have also made NO attempt to make anything correct 4/26/23: We ordered a double quarter pounder with no ketchup due to a good allergy via delivery app. The tag clearly says no ketchup, but the burger we got had ONLY ketchup on it - no onions, mustard or pickles, making it inedible. So did a Mobile Order sat in car for 25 minutes as others also waited. Finally got out to see what was going on. Turned out computer screen went down and they had no idea there were orders. (I guess all the cars park in spaces didn't give them a clue). Fortunately, manager Sebastian quickly processed my order and other mobile orders that were also so waiting.
