Last time I was here they gave me a raw patty. I made the mistake of coming back and they fraudulently charged me for free food I got with the app. Everyone makes mistakes, I know because I used to work in the fast food industry. You have no reason to lie to me about "the code not going through" when it's literally on my app. And my name is on the receipt from using the code. As well as the -7000 points missing from my rewards app. You don't just get to charge me whatever you feel like it. I'm thinking you did that so you could have food to take home. Which is illegal in the state of California. I drove all the way back there just to get lied to my face, and now I have to drive back there again just to talk to a manager, call the corporate number, and most likely have to dispute the charges through my bank. This is by far the most terrible McDonald's I have ever been to...they took SO long to answer their speakers. Had people waiting and after waiting at the speaker for over ten minutes we drove off to tell them at the window and were told that we needed to get back in line if we wanted to order something. That little girl gave serious attitude about it even when we stated how long we waited her crew claimed we "drove off fast" Another instance was failing to get our order correct even after showing proof of receipt and repeating our order three times... they made us drive forward onto space 1 with our food... but made us wait for a simple dam drink at the number parking which we waited 20 minutes until I had to go inside and tell them we had been waiting for 20 minutes for a simple drink. Instead of the jacks being closed across from them it should rlly be this place. I've had multiple bad experiences with this location, the first time. I was at the first window waiting for the lady to charge me, but she was talking on the phone and ignored me. Homeless scattered all over the building. A guy asked for food, I politely said I only have one sandwich and a small fry, just enough for me and that I was sorry. This has to be the worst McDonald's in San Bernardino and that says a lot. They clearly don't even care because nothing ever improves here. I often come here after going to the gym to just get a simple order of large fries. Here's how my experience goes... I walk up to the counter stand there waiting to be addressed but any of the staff. They make eye contact with me and don't even say hey sir we'll be right with you for anything like that they just continue doing what they were doing before. I stand at the counter waiting for about 5 minutes and then I turn around and leave. It's honestly comical at this point that they can't even have somebody ready to take an order for a large fry. Thought I would give them another chance this morning to see if anything had improved from my post back in May 2019. Will is hasn't, still the same thing poor customer service and mediocre food quality. This time used the app for a carb side pickup order, arrived 10 minutes later and checked in. Will set there 15 minutes and nothing, upon which I when into the store. Had to holler along with another customer to get someone attention. Explained about to order, was given an excuse as the why the order was not ready. Employee then when to have the order made, now some 20 minutes after getting there. I came to this location to use my mobile app the mobile code I gave the cashier pulled up something else. I showed her the mobile code that I gave her and it also showed that the mobile code I gave them was recently used and cannot be used again for 11 minutes. The manager Isaiah refused to honor the mobile code and told me that I gave them the wrong mobile code. I asked him how would I give you the wrong mobile code if it shows here it was just used. He said he doesn't know but cannot do anything about it. He refused to give me the general manager name or number. He refused for general manager to call me back.
