We pulled to the window and the lady was pleasant but then $9.14 for one fry and one drink. What the actual heck?! Don't order delivery from this location. I had three different Uber Eats drivers waiting for over an hour tonight only to find out that McDonald's had cancelled my order right after I placed it. I wanna start by saying I've been coming to this McDonald's since I was a kid. I get that mistakes happen but tonight's was beyond disrespectful As I go to get my order they asked me about 3 different items (none of which were part of my order) after having to tell them multiple times which order was mine they rush me forward. After waiting to get my food I asked if it was possible to get a thing of ranch. The MANAGER looked like he was about to scream at me, checked himself, then said "I'll do it once next time you gotta ask at the window and we will charge you" yet I didn't even get a chance to ask beforehand before you rushed me to the next window. It's McDonald's so I'm not expecting outstanding service. I just want to make sure my food is correct before driving off. They usually get it correct 60% of the time with no issues. But I do remember one time I ordered a two cheeseburger meal and one of the cheeseburgers didn't even have the patty on there which was super annoying as I was already halfway into my lunch break. Another time they forgot my drink with an order or they gave me a completely wrong sandwich. It's the little things that add up. But when they do get it correct, food is decent for what is worth. My how things have changed! It's been at least ten years since going into this McDonalds, and I don't see myself ever going again. 1. I pulled up to the drive thru at 5:45am because the website said it was open. I rolled back and forth and went through both lanes, and nobody answered to take my order, so assumed it wasn't open. 2. I waited until 6am when they opened for inside dining and immediately changed my mind as soon as I saw all of the food and trash from the night before still on the tables and floors, so disgusting first thing in the morning. So, I ordered to go. 3. I know 15 minutes isn't long, but it is for McDonald's, and especially when one of the four people working is playing with her iPhone the whole time. Today was a very disappointing experience with McDonald's. I ordered in the drive thru of 2 sausage egg muffins for $5.50 and a large coffee for $.99 cents with my Reward App. Apparently, my code didn't work. The guy at the 1st window who doesn't speak very good English says that my code didn't work. I gave it again and nothing. This has happened numerous times and I paid regular price. I talked with the supervisors, Lourdes and Juan. It was suggested that I come back tomorrow to get breakfast free. The breakfast sandwich seemed like it was reheated and not very good. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! was rushed to take my order and didn't even get a chance to confirm the items were correct before he cut off the speaker . when pulling up to the window I wanted to confirm my order was correct before paying and was given the worst attitude and of course was taken a back . The employee began to make several rude comments and didn't even provide me with a receipt before telling me to pull out of the way . I counted six people go in after I had placed my order and they got there food before me. They don't seem to care about app orders. This was my go to location for McDonald's until tonight. I ordered via drive thru and when I opened my food at home, I knew something was wrong. They had left the parchment paper on the hamburger patty and dressed it as if it was part of the sandwich. It wasn't a small piece either. It was the entire thing. They must be scraping the bottom of the barrel when hiring lately and just hiring dumb teens who don't pay attention. Sometimes they don't put the order in right, sometimes the ordertaker puts it in right but the guys in the back screw it up, and oftentimes it's both. Tonight the guy at the second window treated me like I was trying to cheat him out of a soda because they screwed up and didn't charge me for one when I ordered it. I've never had a McGriddle. I had the one that came with fluffy folded eggs, bacon, and cheese. To wash it down, I had a small cafe latte. The McGriddle was and had sweetness to it given the it was sandwiched between to small griddle cakes infused with a bit of maple syrup. I liked them and was happy they were not overly sweet. The Applewod bacon was thin and semi crisp, but tasty, and the folded egg portion was good, but I had to put some black pepper on it to cut through its simplicity. The American cheese melted just right. It was an A-okay breakfast sandwich. The cafe latte was good and I was pleased with its smoothness, but the actual coffee flavor was mild.
