Don't order delivery from this location. I had three different Uber Eats drivers waiting for over an hour tonight only to find out that McDonald's had cancelled my order right after I placed it. Well. This is a tough one. Nothing really wrong. It nothing right either. We went through the drive thru and without any emotion at all we were asked for our order; large fry and large Diet Coke. We pulled to the window and the lady was pleasant but then $9.14 for one fry and one drink. What the actual heck?! If I could give 0 stars I would. We pulled in the drive thru and ordered a Big Mac meal, two double cheeseburgers, and a 10 piece nuggets. They told us to wait for the nuggets off to the side. We waited for almost 20 minutes just for nuggets. As an apology they upgraded our fries but when we got home, we realized they never gave us the nuggets. I can understand why this place only has 1.8 stars... I would give them 0 if I could. Attempted to stop by today to get a Diet Coke and a burger. When I pulled up, one of the two drive-thru lanes was already occupied, so I pulled into the empty lane. I didn't see anything indicating this lane wasn't in operation, so it was reasonable to assume I would receive service. I then proceeded to sit there. And sit there. I know places can be short-staffed, so I wanted to give them patience. But then the car in the other lane pulled forward, and I continued to sit in silence, with no acknowledgment. Then, another car arrives and pulls into the other lane... and receives service immediately. Now upset, I attempted to ask, "Hello?" Into the mic several times, and still did not receive a response. By now it's obvious this lane is not being staffed. But--and this is key--YOU NEED TO COMMUNICATE THAT SOMEHOW. Put up a sign, put out a cone, SOMETHING. Letting your customers twist in the wind while they watch customers who arrived after them receive service before them is HORRIBLE customer service. On top of that, in my attempt to back out of the lane so I could get into the lane that was staffed, thanks to poor visibility I also backed into something, probably because drive-thrus aren't designed to be backed out of. So now I have significant damage on my car that wouldn't have been there if this place could have at least provided proper communication to their customers, and have to spend money getting it fixed. I was so angry, I drove off and gave my business to Jack in the Box down the street instead. Looking at the other reviews here, I can see receiving awful customer service at this place is a common experience. My how things have changed! It's been at least ten years since going into this McDonalds, and I don't see myself ever going again. 1. I pulled up to the drive thru at 5:45am because the website said it was open. I rolled back and forth and went through both lanes, and nobody answered to take my order, so assumed it wasn't open. 2. I waited until 6am when they opened for inside dining and immediately changed my mind as soon as I saw all of the food and trash from the night before still on the tables and floors, so disgusting first thing in the morning. So, I ordered to go. 3. I know 15 minutes isn't long, but it is for McDonald's, and especially when one of the four people working is playing with her iPhone the whole time. I blame the owner/franchisee. If In-n-Out can present a clean lobby and bathrooms and maintain consistent quality food, then McDonald's can too, there's no excuse. read more

It's McDonald's so I'm not expecting outstanding service. I just want to make sure my food is correct before driving off. They usually get it correct 60% of the time with no issues. But I do remember one time I ordered a two cheeseburger meal and one of the cheeseburgers didn't even have the patty on there which was super annoying as I was already halfway into my lunch break. Another time they forgot my drink with an order or they gave me a completely wrong sandwich. It's the little things that add up. But when they do get it correct, food is decent for what is worth. I ordered in the drive thru of 2 sausage egg muffins for $5.50 and a large coffee for $.99 cents with my Reward App. Apparently, my code didn't work. The guy at the 1st window who doesn't speak very good English says that my code didn't work. I gave it again and nothing. This has happened numerous times and I paid regular price.
