Ok, we all need a fast food fix occasionally. Placed my order via inside kiosk, picked up my table number and took a seat. The restaurant was busy and clean. I noticed people who ordered after me on the same kiosk received their food before me and were out the door quickly. I guess if you order 'to go' it takes precedence over eat in. ‍ After 17 minutes I received my order. A simple chicken sandwich. I just don't understand why employees just blob the mayo with a clump of soggy lettuce on the bun. Maybe it's me, but I take pride in whatever I make especially if it's for someone else. Last Sunday my kids had a day with their aunt, They went to this location for lunch the order Number was 1000 . Later that evening around 7ish Jr became nauseous!! I asked him if he was ok and he ran to the trash can and immediately threw up (not concerned as I assumed they may have eaten too much junk food ) he drank some water and went to lay down but not before asking some Identifying questions. Fast forward to 1am he's in the restroom throwing up profusely.. he only had consumed the McDonald's and thereafter they came home ....Next morning I ask him again what he ate, if he noticed a different taste or was anything different !! He stated the lettuce in his chicken sandwich was a bit brown so he tried to peel off most of it !! As a parent I attempted to do a good deed so no others get sick .. I called and spoke to the manager told her the issue , I let her know I wasn't looking for a refund or compensation and I just wanted to let them know to check their product!! She tells me to come to the store please !! We get in the car it's 11am and head to the store , she has a worker attempt to give me a chicken sandwich and I said no why if I'm telling you my kid got sick would I want the same food !! The manager who which said to come into store NEVER came out and told the worker to tell me "they can't do anything for me !!! Which again I never asked for anything and let them know from the jump it was just to inform someone !!! Fast forward to today (1 week later ) I get a call just now at 12:45 pm from the McDonald insurance company and the lady Mrs Turner states they can't do anything for me In which I stated "I was just trying to have them check their food and the quality!! She refers me to McDonald's corporate to file a complaint!!! At this point I'm no irritated as nobody is actually listening and assuming I just wanted money or free food !!! Been here several times to get breakfast to-go and I have to say, breakfast & hash browns were crisp and fresh out of the kitchen so breakfast seems like a plus at this location vs. others. Quick and short review, this McDonald's does a good job for lunch or dinner. Breakfast on the other hand seems to be always fresh whenever I pick up here so that's a good plus to grab before going to work. Not too many homeless encounters for the few times I've stopped by here so that's nice on safety. As far as McDonald's goes - this had a few significant pros. Very fast drive through experience and i went with a classic chicken nugget combo meal. The nuggets tasted fresh and the fries were quite crispy! However, the price at McDonald's is so much more nowadays (which will impact the experience at every McDonalds) the value to quality ratio just isn't justified - but then again I will be back for more Mc Nuggets very soon. Went for a late night food. This place is terrible. Waited for my food about 10+ mins in the drive thru on a weekday. The service is slow and the employees needs to be evaluated and train again. The soda here is flat. That's a negative for sure on my end. The food isn't as fresh. It shouldn't matter if it's day or night time. I thought I would never write a review about Mcd's, considering I banned them for about 20 years. What got me back to them was a co-worker offered to buy me some food for lunch. I was hungry so I said "why not?" Incredibly, I was suprised on how good the food was now compared to how it was in the past. I mean light-years better! The fries actually tasted good and not like cardboard, and the big mac was delicious. Fast forward 9 months and I've downloaded the app and now have a million points saved up. This specific location is super quick and I get my food almost immediately. The inside is really clean and well maintained . The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they have messed up my order a couple times and there are a lot of homeless folks camping out either in the front or inside. Curbside is consistently so slow. Took nearly 20 min to get 2 happy meals today. Avoid curbside and go through drive through or just go in.

There was an error through the mobile app which lead to my order not going through their system. There was a little confusion with the lady in the front window but understandable, she brought out the manager which he was able to resolve my problem quick and efficiently so really appreciate that! This location is great for grabbing a quick lunch with the family. When I entered the restaurant, the associate was ready to take my order. I asked what the Happy Meal toy was before ordering, and he went to grab the toys to show me, even looking through a few boxes to see if there were different variations. I wouldn't expect this kind of treatment every time, but it was nice that he went out of his way to answer my question instead of just giving me a generic answer. As with most McDonald's locations, the food came out pretty quickly after ordering. I asked for extra pickles, and they piled on the pickles. Their beverage bar was self-service, which was nice because I was really thirsty on that very hot day. Their prices were higher than some other locations, though, by about $0.50 to $1.50, depending on the item. The dining area was spacious with clean tables. I walked into McDonald's at Blossom Hill/Snell. Manager Fabiola was very helpful and with her employees and showed patience towards them. She smiled at me as I ordered and made sure everything there ran smoothly. I've been to many McDonald's, and rarely do I see managers or employees work hard or even care, yet it now pays $20 hour. We normally only eat breakfast @ McDonald's because we don't eat fast food often. But we just wanted to grab a quick snack after a 5 hr flight. We initially were going to order at the drive thru window but the line was not moving, there must have been 8 cars ahead of us. It was around 6 30 pm on a Saturday. So I went inside, it was busy inside too! The ordering line was short but the pick up line was a different story. I was given # 46 and other customers had numbers in the mid 30's. I spoke to another family, they've been waiting for 15 mins and another customer told me, " it's always crazy like this and it seems like online orders take priority" don't know how true that is but there were several drivers picking up orders. I was debating whether to cancel our order or just wait. Surprisingly, it wasn't that long. Our order was ready in about 15 mins. I don't think we'll be back @ this time, we'll stick to breakfast. read more

The drive thru server was pretty rude. McDonalds used to have just regular hot coffee so when I asked for one, the server couldn't understand and just rung me for an iced coffee even though it was 60degrees outside. They didn't want to tell me the price difference for a medium and large coffee. I used to work fast food taking orders and it's not that hard to be nice or tell the customer the total. My family and I come here for 'happys' as my kids call them, the low star rating never bugged us because we've never had any issue coming here before. Overall our experiences here are good, we get what we ordered and never have anything missing. Not sure why today was different though, as today we had that low star rating service. When ordering our meals I guess the guy misheard us because instead of giving us milk for our kids happy meals (as is one of the options) he put down that we ordered 'two small cokes'... odd that he didn't bother to ask if he got that correct because I've never once ordered even a water to go with the happy meal and the person taking the order didn't double check to make sure they got it right. So we get to the first window and pay....then we're waiting and the guy tells us to pull forward, well we were waiting for our receipt and we tell him this. He tells us we get the receipt at the next window....ummm not sure how long he's been working there because we always get the receipt after paying and that's all done at the first window. We get to the second window and had to clear up the small soda issue but only after the woman who handed us our drinks quickly turns around and keeps her back to us while chatting with the other employee there. We then get our food and (as always) have to ask for dipping sauce even though we ordered it at the beginning of this adventure. We're leaving, I checked the bag to make sure we got the bigger items and then I open the happy meals to give some to our kids and notice we're missing the apples (which we ordered) in both....well now we have no receipt to show proof that we even ordered happy meals.... really crappy service today, not sure why but it only takes one time for you to think 'maybe it has that bad rating for a reason...maybe I should go somewhere else next time'. definitely will be rethinking coming back here considering there's plenty of fast food in the area with better ratings/reviews. read more

Woohoo! The good: if you're looking for a happy meal that has the precious promotional Pokemon cards, you're in luck if you come here. Tip: You'll want to order at their second intercom and not their first intercom. There's a sign that says Pokemon cards are out, so just make sure to ask if they do have the happy meal in stock. I happened to ask if it was available even though the sign said there wasn't and I lucked out! They also have contactless tap to pay. We ordered: 2 Big Macs 1 large fries 2 McDoubles 1 Happy Meal All the food came out warm and the fries nice and crispy. The one caveat is the way the drive thru line is designed allows for cars to be able to cut in front of you if they're coming through a different direction, so just be aware of that. So now I'm stuck in the long line of cars in front of me. I went to tell the manager that she should have placed a sign out before the drive through stating that they are not accepting any debit cards. So we won't have to wait in the long line of cars and holding up their other orders. All she can say is "is cash only" I after I decided to go to Burger King which was my first choice to begin with but I thought this McDonald's out of the many would have had faster and better service. I get that it's McDonalds but I'm still paying for it. And considering the prices they are charging now, the ppl deserve to say something when we get shorted. When my family eats McDonalds there are so few things I can eat, I just order a smoothie. Since my meal will be the smoothie I order a large. This McDonalds charges $4.59 for a smoothie. On my most recent visit I did a mobile order. When I was placing the order I noticed you can opt to pay an additional $.79 for them to top it with whipped cream. I figured why not. But when I got to the window I saw the man making it and the cup was only full to the M on the cup. I don't think there was enough to fill a small let alone a large. Because I spent more than I do in actual sit down restaurants I decided to say something. At that point he dumped the whole thing whipped cream and all into another cup. Mind you I didn't swap anything, I paid just to have them top it. So I explained I just wanted an actual large smoothie with topping. He finally remade it but now I'm drinking it I see he made it all ice. There is no flavor. I'm extremely vitamin deficient. For me this is my food so having the correct amount is important and his little joke of making it all ice means I didn't get the vitamins that I need. Playing with ppls food isn't a joke. When I spend $65 to feed my kids at McDonalds ppl need to realize they have raised cost so fast that they have raised their cost to be higher than the traditional restaurants. They ALMOST always get it right. If you want to have it your way, most of the time, this McDonald's should do it. Their fries are usually hot and fresh...meaning they're usually not stale and you can taste that they might actually change out their fry oil accordingly. Their service is usually quick & accurate enough. Although, there's the occasional incorrectly-made order that's usually done during peak hours. This is the 2nd time I've gotten what looks like raw slices/chunks of onions rather than their usual minced/chopped onions, which totally throws the taste off for me altogether. But, what do you do when you get all the way home with your order and find out once you're sitting down all ready to enjoy your meal? Maybe whoever does their ordering should step up their game a bit. At least, they should advise their guests if they're out of something before the order is made. Overall, service is friendly and quick enough. Their price-point is reasonable(yes, each restaurant has slightly varying prices). And they will ALMOST always let you have it, your way. read more
