Can't go wrong with in-n-out! Came for lunch and ordered a double-double with animal fries super delicious with that yummy toasted bun. I also ordered a chocolate strawberry shake...New in n-out hack unlocked! Though I came in the middle of a lunch rush, the service was pretty quick! I'll definitely be back again...and again!

This is my favorite In-N-Out Burger location in San Jose. They rarely mess up on my orders, and the food always taste consistently amazing and quality always feel better than all the other In-N-Out locations in San Jose.

Always fast, clean, and reliable. Good amount of parking, drive through line never gets too crazy. Always gets my orders right.

Love a classic burger and fries from In n Out! I ordered the combo no. 1 which is a double double meal set that comes with a double patty burger, fries, and a drink. Whenever I order this I like to add grilled onions and extra lettuce, tomato, and pickles. YUM! The burger was HUGE! For fries I like to order well done fries so that they are crispier. Also ask for extra sauce! You won't regret it!

Date: Thursday, October 17th, 2024 Time: around 6:30pm Meal: Dinner Takeaway Double-Double *animal style *protein style *chopped chilis The bro in law was grabbing in-n-out and asked me if I wanted anything. It had been a while since I had a burger from here, so I decided to get a double double. I always order my burgers animal and protein style. I adore a good lettuce wrap. Gimme more greens! I didn't discover until recently that I could add chopped chilis as well. Adds a nice slight pickled heat. Glad I know about this now. I only ate half of it at first and saved the rest for later. The patties were nice and juicy and kept the next day with reheating. I wish the drive thru at In-N-Outs moved faster. There's always a huge line. The hubs and I have this thing where we always look at the drive thru line when passing a location. Would probably frequent them more often if it didn't take so long. REVIEW #3592

Decided to pay a visit to In-N-Out Sunday after Thanksgiving to give the tummy a break from leftovers. Needless to say I was rather disappointed that my order was incorrect. I ordered a burger with lettuce and onions only with the receipt showing the same. Received a burger with cheese, sauce and lettuce. I should have checked the bag before heading out the door but noticed the error when I got home. My bad. I deconstructed the burger to remove the cheese and had to dispose the bun because of sauce. Lesson learned- check the product before leaving the establishment.

Burgers made wrong and one that should be 2 puppy patties.

One of the worse fast food experiences I've had. The service at this place has been going downhill for a couple years now and this was the tipping point, and I don't plan on coming back. Whole order was wrong, didn't have the patience to sit and wait for the right order and the proper refund. Ordered a cheeseburger w/grilled onions. Well done fries. Double no onion add pickle. 2 DOG PATTIES. What did I receive? Cheeseburger grilled onions with pickles I hate pickles on my burgers. Double cheeseburger. No onion and no pickles? And then instead of the dog patties I was given a double hamburger. How does 2 DOG PATTIES sound like double hamburger? Obviously, this cashier was stressing everybody out and messing up, so I didn't wanna further stress out the employees. I let them know the mistakes and even that was a complicated process, due to register man stressing everybody out, so I just took my food and left without a refund or a fixed order. Now I heard the single patties went up in price so when I saw a double meat for $5.40 I figured it was the price increase, and lingo for 2 lone patties, didn't expect a double hamburger. Registered guy you should be fired, he only makes the experience and questionable service worse. Just got off a 10 hour shift and was looking for an enjoyable stress free meal. Will not rely on In and Out in the future when looking for that. Only thing right about my order was my drink and that's because I did it myself.

In N Out is always a major go to if you're from California but this spot on Cottle in San Jose does an amazing job with all the continents and presentation of their food. I'm always really happy when I come here and reasonably so, they don't skimp out on being generous

Stoped by around 11am after walking across the lot from a car show. The inside looked clean and the service was great! I ordered a double double with onion, lettuce, tomatoes "hold the pickles" and extra sauce. The burger itself was pretty good except the onions had a hard bite flavor "if you know what I mean" I think that they would be milder if they soaked them in water or use a better quality onion. Overall the experience was better the other In-N-Out Burgers I've been to. Later on in the afternoon the burger laid heavy in my stomach and made me feel sluggish. Quality IMO is not the best.

I'm not the biggest fan of In-N-Out burgers, but the people I was with are fans. This place was busy! But they got food out timely.

A burger with barely one skinny piece of lettuce

This will be my last time visiting this location twice before the fries were cold and everybody knows in and out burger cold fries suck this time I order double double and I understand tomato can be paper thin because no real reason but my thing is you think you can spare some lettuce this is a joke PS I forgot The burger is cold this time

It's clean It's nice It's consistent with their National menu The service is good The food is great I love the place This location is better than Snell. Les's traffic! Burger yum. Best fries in town !! Double yum

It looks like In N Out has a couple of new items! Well, at least one; a "lite" lemonade. It's a pink lemonade but sweetened with monk fruit and stevia instead of all the sugar that's in their regular lemonade which means it only has 10 calories instead of 200 calories for the small. Huge difference! The other new option is Cherry Coke which is cool if that's your thing. The burgers and fries are always consistent so, delicious, but I was disappointed that my burger with "extra extra pickles" had literally two pickles... I suppose extra x2 could mean two pickles but what does regular extra pickles mean? One? Tell me the cheat code to get more pickles! Extra x 3???

Is that real meat or imitation meat? It's very salty and dry and overcooked. Just like beef jerky. How come people think that's health ?

Fast and consistent with burgers. Staff have good customer service but the chilies at the self serving kiosk isn't fresh most of the time.

This is their current location, but I don't think it's their permanent place of business. Just for the time being. Google maps will take you to a parking lot entrance that's closed, blocked by a chain, so make sure you enter the parking lot on Locust Street. I ordered online, and the wait time was a bit long (20+ minutes) but not terrible. And once you arrive, there's a sign near the parking lot directing you to walk down an alley-like path. No signs at the door, just a dumpster outside. Yup, that's where you pick up. It feels like you're walking through the back door of a restaurant kitchen. Actually when you step inside, it indeed IS the kitchen which doubles as a pickup spot (no seats, no signs, I just showed the guy my order on my phone and he handed me my food packed neatly in a paper bag). I got the perro loco which comes with fries on the side, and an arepa with cheese. I didn't like that customers can't customize items when ordering online for pick up. Also wasn't a fan of the pineapple sauce, though I think that's one of the things they're known for. But the hot dog was still good, generous with the toppings and certainly unique. The sausage was plump and juicy with a mild flavor. The fries were delicious as well, and didn't taste cheap. And the mini arepa with cheese was buttery and had a nice texture. Altogether it made for a filling meal.

The menu is extensive with a mix of options (including a vegetarian burger). I ordered El Apto which came with a beef patty, bacon, shredded chicken, lettuce, tomato...all between a brioche bun. This came with fries and a side of pineapple sauce and apto sauce. I dipped my fries in the apto sauce and it was so good! The pineapple sauce goes well in the burger and also on the fries. The beef patty was perfectly seasoned and so juicy. All the flavors were amazing and tasted so fresh. I loved the crispy bacon and the shredded chicken. The chicken was well flavored and they put an ample amount on top of the burger. Wow! What a great combo. I also tried the maracuya (passion fruit) drink and it was so good! I like that it wasn't too sweet. It's fresh and refreshing. They are pretty busy because it's their opening so there might be a wait but it's totally worth it. There are tables around for you to sit so it's casual. The owner is so nice and you can tell he is very proud of his food. Highly recommend!!

From the moment we checked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and making a reservation about a month in advance definitely paid off since the restaurant was packed. For starters, we ordered the fried chicken & cornbread and the summer peach salad. The chicken and cornbread were easily a 10/10 super crispy, well seasoned, and the cornbread was rich and buttery. The peach salad with friend goat cheese (YUM!) was really fresh and bright, a nice lighter dish to balance out everything else. I also had a glass of rose. For mains, we had the Prime Ribeye and the 7oz Harris Ranch Prime Filet, both cooked exactly how we asked and full of flavor. We shared a bottle of Duckhorn cab, and I appreciated that their wine list felt reasonably priced for the quality. We corked what we didn't finished and took it home. The only slight downside was our table being in a bit of a funky spot along a walkway, but service was attentive enough that it never really became a problem. Overall, I'd absolutely come back, and next time I'm saving room for dessert.
