Overpriced and slow. I went in probably around 8:30pm. There were zero customers, and 1 register was open. I walked up and the guy at the register took his sweet time to finish what he was doing on his iPhone before acknowledging my presence. I placed my order which I've placed a dozen times before at several other locations. The total came up to be about 30% more than what I'm usually charged. Looked at the receipt and they definitely inflate the prices of the "value" items. On top of that, it took about 3x longer to get my food even though I was the only customer. The food was decent. 4 stars for the food, -2 for inflated pricing, -1 for poor and slow service. I'm mostly posting this as a reminder for myself to not return to this location. read more

This McDonald is not bad. It is not crowded and you can get your food pretty fast. I usually came here after church around 8:15pm. I only order him a happy meal maybe a chicken sandwich for myself. They have pretty good service and the place is very big itself. Therefore, there are plenty of space to sit. Orherwise, they are standard all the way around like other McDonald. It could get a bit crowded in the morning. People tends to buy coffee more than food so it still a fast line. I came here in the morning to get their combo breakfast, but just rarely. read more

Wow, this place is really slow! I should have drove further down to the one off San Felipe. There were people ahead of me waiting to order and a bunch of people waiting around for their orders. I think the main thing that slowed them down was that a lot of people were ordering shakes/coffee drinks and the workers weren't too sure how to make them. I came here one afternoon because I saw that they had garlic fries. Honestly they were terrible. I was expecting the crispy original fries at McDonald's with of course, garlic seasoning on it but mine came out to be soggy and warm. The location on the other hand isn't bad. Why am I giving a review on McDonald's? It's definitely not for their food cause we all know what the food taste like. It's for their horrible service. I just came in to order a happy meal. Once the meal cane out, I asked the Hispanic guy "can I get BBQ sauce and honey mustard, please?" He rushes away and says "I put it in there already." I opened it and there was none. I told him it wasn't in there so he gave me only bbq sauce with a weird look. I asked another employee named Jose if I can get honey mustard and he gave me an attitude as well. Ice cream never works more like they cleaned it and ready to go home so done serving that ice cream stuff

So I bought some fries today without salt and I watched the lady Manager that's dressed differently everyone else with a special scarf cook my fries and fill it into the large fries container. She filled it without shaking it to pack down the fries. I've eaten McDonald's pretty much my whole life so I know how the workers are supposed to fill the fries. When they shake the container while pouring the fries in, it packs the fries down correctly. There's many times I've been to this location and pay for a couple side orders of Mac sauce and they ALWAYS ALWAYS SKIMP the portion then tell me that they gave me 3 pumps from the Mac sauce dispenser. Is that a full squeeze on the trigger of the dispenser or quarter of full squeeze??? I don't mind paying 70 cents per side of Mac sauce but I expect to get 3 correct portions. I included some pictures of my large fries right after receiving it from McDonald's. Almost missing half of the whole order!!!! After i post this I'm tryna reach Corporate McDonald's to file more complaints!!!!! read more

Came in to get 2 iced sugar free vanilla lattes. I'm not a fan of ice in my drinks because the cold of the ice hurts my teeth so I asked for light ice. I do this EVERYWHERE I go, I'm even one of those I like my water to be room temperature kind of girls. Anyway, so I ordered my drink with light ice, and I felt like because I asked for light ice, he gave me less drink (see picture). This is my first visit to this McDonald and I got drinks only. That being said when I asked about what was in a sandwich the cashier politely looked it up and replied. The place is big enough and the restroom is clean. My hot decaf coffee was made fresh, even though I did not ask for it specifically. 4 start because I was not given a sleeve for hot coffee and it was hard to carry. I came in today to because I wanted to try out the Travis Scott meal and I saw that I was a deal, at $6 for the meal. I ordered the meal and 20 nuggets and my total came to almost $18! How? Well this location charges $6.69 for the burger only, $2.99 for the medium fries, and $1.29 for a medium soda. I asked the the workers and the manager why it's so expensive and their excuse is it's cheaper is I order it through the app, after I've already paid. To top it off, they wouldn't even give me a refill on my soda. I asked if a large soda was $1, why would you charge me more for a smaller soda with no refills? This McDonald's is alright, not the best but not the worst. I like coming to this one because it's usually quiet and hardly ever any lines (especially in the evenings). I haven't had an issue with missing orders here so far (knocks on wood). Like most McDonald's it can be hit or miss on quality control such as their chicken nuggets. I once received a box of incredibly dried nuggets from here.The staff here for the most part are friendly and helpful. If you are in a hurry you might want to venture to another McDonald's. I come here often and a worker named Carrissa is always smiling and kind. She always gives good customer service and makes me feel welcomed.

The only thing I don't like about this McDonald's is that it doesn't have a drive thru, but other than that, I haven't had any bad experiences at this place. Beware of the homeless people asking for spare change when you come to the front of the place or at night. The young lady taking our order this morning pounded the counter because she got frustrated with a SIMPLE order and insisted we get meal when all we wanted was just a sand which, hash brown, and a large cup of water. If i could give them no stars, i would! i just moved by here a few months ago. a couple days ago, i got a monopoly piece from a mcdonalds in my hometown for medium fries. i came here to redeem it. i waited for awhile for my order even though there were only like two people who ordered ahead of me. then the guy called out medium fry no salt and thats what i ordered. i walked up to get it and asked for ranch(i like my fries with ranch.. weird i know). But the guy answers yes and walks over to the other side and gave it to a guy who literally just ordered. i was like wait, okay, i guess i just made a fool of myself, but im pretty sure that shouldve been my order. then he comes back to the side i'm on and ignores me. finally after 5 minutes of me standing at the counter, he goes 11cents for sauce [totally no eye contact btw]. &i'm like huh? since i ordered something, don't i get a complimentary sauce anyways. then he goes oh okay and leaves to go look at the screen of orders. he comes back to me 5 minutes later and goes 11cents. wtf..........................dude. so i'm like fine. so i ask where my order is. then all the people working in the front (total of three including the manager) start to speak to each other in spanish. I know they are talking about me and my order. another 15 minutes go by of me standing there waiting for my fries while everyones being helped, has already received their orders, and the employees are talking. finally after awhile, i see the guy who charged me for sauce making a face like he did something wrong. YES, he gave away my order. i waited a total of 40 minutes to get a medium fry no salt. that is fucking ridiculous. they finally made my order and gave it to me. they didn't even apologize! super rude workers! i came back yesterday because i was like fuck it, its the last day to get monopoly pieces, its by my house, hopefully i get a better experience. This McDonalds can get crowded during lunch hour which can give you kind of a longer wait than usual. The service can be slow and sometimes you need to help out the cashier out since they sometimes have trouble with your order. The location itself is pretty clean and well kept. read more
