Worker named Melissa is very rude . Ordered food tonight thru drive thru and didn't say hi back after I greeted her kindly . After I received my food , we asked if that was all and all she did was nod instead of speaking to her costumers kindly . Just remember your workers represent all of you . I have had coffee at this establishment for six years. Everyone has always been nice friendly and curious. With the exception of one of the upper managers. She is rude to her employees and customers. Recently she called me a liar on a free refill of coffee. I asked her later for a simple apology. She can't bring herself to admit guilt. Tried to turn the story around. I stopped in this morning to get breakfast on my way to work @ 6:45 AM. Went to use the restroom, and they are locked. (should of told me something); they are non-gender specific restrooms (no problem here); the issue was that once I retrieved the key (after waiting several minutes to be helped from the manager on duty) I went into the restroom and nearly vomited by how disgusting it was. It smelled horrible, so bad I almost couldn't contain my self from vomiting. I promptly returned the key to the manager and told her her restroom was disgusting. She just looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language.... Will never return to this establishment. If they cannot keep a restroom clean, how clean is their kitchen? Saw another just got out of the drive through as I came in. The other car sat around and waited till they saw me backing up and they left as well. Guess they didn't get any help either. What a joke. If i could give them no stars i would. The customer service here is pathetic. It took the woman for the drive thru ten minutes to take our order for 2 iced coffees. The drive thru lane for horrendously long at one point and it was taking a long time to move in an inch. Turns out it's all because of the woman taking the order. Last month, I went through the drive through to order a McChicken, with no mayo, with Big Mac sauce with a sweet tea. I was told by one of the employee that they no longer let you change the sauce in the sandwich. TThe person told me that this is there rule and it has been out there for a while already. Stupid McDonald's. Ordered a bunch of drinks, including iced coffees. They left me sitting at the window for over 5 minutes before they finally meandered over to tell me that their machine is not working. I asked what was wrong with it... The lady answered half in English 1/2 in Spanish, got halfway through the sentence and wandered away. I waited another 5 minutes. Another guy came over to the machine, and he fiddled with it while she stood, watching him. Finally, he wanders over and tells me the machine's not working. I asked why they didn't tell me that when I ordered the drinks. His response was they had just cleaned it and now it suddenly wasn't dispensing. Gee, here is a thought, why not clean it and test it? Nope, these 2 brain children couldn't figure that out. So then he asks me if I want a different drink. No, I don't want a different drink I want my money back for those drinks. We still wanted the drinks that we ordered that didn't require the machine and they had already made but had not given to us.... So the hot chocolate sat getting cold. He's gone for a couple of minutes and then comes back with all the money back. I tell him a second time that we still want to purchase the other drinks. Oh, he says with a fallen expression on his face... But I refunded already. I asked him to please re ring for the drinks we were taking. I don't think he knew how to do that Because then he said no no just take them and gave me the drinks that didn't require of the separate machine. I asked them to put a sign of stating that the machine was broken so that other people would not have to sit for nearly 20 minutes only to be told they couldn't get their drinks. He stared at me blankly. Seriously McDonald's hire people who know how to make machines work after they clean them, And hire people who know how to speak And understand English. I shouldn't have to be bilingual to go through your line. Total fail of a McD's run. "Own the drunk run" is their slogan. well, mcdonalds has the trust factor down. you get what you expect--but to be honest, my expectations arent too high. i actually have had a mentally disabled worker give me no meat on my burgers once! i still give props to mcdonalds for hiring mentally challenged people--i do have a soft spot in my heart for that. i think mickey-Ds got a bad rap with 'supersizeme' -- just dont eat mcdonalds every meal of every day. occasionally i am suprised by a fresh(er) mcdonalds burger that makes me want to come back again. but when all too often, my fries are cold, and my burger is stale, i start to wonder if the golden arches are all they are cracked up to be. read more
