CHECK YOUR ORDER!! Went there around 9:50 PM today through drive-thru. Ordered two 4B from the menu (spicy crispy chicken sandwich meal) one with Dr. Pepper, one with Sprite. He asked if I wanted medium or large, I said medium. I asked if they had the spicy chicken nuggets to which the male voice said no we no longer have them. Ok. So I order another 4B with a Sprite. He asked me what drink I wanted again and I said a sprite. He asked again what the other two drinks I wanted and I repeated a sprite and a Dr. Pepper. The guy confirmed 3 sprites and I said no, 1 Dr. Pepper and 2 sprites. He read the order back a final time and got it right. Keep in mind the display was not working so we weren't able to see the order. He mumbled something about the price...20 something. The vibe we got was very dismissive and unpleasant. We get to the window and the lady was fine. Gave us our food. We should have checked. We get home and we had 3 double quarter pounders with bacon, and COLD ASS fries. That were stale. However, the drink order was correct. Back to McDonalds we go. We call on the way and the guy over the phone has the same attitude...quick, dismissive and rude. Whatever. We pull up to window. Explain the issue. We got the 3 chicken sandwiches we originally ordered. Get home and find out not only was our order wrong, we were never refunded the difference since the Double Quarter Pounders w/ bacon were $7 more than the chicken sandwhich order. $7 isn't much, but it's the principal. By far the worst McDonald's I've been to in my lifetime. Worst customer service, worst food, worst experience. The name on the order ticket was Sidel. I was so disappointed with something as simple as french fries. I haven't eaten much fast food since the stay at home order but since I was out getting groceries, I wanted to get a flilet of fish and fries from McDonald's. There was a line but it moved pretty quickly. I ordered a fish meal for me and my daughter. I got to the window to pick up my food and the person nicely folded my bag over and handed it to me. Then she handed me my drinks. I drove away trying to get out of the way for the next customer to get there food. I usually check my fries because I've gotten cool/old fries before but I thought because it was so many in line they would be hot. When I got home, a few blocks away, I brought the food in then a few groceries bags. After washing my hands I dug right in the bag to get a few fries. I noticed they had very little salt on them, tasted funny and were not hot. They were also kind of chewy. I thought maybe the fries in the bottom of the large fries would be warm. Nope, the same thing. I then tried my daughter's fries and they were as bad as mine were. I didn't bother to keep eating them. I'm very disappointed. I wish I would've saved my $20. So when I've just finished a pretty good run over at the local thrift shop I had to "reward" (in quotations because maybe it shouldn't be) for all that good saving work to my closet. Ain't nothing pretty by how a McDonald's looks. Nothing really special about this one too. It looks like all the other ones. I didn't go inside. I just went through the drive thru. Person who took my order was cool. Didn't try to rush me nor make any noises that indicated he was impatient. My order was charged correctly and I got the things I ordered. This McDonald's has a pretty big eating area. My friends and I stopped by on our trip to Oakland and was given really fresh nuggets/fries. Service is a bit slow, we waited roughly 20 minutes to get our order (20 nuggets and 1 large fry) but given that they made it fresh for us I don't have too many complaints. Meh, McDonalds you just take what you can get from them and get the hell of out there. They offer 24 hour drive though, convenient when I need it, slow but still there. The interior clean but not classy like other McDoanlds around the area. Like other reviews, honestly the service here is terrible. They're switched owners/managers more times than I can remember ever since I've been going there. For some reason, it never seems to get better. The fries are usually soggy and they aren't willing to make a new batch. The worker that makes the iced coffee is clumsy and drops the cup and the ice, meanwhile it's just a couple of buttons away to put my ideal iced coffee together. The McBites is like eating fried air. Perhaps it's just the chain, or the people, but this is one of the lesser McDonalds that I've been to, if you can put them on a scale to compare. Regardless, they have a drive through, free wifi, bathroom, indoor seating and a huge parking lot around them. But a lot of weary people like to hang outside the store, so take cautious. read more

The patience and graciousness of the girl who was taking the order of the grandparents in front of me who were extremely unfamiliar with the menu items and their two grandkids and their ever changing order... The bad. Several workers just standing around while the aforementioned grandparents and grandkids spent no less than 8 minutes placing their order and a line quickly growing behind them. The service was professional and quick, the ordering area was up-to-date, clean, with a nice updated area for self serve drinks and ketchup. The seating area was actually very nice, modern looking, quite impressive really. It reminded me of an upscale place in Philly called Pod. This place is either new or recently fully renovated; either way, the elements which distinguish one mcdonalds from another are good here. read more

I went here this morning and I ordered a big breakfast and a sausage burrito which was $1 buy one get one free and the staff asked me if I wanted coffee and I said yes and she made the burrito a combo and I was surprised when she charged me $9.08 while the price of the burrito is $1 and the coffee is $1.88 and she just combined the order to make it a combo and the total was $9.08 which should have been only $2.88, this is a fraud and when I asked why it was $9.08 when nothing was added in the menu, the staff's answer was that it was a combo, and then I went to the men's restroom and I was surprised by how dirty it was and there was vomit on the floor of their restroom, while it was morning, which should be clean and even the toilet bowl was it was very dirty and the smell was very bad, so I returned my burrito order and just took the big breakfast and didn't eat there anymore I wish I would have eaten inside, that's the complaint of a customer who also said something to me that what they are doing is not right.by the way the total should they charge me was $18.02 coz' the big breakfast was $7.19 plus $9.08 for the burrito ang coffee, so this is fraud. read more

The food is good, some orders were wrong and late but we understand that is to be expected during a lunch rush. However, the manager lady had the most awful attitude! She was slamming everyone's orders and was CLEARLY unhappy judging by the expression on her face. As a fellow fast food service worker, I understand the pressures of this type of environment but part of the job is to treat the customer with respect and this woman was not at all welcoming. Out of all the McD's I've ever visited, this is by far the best one ever created. First off, the interior looks simply AMAZING! I feel as if I am dining at some fancy restaurant. They also have some flat screen TVs around the restaurant. How cool is that? The only drawback is that the prices are kind of steep compared to the other McD's. read more
