Didn't realize that they have eliminated all healthy options from their menu. No more salads, grilled chicken, or yogurt. Since I'm currently the Duke here, I feel obligated to write something up, but have been lazy. However, my last experience here is worth mentioning. Usually come here for a quick bite for dinner if I'm too lazy to cook anything. But, this time the drive thru was a bit long. Saw that the dining room was empty and thought it would be faster. So I stepped in. There was a father ahead of me with a 4 or 5 year old. It was pretty cute when the kid was saying "I want this, I want that." Until I heard the dad tell the cashier, who thought the kid's ramblings was pretty cute too, "Yeah, that!" What the hell? It wasn't cute anymore. Going to let the kid order in ramblings? Anyway, the cashier, who I think name was Erick, took it in stride. But the dad became annoyed at Erick, just because he didn't understand ramblings. Dad starts rambling himself, Erick does best he can. Then the manager starts chirping in his ear to the effect of "no substitutions," which Erick relayed to the annoyed dad, now being witnessed by an growing annoyed line because of this dad's idiocy. I tried to give this location the benefit of doubt and tried to make the best out of this terrible location, but I can't do it anymore. This McDonald's can be a hit or a miss, but more than half the time it's a miss. During certain times of the day, they will only accept cash as their payments. Came here with my sister just try some garlic fries and found that it was only okay. We do like the fact that the fries are made on the spot. I don't think i'd order garlic fries there again, it's more perfect for ordering at a baseball or basketball game. You can get bacon on your sandwich, but order the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich and substitute for that Porky Pig. You actually order, pay, and they deliver the food to you in some sort of drive thru parking spot (if you order drive-thru, obviously). You pull to the side in a designated spot and they run it out. Make sure to ask for condiments/coffee supplies before you drive away and wait; I thought they'd just throw a bunch in the bag, but they don't. Napkins are the only added item they give you. Definitely a first, but Mickey D's is Mickey D's, hard to mess that up. read more

I like the renovations they did about a year or two ago. The french fries are great when hot. So make sure to check to see if they are hot before you leave. Meh, McDonalds you just take what you can get from them and get the hell of out there. They offer 24 hour drive though, convenient when I need it, slow but still there. The interior clean but not classy like other McDoanlds around the area. Like other reviews, honestly the service here is terrible. They're switched owners/managers more times than I can remember ever since I've been going there. For some reason, it never seems to get better. The fries are usually soggy and they aren't willing to make a new batch. The worker that makes the iced coffee is clumsy and drops the cup and the ice, meanwhile it's just a couple of buttons away to put my ideal iced coffee together. The McBites is like eating fried air. Perhaps it's just the chain, or the people, but this is one of the lesser McDonalds that I've been to, if you can put them on a scale to compare. Let me just start by saying do not come here past 10pm!!! I repeat do not go to this location past 10pm! Their service is horrible... Being a few minutes' drive from my old house, I frequented this location often. The quality of food is better than other locations, even late at night or in the wee hours of the morning since they're open 24 hours. The cheeseburgers aren't soggy, the fries always fresh. The breakfast and iced coffee are made well too. But the service is spotty at best. Living close to it for four years, I saw so many employees come and go, with probably only one regular that I saw during all this time. A lot of the employees are rude, not even acknowledging me at the window, not saying "thank you" or even "you're welcome" after I say it first! I understand they're either young or new employees, but I write this review so they can hopefully improve their service. The managers are nice though, and this one young employee was always friendly, replacing my order when it was wrong, quick and attentive. Come early 'cos it gets filled quickly if you want a table. DRIVE-THROUGH: - Since their latest remodel, there's been some holes in their service. On a few occasions, they've gotten orders wrong. On 6/30/17 we dined in before our mini road trip to Sacramento. We ordered to meals with coffee to get some energy for our drive. This McDonalds is by far the worst, every time I come here they are alway messing up my order and I come like once every 2 months and this time Im leaving a review.
