Clean store, fast friendly service. Food is what you'd expect from McDonalds. My favorites at McDonalds are the fries and the coke. The fries here are great. They need to replace or fix their soft drink machine. Everything from Coke to orange Fanta is flat and has too much syrup in the mix. McDonalds Coke is supposed to be crisp and refreshing with a little bite, not flat with a cough syrup taste. The playplace is great!!! i took a photo because i could not believe the amount of effort it took to make. overall, i believe there is room for improvement. I love this McDonald's! It's clean and modern looking way different then other McDonald's. They have so many different style seat choices. Also they have like a separate room basically like for privacy if you wanna take a phone call, or for a business meeting or going on your laptop. It's usually quiet in there. Also they do have a play place inside. So for the first time ever I tried ordering on my mobile app this time. To get some free frys. It was honestly easy. You pick your location and order the food and you can either pick up the food at the drive thru or dine inside. It will give you a code to pick up your food. Also it will automatically notify you & the restaurant when ur at the place. I guess it has a gps tracker or something. But if you don't order on your phone it's still simple as well and they give you a number and they bring you, your food to the table. Also download their mobile app for some coupons. read more

Inconsistent quality is killing McDonalds. My chicken McNuggets were old, cold and chewy. The manager quickly replaced them with fresh McNuggets that were also in the bin. So I guess they thought they would see if I would eat the old cold food first. My wife had a Spicy Chicken sandwich that was greasy and chewy and she couldn't finish it. My Quarter Pounder Deluxe had tomatoes on it that I could not chew and had no flavor. They were like sliced sponges. We threw our meal in the trash and went to eat elsewhere. McDonald's has to start pulling franchises. When I look at all the negative reviews, I have to wonder with all the managers they and their franchisees employ, what exactly are they managing? read more

This time is no different. customer service at very pool level and person that takes the order is extremely rude. Today I ordered large French fries and large iced coffee there and my French fries were dry and cold so I assume old -garbage Iced Coffee had much of coffee residue from the filter so basically it was undrinkable as I had grained coffee beans in my mouth every time I took a sip. He delivers fantastic services and never messes my order up like any other McDonald's. And adding on to that my food is always delicious when this man is up there. I know... I know... it's McDonald's. The only reviews should be from freakishly exceptional service events or food poisoning... Everything else in between, well, it's a McDonald's, right? This one though, like so many exemplars of fast food today, causes me to think pretty deeply about America as a whole - and frankly, the stability our society in years to come. You see, as a recovering Republican, I honestly try hard to relate... to empathize, and be open-minded when it comes to social issues. So, when I think of the fight for fifteen, my default position is to align myself with the workers. After all, corporate leaders are indeed greedy and the disappearance of middle class opportunities is likely the result of structural force well out the awareness, nevermind control, of the average person. So, yeah. I think we should better compensate at the entry level. And when I walked into this particular Mickey D's today with my daughter, and encountered the pleasant, and clearly competent young man at the register, my mindset was only reinforced. Sure, there was a moment of sticker shock (prices have jumped quite a bit), but in general, I was feeling good about the whole thing - happy to pay a bit more to support rising wages Then, they called our number, and reality came flashing back. While I find it hard to fathom how anyone could fail to correctly assemble a Happy Meal (each item is literally printed on the receipt and presumabling on the order screens). Yet somehow, they managed to a) forget the drink (a juice box), b) the apples, and c) the sauce. That's literally half of the items... But ya, know, poop happens. So, I walked up to the counter and waited to inquire... and watched as worker after worker passed by ignoring me - some stopping right in front of me to chat amongst themselves. Awesome. When I finally pointed out the apple juice to presumably a manager (different uniform), she acted like she was doing me a favor to grab a box out of a half-stored case on the counter above the refrigerator filled with juice boxes. That shoulda been my clue to check for other missing items... so we just lost out on the apples and sauce. Whatever. I bet you can guess where my social mindset shifted at this point. Really. Let me understand this correctly. You want me to pay increased prices, have to do my own quality checking, get treated like annoyance, and likely still end up with less than I ordered and paid for? That doesn't sound like a formula for success - and when I think about the idea of paying the people delivering this "service" any amount of money (nevermind 15/hr to flip burgers), let's just say ethereal images of Reagan appear before me. Seriously, I can't help but jump to "screw these people". Let's automate and find a new Australia as quickly as possible and start shipping... But what about the obviously good/capable young man that I first saw? Well, clearly, we should find a way to sort the wheat from the chaff before operation cull-the-herd begins... On a serious note though, if this is a microcosm of what is happening all across the United States, how will society survive? The scary part of inequality is not about how much money people make. It's about how much economic value (productivity) they generate. Truth be known, if we measure by value, character, and potential to create further value, the gap between haves and have nots should probably be quite a bit larger. And what can we do to stop it? We cannot simply subsidize the bottom. It helps no one for long as businesses will disappear or have to restructure (who the hell will continue to pay ever escalating prices ever poorer service?). It seems the cultural and structural damage is done. Greed at the top. Entitlement at the bottom. It's hard to envision anything but increasing inequality... and regardless of who you think is justified, once inequality reaches a certain point, the rational thing for the bottom to do is grab a pitch fork and torch. Revolution. Crumbling society - the grand reset button. How depressing. See. A simple trip to Mickey D's can be pretty damn heavy. read more

Just got here at 1:40 A.M. the line is quite long and it seems to be that each person ordering is taking forever. Usually the process takes less then 2 minutes per order. There are currently 5 cars ahead of me. Not sure if it's the people themselves who are ordering or whether it is the person who is working the intercom. I'm super hungry is all I know and I'm ready to order my food. Currently have one car ahead of me. It is the person working the intercom they are very slow. It's been 2 minutes and the guy just started ordering his order. Maybe I'm being impatient but this is supposed to be fast food. Someone just drove off from the drive thru line because it is taking so long. It is now 1:51 A.M. I am putting my order in. I am using my coupon to receive 20 nuggets for $4.99 which is a awesome deal! I just saved $2 through the McDonalds app. It is now 2:02 A.M. and I just received my order. This is not fast food at all. It's disappointing. I hope this location works better on being fast and efficient. On the bright side the food was warm and fresh. This is not always the case. It's the early morning of 11/8 at 1:17am as I write this -- whoever is working this shift is lazy and doesn't want to work. So not sure why this establishment is paying these lazy employees. I waited at the box for 10 minutes to finally get someone to take my order (I saw someone order when I pulled up). I ordered the $6 meal deal (includes Big Mac, small fries, apple pie, and drink). She said she could only do the Big Mac. I again said I want the $6 meal deal. Then she says "it would be a 12 minute wait for a apple pie." Lol okay. I can wait while I write my Yelp review. This isn't the first time I've been told it would take a ridiculous amount of time to heat up some food. They don't want to cook, or clean, or WORK so they tell you it will take 20 minutes in some cases or make you wait a ridiculous amount of time to order so that you leave because they don't want to ever work. As I'm sitting here eating my COLD apple pie (not sure what took so long if they didn't hear it up) and the most overlooked fries I've ever had from McDonalds and writing this, I've seen 4 cars pull up to the drive through and drive off because nobody is taking their order. This is my favorite McDonald's in the area to work on my laptop. When Starbucks closes, McDonals the dining area is open until 11pm (the drive through is open later). This particular location has a private room where a bunch of guys will often work on their laptop for several hours at a time (check out my picture... my laptop is on the right with the stickers). Their wifi is faster than Burger King and fast enough to stream Hulu or Netflix. There are enough plugs to find a place that is convenient. Use the bathroom in the kid's play area. It's a bit nicer and cleaner than the regular bathroom. Nothing special about the food (hey, it's McDonalds) but there is plenty of seating and you will see people hanging out for several hours, doing business meetings or hanging out in groups. I did see a real estate agent signing someone up and had her kids in the play area to keep them occupied. read more

My husband, my three granddaughters, my two sons and my daughter's boyfriend stopped in one night on Feb. 15th to have dinner together as I had just been released that day from the hospital and I was craving anything other than hospital food. This is a larger McDonald's with an area for kids to play and another separate area for people who want to do computer work or business type work and not be disturbed as well as large dining area. The burgers and chicken nuggets along with the french fries were fresh and hot. The workers are friendly and helpful. The service was fast and efficient. The restaurant was clean and the restrooms well stocked. I will return to this location due to their good service and well prepared fast food. read more

I hadn't been there in quite a while, but I was hungry and it was there After today, I'll just stay hungry. $8.52 for a Quarter Pounder with cheese and small fries. The fries tasted fine, for the amount there was. Now, to the dried out slab of something they represent as a burger. I came close to choking on it, and had to add a lot of ketchup from my kitchen to make it remotely palatable. I think they should have saved money on renovations and put it into the food. read more
