The chocolate shake was fair. They did not have any mustard. Not did they have Pepsi. The washroom situation absolutely sucks. The washrooms were locked even when empty and an employee had to buzz me in. In addition the washroom lacked paper towels. The hand dryer blower was not working. Due to the restricted access to the washroom I am giving this establishment the lowest possible score. If I was to assign a letter grade as is done in school this establishment would get an F.

Sauce coverage was good, but the wings themselves tasted overcooked. I can forgive to-go wings losing some crisp, but the meat itself was tough, chewy and dry. That's the part you can't sauce your way out of. Saigon Street was my favorite flavor. It had the Vietnamese fish sauce wing profile I wanted: savory, a little sweet and solid overall. I would've liked more tang, but I'd order the flavor again. The problem was that almost half of that batch were tiny overcooked flats with barely any chicken on them. At that point, they're basically saucing bones. Korean Kick was solid: sweet with a little heat, pretty much what I expected. Classic thick Yangnyeom profile without blazing spice. Cali Rub reminded me of a BBQ-style seasoning, but there wasn't enough rub on mine. Smoky, sweet and it works well. I actually enjoyed this one a lot, it just needed more rub. Bomb flavor, light execution. Peking was my least favorite. It was edible enough, but it tasted more like char siu than Peking. Deep red, thick, sweet-savory and missing the plum-style tang I expected. Basically char siu that never saw the fire. If they called it char siu, I'd probably have fewer complaints. Calling it "sweet and sour" just made the missing tang stand out more. The seasoned fries were rough. They're that battered, seasoned dredge-style fry, similar to Rally's or Checkers, so they're already on the oily side by design. Enjoyable for a few bites and that's about it. The garlic noodles had a really good chewy texture, but they were dry as hell and the garlic was missing in action. I mostly tasted parmesan and parsley more than anything. Great chew, no garlic, no moisture. For dipping sauces, the blue cheese was okay. The honey mustard leaned more savory, almost like Chick-fil-A's Honey Roasted BBQ packet, instead of bright, sweet and tangy. Not really what I want from honey mustard. Veggies were fine: thick cut and crisp. Pickup was fine, but the location is annoying if you're just trying to grab food and go. You have to park in the structure and pull a ticket. First 90 mins free if you wanna walk around or dine in. Fire Wings has good flavor ideas, but this order had too many execution issues. I'd still consider trying it again because some flavors worked, but the chicken needs to meet the sauces halfway.

Got my order, went back to my 'spot' in my trailer parked in the beach parking lot. Lunch time, against my better judgement, went back with my wife. Had to use the tablet again, but wanted to make some changes to my order. No assistance from the staff and was told 'everything was available through the system'. Well, it wasn't, so I completed my order (with about 10 minutes of fumbling) and paid. I then called an employee over to explain what I wanted. Was greeted, but then told I should have done it through the menu system. I told them I couldn't modify a 'combo' and, when I mentioned I couldn't, was told 'it's all available on the system' - so now you have to help me because it wasn't. I also ordered drinks, but my options were small, medium and large - no option for the type of drink. In the end, it was about 10 minutes of ordering followed by 3-4 minutes of verifying what I wanted - followed by a final question (from the employee) as to what drink I wanted. All that - why not just have an employee take my order as I want it - 2-3 minutes tops. And then (yes, a bit more), I got a little bit of attitude when I asked for ranch and hot sauce. I've been to some establishments that are going more to DIY order systems, but this is one of the worst. Two stars is being nice - they did get the order right so I had to give them that. But, won't be back to this one again. Just an awful experience.

I was here at the store I ordered a cheese burger and a sausage mc muffin with my friend. A man by the name of Aras kindly served everyone else with a smile on his face but when it came to my order they called it from the front and had me walk. I was under the impression that I was suppose to receive my food at my table and on top of that they charged me for water and ketchup if I was a delusional individual I would dismiss this but this is obvious racism sexism homophobia and ageism I am now formally boycotting this store I am very hurt that this happened to this what I used to call a beautiful restaurant now I call it homophobic racist bad quality store (this is not a prank message) the only reason I'm not putting no stars is because it's very clean in side so if you want to enjoy a meal from a clean racist homophobic ageist sexist facility then come on down because this the correct place. read more

I emailed my complaint to McDonald's who, surprisingly, wrote back with a form letter (very impersonal) that they would look into the issues. I then got a phone call from Julio Pedrasa, who could barely speak English, saying he sent me payola coupons for 1 value meal (gee, thanks) good for ANY location, and when they arrived they are only good at 3 locations, including his. The staff at this McDonald's is incompetent and I don't like that McDonald's pretends they care. They hire illegal workers who have no idea what McDonald's is, an American institution, and let it get run into the ground. I tore up the junk coupons. This McDonald's (along with probably many others) is known for terrible service. I was one of those people that had a terrible experience. I called McDonald's to ask if they had a Neapolitan shake. The guy answered the phone, and I said "hi, I'm Marcy Jo, I wanted to-" and then he interrupted me and said "hahahaha, Marcy Jo" and HUNG UP ON ME! i have eaten in more McDonalds than I want to admit it but this one is one of the best if not the best. It is the cleanest one and the crew is the friendliest I have ever met.
