CHICKEN BURRITOI first returned the burrito bc it tasted like a lime burrito. They exchanged stating the Pico de Gallo was lime forward. Turns out it is the chicken that is doused in lime. I had to put a pound of sour cream and Verde salsa to mask the disgusting taste. I will just not order chicken anymore. The attendant probably needs more hospitality training. Put limes on the side! Just arrived home from this location and open my bag of food, my entire order for 4 people stuffed into 1 bag (3 burritos, 5 hard tacos, 3 soft tacos and 1 Mexican pizza). Guess what? All smashed on top of the Mexican pizza. The Mexican pizza is literally flat and all the cheese is on the lid. You open a taco wrapper and everything was made so sloppy, tomatoes, lettuce and cheese everywhere. Every hard taco is smashed. To top it off, I ordered 3 soft tacos NO sour cream, all 3 tacos have sour cream. What is happening over there? Worst food I've received from here, ever. Not like I should expect much since this is crap fast food, but I think people should at least put a little bit more enthusiasm and honor into their work. Absolute garbage service. I ordered in the app and nobody was in the drive through or in the store. The three people working are just in the back doing nothing and talking a bunch in Spanish saying jokes. After 5 minutes the Mexican lady who can barely speak English walks up and asks me if I already order. I tell her I have that online order that has been suiting there. She slowly walks up to the receipt and then tells the people the order needs to be made. They slowly make the order as they sit and non stop talk in Spanish, I even hear them talking crap about my name in Spanish , not knowing I speak Spanish. We took initiative to check in the online pick up away from regular order. Then when I wanted to wash my hands there was a homeless person showering in the restroom which they said happe s all the time. This person walked in and didn't even BUY anything. TACO BELL REVIEW BY SEAL BEACH LOCAL A bean burrito used to fill me up. for many years growing up in Seal Beach I would walk to this Taco Bell and get a bean burrito, and it would tide me over till dinner. Sometimes it would be dinner. Not anymore. Taco Bell, now your burritos are 1/3 of the size they used to be. Back in the day you would fill the burrito with beans, cheese, sauce and onions, roll it up, fold in one end and leave the other end open. That open end would leak beans and cheese into the wrapper, and that was okay because the burrito was actually was filled up. If it was too much tortilla I'd just tear the excess off or I would squeeze the fillings up into the rest of the tortilla making a longer burrito. They don't make 'em like they used to! Now both ends are folded in and I think they use smaller tortillas and must less filling. I can tell this when they hand me the bag with my burrito inside. It actually has a noticeably lighter weight! I can understand that it's less messy to eat a smaller, more manageable burrito with both ends folded in, BUT ITS MOSTLY TORTILLA! It's frustrating, disappointing and sad. Yet I persist and continue to patronize this establishment. I find work arounds like asking for extra beans, but it's more money. I actually do this probably once a week. I order two burritos and ask for extra beans, and when I get them they're still light! So I ask for more and I feel like the employees are getting as frustrated with me as I am with them. I think I was finally satisfied when the had added 3X extra beans. That was when it felt like the burritos of the old days. And that's not even a huge burrito, although it should have been. All this makes me realize that Taco Bell is passing along the food costs to the consumer and maximizing profits at the lowest levels with their bean and cheese burritos and "NEW Beefy 5 Layer Burritos". I mean, what happened Taco Bell? You removed a bunch of old but awesome menu item faves like the Mexican Pizza and the Enchirito ,and started leveraging food costs on the backs of poor, hungry, life long patrons by skimping on the beans and cheese. April 21, 2019 Taco Bell is a cheap place that serves a purpose and that is, a cheap place to grab a fast snack.....like McDonald's. So as my close Yelp fam knows I forgot it was Easter Sunday, and everything was closed. So we drove around like crack whore's in search of that hit. We have been to this location before and it was open, I decided to try the new dollar nacho cheese taco. I knew it would suck and that was expected. OMG....I was sadly mistaken, it was "BOMB"! I was shocked at how nice they put it together when most Taco Bell's just slop the food in the wrapper and can care less how it looks let alone how it taste. I wanted to let mini Mac taste it so, I shared it with him. I am so into these tacos and hope the next time I get one it will mimic the first one I had. First time visit to this store. Started order at a big touch screen. I wasn't sure what I was doing as I had never used one. I ordered a Cheesy craving box. This has a drink, a beef borrito, a tako and some nacho chips with cheese. Could not believe that today (11/15/21) the cost with tax was $5.44. Filled my drink and went to a table to wait for my order. Of course I got the table with the short leg so as I touched it the table wobbled. Be careful when you try to move the chair away from the table as these are the heaviest chairs on the planet. Got my order and inside was the tako,which was very good, the borrito which was also very good. There was a small bag of corn chips, about a handful, and a small cup of warm cheese. for dipping. Also very good. Included was 16 packages of hot sauce. The food was fresh and hot and tasted very good. I gave 15 of the hot sauce paks back to the person that gave me my order and told him the meal was very good and I will return. There is a drive-thru and ample parking for pick-up or dining in. As I told the person inside, I will return and would recommend this as one of the better "Chain" diners. read more

My picky eater orders (plain this, no sauce that) are always correct (so far) and of course quick. It's Taco Bell so I cant say much beside the basic it's quick and stuff BUT- The guys here are so nice omg idk their names but MANAGERS HEAR ME OUT just give them all a raise. The other day my chips were forgotten which isn't a big deal at all but I just really love the chips here even though my bf says they're the dryest things ever but anyways the guy was so kind about it. I walk in to place order - homeless guy sitting at the door says hello and I say hello back. The homeless guy then follows me in and talks to counter clerk while I'm looking at menu - I didn't pay much attention to him. I then place my order and look at receipt and complain that I'm being charged an additional $11.69. Counter clerk/cashier says homeless guy came in with me and he thought I was paying for his order even though I was never asked if I agreed to pay for this additional order. I told him that he did not come in with me and it was upsetting to me that the clerk didn't specifically ask me if I was paying for this other guy's food so I cancelled the entire order and was issued refund and left. I had actually planned to give the homeless guy part of what I had ordered for myself. It bothers me that given our homeless crisis these employees are not trained properly - place was not busy - homeless guy was trying to pull a 'not so' fast one and Taco Bell attempted to enable it to the detriment of a 40yr resident of the area who patronizes that business from time to time. read more

They seem to have been remodeling most of there joints over the past 7 years. This loc is really nice inside. Super clean and swank. Feels like your in a better restaurant and the only reason I gave them a 2nd star. Then there's the food....Pluuuuhhhhhh. I got a nachos bellgrande which has always been my favorite thing to order from Taco Smell for the past 15 years. Now, they should call it Nachos BellPequito(SMALL). There's nothing grande about it and that goes for the rest of their food. Everything seems to be mysteriously shrinking every couple of years. Even their damn hot sauces are only packing a drop or two. You gotta get like a bucket of them to get a decent amount of sauce out(annoying). The food doesn't taste good anymore either. I'm guessing they are trying to cut costs by substituting cheaper and nastier(flavorless) crap in their blah blah bluhhhhs. The only reason I stopped at Taco Smell is because my daughter wanted a double decker taco which she enjoyed. Everything else sucked.
