No Coffee Stirrer like the said. This location does not treat coffee lovers properly.

They treat you better and with more smiles if you in the drive thru. I order a coffee, for the 2nd time barely had cream. Before I could even mention the lady just walks out instead of asking would you like any condiments with your order. Drive thru was not the greatest got cream & sugar but no stirrer. the man caught an attitude after seeing me take a picture so I can post it in yelp. Beware going here if you a coffee lover!!!

It's going to be an absolute no for me, 2:25am ice cream machine is always broke. Nothing to say about the ambiance, service was not that bad but the lady was extra loud and sound like she was done for the night more of take what you get kind of vibe .

    Closed drive-through

The sign and online says they're open 24 hours b through their drive thru but it is blocked off and even though there's people inside they're not doing anything

I need to stop going here in general but this location is terrible. I ordered the Filet o Fish with extra tartar sauce and fries cooked to order. This is what they gave me. Just look at the pictures. No extra tartar and they just refried stale fries and gave them to me. This has to be the worst location close to me and they're all pretty terrible but last minute dinner decisions get me every time.

The meat on this quarter pounder was raw! Don't bother going here!

Update Review: After I voiced my experience to corporate I received an email letter from McDonald Corporate apologizing and letting me know they would contact the franchise owner of this location, I then also got a phone call from the McDonalds Area Supervisor and email from him sincerely apologizing, I also was able to go back and get a refund of my entire meal, they were nice to offer me anything I wanted but I respectfully declined. I got my voice heard and also showed the manager again the photo of the raw hamburger. If you have a experience like this with any restaurant speak up or they'll continue to do so to other people, I hope with more training they don't make this same mistake to another person, I'm happy that I got a follow up and my voice was heard. First Review: If I could rate this location a -100 I would. First off poor training and need some ESL classes. I will continue to come to this location everyday until my voice is heard! I've reported this location to the corporate McDonalds office and the health department thanks to the other reviewers with the hair in their food! Something needs to be done! It's starts with who's managing this location and training everyone. As you can see the photo attached my mother had no clue she ate a raw uncooked hamburger until she looked at her hamburger. I've went to the drive thru spoke to the lady who was the manager onsite and she said she would have the upper management call me wtf kind of service is this? I'll call and roll up to this location every mother fuckin day till they do something, I could careless about the refund at this point it's the principle! Do yourself a favor and drive pass this McDonald's all together, they should just cover this location so no one has to order from this place ever again! Boycotting McDonald's y'all ice cream machine don't even work half the time.

I will never come to this place again. I found a hair deeply embedded inside one of the cheeseburgers absolutely disgusting. they definitely dont wear hair covers nor have good cleanliness standards. stay away!

    French Fries

EVERY time i come through the drive through and one specific female employee is there, i never get the ketchup i ask for and when i asked for extra tonight, she told me it was in the bag and there was only ONE (1!!!!!) packet. it's ketchup. the bare minimum. a FREE condiment and i still somehow never get it when she's at the window. my partner and i are loyal to this mcdonald's and it's disappointing to not even be valued enough to be given the luxury of sauced and non-dry fries. be fr i shouldn't be mad over a damn ketchup y'all suck ass

IDK, every experience I have had here in the past year I have lived nearby has been as you would expect from a McDonald's. Generally good.

I noticed that they now pour drinks from a pre-made plastic jug instead of making them fresh like when the store first opened. I usually don't get sick from drinking coffee but twice in a row is pretty bad. Their drinks are also overly sweet and most of them do not have a 0% sweet option, which is usually what I order from other coffee and tea shops, and it's probably because most of the ingredients are pre-mixed. They also use thick plastic cups, considering that Seattle is a pretty green city and a lot of similar Vietnamese coffee shops use sustainable cups. Sad to say, but my time visiting this chain has come to an end.

They have self serve water on the left side with carafes that you can also take with you. The water is room temperature. Service was very attentive. There was always staff available to take orders right away and help direct guests to a table. The decor is pretty neat. You get a taste of the city, and it was really cool to see the vinyl records throughout the restaurant. It shows a lot of personality and feels really nice to see someone's passion and personal interests incorporated into the space. We ordered the pho combos, rice tower with pork belly, a couple of Vietnamese coffees, a brown sugar matcha, and sticky rice. The food was absolutely delicious! It was especially neat having the pho served in a hot stone bowl because it keeps the soup hot throughout the meal. Every bite was comforting, especially on a cold, rainy day, which Seattle is known for. The rice tower is what my boyfriend and I ordered, and the pork belly was so good! It was nice and crunchy, and the sides that came with it complemented the flavors really well. The drinks were also very good. I would definitely recommend the egg coffee and pandan Vietnamese coffee if you love coffee. I also love that they have some snacks for sale next to the cashier if you feel like taking something home after your meal. Towards the end of our meal, one of the servers brought out a free dessert, which was such a kind gesture! Overall, we loved the food, service, and overall vibe. Definitely check this place out! There is parking available, but personally, I can imagine it being difficult to find a spot during busier hours, so plan accordingly.

I can't say it was anything super special but it was definitely worth a try. Food & drink: (4/5) There are for sure certain items that they excel at and some that need some work. We got the banh uot tower with heo quay, banh khot, banh mi chao, and com tam. I see the appeal of the eye catching banh uot tower, but unfortunately I felt like it was very mediocre. I felt like the portion of veggie and meat wasn't enough for all the rice rolls, plus the actual heo quay was dry with barely any crispy skin. I think they also forgot to give us the heo quay because we had to ask for it much after the banh uot came out. I would skip this next time. I would also skip the banh khot as it was on the softer, chewier side when my personal preference is light and crispy. Those who do like it soft will definitely enjoy it though. As for flavor, it had an extremely prominent coconut taste- it usually isn't so strong in banh khot so I wasn't so fond of this. My family did really enjoy the com tam and banh mi chao. I only had one bite of each, but I would get these items again. Their drinks on the other hand, were delightful. I got the tamarind black tea and my step dad got the lychee green tea. Both were super refreshing and even addicting. I think they tend to do sweet items better, including their rice crispy treats that they sell on the front counter. Service: (4/5) The service here didn't really stand out much but I didn't pay much mind to it. They were very nice but there was a sense of disorganization, mostly due to us not being acknowledged when we first walked in and having some of our food forgotten about.

It was perfect with oat milk. 1 star off because as others have mentioned, customer service could be better. The barista taking my order seemed a little impatient or bored (Gen Z vibes). The cashier was nice at least! It's also unclear where people should line up/order. The person in front of me was confused and the person behind me was as well. I was a little skeptical of the fact that they make it from a concentrate because. I feel like a London fog is hard to mess up if you know how to brew tea, but I decided to try it anyway, and I was pleasantly surprised. While it didn't have a strong earl grey flavor, the drink was delicious and still tasted like a London fog and the lavender pear syrup was lovely. I haven't ever branched out past the #1 or #2, because they're so good. There is something about the bread at Tony's that is a cut above all others in the crowded field of affordable, non-"elevated" bahn mis in S. Seattle and White Center. The hot bar is good too, and has a large variety of dishes and sides. By the register, there is usually a variety of salad rolls, bahn cuon, and sometimes other fresh veg + meat + noodle options. Tony's is my favorite lunch, whether I grab it first thing in the AM, or stop in midday. They also do bulk orders and big cakes that look delicious. P.S. I feel I must also mention that there is some very elegant penmanship on display in signs written in English and Vietnamese--which alone is a strong reason to pay Tony's a visit.
