This is absolutely the worst McDonalds ever. Even when they have more people behind the counter than in front of it they cant get the order right. Big Mac bun was so dry it crumbled and the patties were half the size of normal, Chicken Nuggets must have been around for ten years in a freezer they were so dry and the nugget was mostly hollow inside, how do they even make them that way. The worst part is every 6 months or so I get a craving for fries and a big mac and they always disappoint. Also, NEVER buy a pie from them, they are always old and so hard you cant even break them and the filling is dried up and in a crappy paste. Worst waste of money I can think of. This place is terrible on wait time. Myself and other people waited over 10 minutes in drive through. The staff didn't even tell anybody that they were short staff. I was able to maneuver out of the line to go inside to complain. And low and behold a customer explained they were short staff and give them a break and suggested I go back and help them. First. There ordering machine doesn't work. They don't seem to know that the speaker doesn't work. I try to tell there window employees and she says she's just soft spoken... The worst McDonald's that has ever existed. I have lived in Odenton for 10 years and have had a majority of my experiences there be just absolutely terrible. ALWAYS missing items. ALWAYS. I love when they ask you what sauce you'd like, but 100% of the time the sauce does not make it in the bag. People that work there are just miserable twats. I just placed a doordash order so we could try their new crispy sandwich. It was cold AF. One of them they sent the wrong type of chicken sandwich, and it was so subpar. They totally missed the mark with this. anyway, this store is a disaster. The incompetence is amazing. Thank god there is a new fast food restaurant opening soon. read more

Update... it's gotten better. I've been a few more times. Service was fast. Food was warm. (One star) Should have listened to the reviews and avoided this place. We ordered at the self service computer screen (because my son thought it would be fun) and waited at least five minutes at our table... because the computer tells you to "take a number and find a seat"... this must be a foreign concept to the employees. (We were the only guests in the place.) I go up to the counter and see part of my meal sitting there (it's lukewarm by this point). They said they "called my number." (Again, we are the only people there.) The order wasn't even complete yet. They hadn't even made our shakes yet! I asked the employee why the computer told us to sit down and wait and she just shrugged her shoulders. Didn't even offer to give us hot fries. It's not like there aren't a million other McDonald's I can go to. You think they'd at least try to win us over. McDonald's made a HUGE mistake replacing people with those stupid computer screens. read more

We've lived nearby for 4 years now, and this location CONSISTENTLY does not remember to include your dipping sauces, straws, and spoons. They ask you during the ordering process what sauces you'd like with your chicken mcnuggets, but then don't give them to you, and forget peanuts with the sundaes, and spoons when you order oatmeal. read more

Recently, a good friend told me that I should stop by McDonald's and order their new quarter pounder meal. With that said it was one of the worst experiences I've had at a fast food establishment. The lobby was not crowded; however, I had to wait 20 minutes for my burger to be served. When I received my burger, the burger was burnt with a splash of mustard on it, no onion, no cheese and no pickles. I ask for the manager and I ask if she would consider eating this slop. She continued to stare at the burger and replied, no I would not and I am sorry. With that said, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to receive a replacement quarter pounder. Meanwhile, my ice had melted in my drink and my french fries now cold. During my extended stay in the lobby of McDonald's, several patrons complained about their food and some requested a refund due to the poor service and poor quality of the food. One gentleman stated that he waited in line, and drive-through, for 45 minutes only to receive the wrong meal. At one point, the manager and the employees were yelling at one another. Not a good experience!! I don't expect five star service at any fast food restaurant; however, I do expect respect and food that is edible. read more

Mcdonalds is Mcdonalds; My order wasn't correct a few times. That's expectant for such a huge, popular fast food chain. However, the one thing that stood out to me at this particular location is their politeness. I went through the drive-thru line a handful of times and both the cashier and the server were absolutely pleasant to me each time. I've never received that at any other McDonalds, so I appreciated it very much. Also, I've never had to wait very long at this McDonalds. Just purchased a burger in the drive through line, came home, unwrapped lunch to find a bite missing. Is this the way the McDonald's Corporation says "bon appetit!" to their customers?
