Mind you I drove home and checked the food and received this as a nugget, you can compare here that one's a lot larger than the other, as well as asked for extra fries instead of apple slices and they gave us the same size fries and then no apple slices either or the extra fries. HORRRRIBLE. horrid. i ordered curbside at 9:49pm. still didn't have food by 10:08. went inside for help, locked. went through drive through for help, their lobby closes at 10:00 and apparently that means curbside is also closed, nobody said anything to us. finally got our $40 order and it is completely cold. definitely sitting in that mcdonald's over the 8 minutes their lobby has been closed for. read more

Food was worse than usual. Pickle was dry and on top of the burger. Service was decent I guess but the ranch was open when we got it so ranch went everywhere in the car. Drive through went by quick but only because everybody else is out Christmas shopping, usually it takes longer then 10 minutes. read more

Placed mobile order just for French fries only! Terrible customer service! Waited 10 minutes in drive through... cars didn't move an inch. Went inside and requested food or refund. 5/4/19 8:30pm Nasty - dirty, fly's everywhere. The floor and counter area were very dirty with food and order receipts in the floor; this is behind the front counter as well as in the dinning area. Drink bar was very messy and the dining room floor had sticky spills in numerous places. I placed a kiosk order for coffee, hot chocolate and 2 apple pies. Took my table number and waited at least 10 minutes and ended up walking up to the counter to request order. The restaurant was not busy in the dining area but the drive thru was. NEEDS management oversight very bad. Not sure who the franchisee is for this location but they need to get their act together. Lifelong resident of Somerset and I can say that this location is by far inferior to the management of the north location. read more

i asked for 6 piece nugget meal, a original mccrispy meal, and a burger kids meal for my friends. the mccrispy was loaded with the spicy sauce so much that it got all over me and i reached for my straw to get a drink because my mouth was BURNING and didn't have a straw, reached for napkins to wipe the shit off my shirt and didn't have any napkins, had to pay for ranch and ketchup and didn't get EITHER, and the service is bad. never eating there again read more

Too bad I HAVE to give a star. I had THE WORST experience ever at this McDonald's. First of all I sat in the drive thru for nearly ten minutes before ordering. Then I waited to pay. After paying the person handed me my drinks and asked me to pull forward. I ordered 2 sausage McMuffin meals plus an egg McMuffin without cheese. I waited and waited. I walked inside and no one would help me. I went back to my car and waited more. Finally someone walks out and hands me my food. (No apology for the delay.) When I got home I realized all the muffins were burned. The coffee was cold. My McMuffin was supposed to be cheese free. Instead I received a burnt English muffin with cheese and an egg! If it was a Sunday morning I might understand the chaos. But it was 10 AM on a Tuesday morning! It took me nearly 35 minutes and cost $18 for pure disappointment. Terrible conditions. Dirty, sticky tables. So many flies you'll think you walked into a remake of Hitchcock's THE BIRDS. (No, seriously, this place should be shut down for the amount of flies alone. We literally asked for a to-go bag so we could eat in the car because they were swarming us.) Fries were hard as a rock, although we did actually get what we ordered, although incorrect items seem to be a common issue with this place according to other reviewers. If I order a sweet tea with lemon. ..I want a sweet tea with lemon! After handing me the drinks I asked if the lemon was in the cups and was told they were out of lemon. Its not that they didn'thave lemon but that they had no intentions of informing me about this. I refused the drinks and refused a replacement. It's funny that they then were able to find a whole container of sliced lemons. I would have called the manager and reported the laziness of the employee but the manager was involved in this. My advice is to drive a few more miles north to a (hopefully) better Mcdonald's. read more

Uber disappointed ... I have mobile ordered from here 2 times in the past week and the service is terrible ... I waited for 15 minutes both times and then my order wasn't right and I had to go in to get it fixed only to wait an additional 3-4 minutes on my food cause the employees were standing around at the drive thru window talking about going to the local county fair ... needless to say I won't be back.. this place needs new management and new employees.. $12 plus an hour and the service was way better when the employees were making $7.25 an hour. At least back then, they gave a shit about their job and took pride in their job.... read more

McDonald's at the south end is the worst restaurant in Somerset! They NEVER get an order right. You can order just ONE item off the menu and I guarantee they will find a way to screw it up. They serve cold burgers and stale fries that taste like they have been sitting there for days!!! This place is a joke and that's an under statement!!! I'm not sure if this is for the north or south McDonald's, so I will review both. North McDonald's has the best sweet tea, South's tea is horrible. South McDonald's has the best ice coffee , Norths is ok. There is always a huge line in the drive through at the north one but the people there are more friendly than the south one. The food seems about the same to me except for fries, every time I get fries at the south one they are cold . read more

lord do i have a story for you. mobile ordered, right? right. waited 30 minutes and i never got food and my app gave me a notification that said "thanks for stopping by!" thats when i knew....i'd be there till the next day. i went to the drive thru and said "i mobile ordered and it said my food came out and it never did. and it was $40." so i showed her my order and she copied it and made me pay AGAIN. i just pulled up, they handed me my drinks and told me to pull up again. i waited another 15 minutes and then a lady comes out and tells me to pull into a parking spot and explain to her what was going on. basically she MADE them give me a refund on the first payment and they were gonna give me the food that had been sitting there for over 45 minutes so she also made them remake it. you want me to eat some old crusty food u made yesterday and just reheated it and let it get cold again??? no. i was there well over an hour and a half altogether. the only employee that was actually good was the one that came out and she was as pissed at them as i was!! and they STILL didn't get the order right. if u want wrong, old, crusty, cold food cooked by dicks....this is the place for you! don't forget that 2 hour wait AND you might even get to talk to the manager that doesn't know how to manage if you get lucky!! :) hope u enjoy read more

I just had the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. I waited in a line of cars for several minutes and placed my order. I ordered 3 extra hot mustard sauces at 25 cents a piece to go with my nugget order and chicken sandwiches, also ordered a double quarter pounder with bacon and a quarter pounder without cheese. Got home and there were no sauces and since nuggets are tasteless without sauce I went back to get sauces and hot fries. I pulled to the window and told the manager, who came to the window with an attitude, I had no sauces and that I'd also like hot fries and sandwiches. He said I'd have to wait for all the cars behind me to get their orders before he could fix mine because it wouldn't be fair to them. I said I had already waited. He said pull up and they'd bring it out. I waited 12 minutes while 9 cars went through the drive thru, placed and received their orders. I got home and the sauces were in the bag but the double with bacon added did not have bacon and the quarter pounder without cheese had cheese on it. Gave this a one star because I couldn't post no stars. It's easy to see why this restaurant has a one star rating. The owner should think about new management. read more
