It is very very rare that I eat at McDonald's but I got a sudden craving for the new spicy egg/sausage McMuffin after seeing a commercial lol. I am very appreciative that they still made my McMuffin even though I ordered a couple of minutes after breakfast! That's great customer service. The young man that took my order was very nice and it was a smooth and fast drive thru experience! To drink I ordered a small iced coffee and everything was honestly so delicious, as bad as it probably was (health wise). 10/10 recommend this location and this sandwich if you like spicy sauces. read more

This McDonald's is the closest to mine and I'm starting to want to drive further just to get better service. Every time I go, my fries are cold even when I ask for fresh fries like tonight and they still came out cold. They forget sauce. I know it's McDonald's and it's cheap but I still expect to get fresh fries when I'm ordering food. The service is decent. I sat there for 20 minutes an hour and a half before closing. Nobody took my order. I decided to call before leaving a bad review and give them a chance. At first it went to voicemail, but then a you g lady answered and apologized telling me to pull through again. I did. Then I sat there for 10 more minutes with nobody answering again. If you don't have enough personnel then don't open. If she was doing tasks that took her away from the menu, then she shouldn't have been alone. If she was sleeping or on her phone, then fire her. Most McDonald's are slow, full of the most disinterested & unfriendly people but this location has my heart! I go nearly three times a week for a morning drink & small bite breakfast and on top of the food always being well cooked, I'm always impressed at the staff's efficiency and kindness they offer every single time I go in the morning (Monday through Friday crew)! This location is very clean, modern and renovated so whether you go through the drive thru or make your way inside it is a great experience either way. I will say one negative is self serve kiosks. Sometimes it makes it challenging if you need to make modifications to your order or things that take talking to a real person to handle! read more

When we asked the worker said we were not charged for them. We had paid. We asked for hot fries. When he brought them to us, they were cold. The manager provides no customer service, only surliness. Went through the drive through, after paying at the first window we got to the pick up window to the you g lady saying so you have your receipt. Not even politely. Handed her the receipt and it still took a little while, then she comes back to the window and while bending down to do something she says something. She stands up and looks at us and I just look at her quizzically because we don't know who she's talking to and she says pull up to the 3rd window. We pull up and after another couple of mins she comes out with a bag and leaves. The order was missing the drink so my husband went back in and I checked the bag and no fries. Worst service on the planet. Don't judge me, it was for the grandkids! My wife called an order in then let them know which spot I was in for curbside pickup. (Knock of should be that they still can't even open the restaurant when everywhere else has.) After 10 minutes I drove thru and let them know I was still waiting. They sent me back to my spot. After 45 minutes and 3 failed attempts, I spoke to the manager, Lucia, that told me they didn't have an order for me. This is after 3 previous attempts and 45 minutes and confirmations that it was received. I love McDonalds, however very disappointed with this location. I ordered 2 egg McMuffins and asked to have white cheddar substituted for the American. This review is for the drive-through only. It may have been because it was a holiday that I went in on, Labor Day, but once I ordered my food, I was in line waiting approximately 12 minutes. That's not counting the 3-4 minutes or so that I was waiting to place my order. I had no complaints about the food. This place sucks. Second time my order was wrong. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with no pickles. Sandwich came drier than dry; the roll was not buttered. Ordered a simple cheeseburger with no pickles or onions. It came with onions and I could tell the pickle WAS on the burger at one time. The staff needs to pay attention to detail. Made the mistake of coming here during what appeared to be summer transition week. Could hardly hear person doing order, the order didn't come up on screen for review, there were three windows and we received no instruction as to which were being used and it was not clear from the other cars. I am not a fan of McDonald's, but we were driving through on Hwy 46 and needed to stop somewhere with ample parking for an extra large vehicle. This McDonald's shares a parking lot with HEB Plus, and we were hungry. It was a Tuesday evening, and the restaurant was nearly empty. The cashier was very friendly and patient while we figured out our order. The wait for our food was a little long, but it was worth it to get fresh food that had not been sitting around for a while. The cashier brought our tray to us, which is above and beyond for a fast food place. The fries were hot, cheeseburgers were good, and my chicken wrap was great. The restaurant was clean and quiet and made for a pleasant dinner. My only complaint was that the bathrooms were dirty. My husband said the men's room was terrible. The ladies room wasn't awful, but did need attention. And the toilets were nearly unflushable. I thought they would automatically flush, but when they didn't, I started pushing random parts on the back because the flusher was not apparent at all. I finally found it was a tiny silver button on the side that had to be pushed really hard. It was ridiculous. Overall, our experience was great, and I would definitely eat here again. read more

I have stopped at a lot of drive thru restaurants in my life, but i felt obliged to state just how great this experience was. I pulled in to this location at 10:30 and was promptly greeted through the intercom. I needed some time to finalize the order for breakfast. (Can't beat the 1.50 hash brown/Sausage biscuit combo). The drive thru attendant was the nicest person I have dealt with at any drive though. We pulled up and picked up our food from a well dressed, and happy manager who got our order 100% correct. So we ordered 2 egg mcmuffins with a small fry and a ten piece nugget with a medium fry and a sprite. They said it would be a 3 minute wait for nuggets which was actually about 8 minutes and they forgot to put the small and medium fries in the bags. So we come back around through the drive thru and the cashier sees us but continues her conversation with her coworker. When she finally decides to attend to us and we tell her they forgot our fries she told another person out of view and then she told the manager and then they only brought the medium and we had to ask them for the small fry AGAIN. Then my gf asks if she can have a cookie for the inconvenience and was told yes. Then the cashier closed the window on us and went on without ever getting us the cookie. read more

So I came in late at night for a French fry run because I was hungry. I went in looked around and there was only one woman who already ready received food, and no cars were in the drive through. I ask for a medium fries and a medium drink. They say ok and then they start walking as slow as dirt doing various tasks. I looked back there to make sure that they were actually doing something and to make them realize I was still there. Finally someone decides to get me the fries I asked for. And remember I was the only one there. I am little merciful, second star is because there was only three and one or two others standing around in the back and the food is good and cheap. read more
