I stop at this McDonald's every morning to get an iced coffee on the way to work and this location sets the standard for McDonald's! They are the friendliest employees and have the fastest service. The one time I had to wait on my coffee to be ready for like five minutes, they handed me a card for a free value meal on my next visit. Exactly ZERO for five sandwiches where made properly. Nothing crazy requested (no pickles or no onions where the only modifications for the kids burgers). Not one damn thing was made, or labeled properly. To spend an hour driving back, to talk to someone about everything that was wrong, is a complete waste of time and money. We evacuated from New Orleans where let's just say things move quite a bit more slowly and customer service at fast food restaurants is virtually non-existent. I was in and out of this drive thru in about 3 minutes, served a piping hot breakfast and coffee cheerfully. This is a great McDonald's! read more

Staff are friendly and respectful. Had an issue where I waited for a long time for my food and when I got my meal it was missing items. They helped me with my order and I left satisfied. Got some issues here and there but what fast food place doesn't. read more

I am not a McDonald's fan in general... and despite having forgotten items from my order on several occasions (from time to time I like their hashbrowns)... I still like this McDonald's. The cashiers/employees are pretty friendly and their $1 any size drink is cheap. When I've gotten all the food I've ordered, it's never been wrong and it always is hot and seemingly fresh. If it weren't for the monopoly game (and I am addicted to monopoly in general), I wouldn't visit very often... but they have me hooked! When in Spring Hill... I prefer this McDonald's over the one by Target... people are just a little nicer and the line is generally shorter. read more

I rarely eat at McDonald's, but my kids really wanted to stop in for a quick lunch after Church. I should have trusted my instincts and kept rolling right by. Here are a few things we observed today that probably won't have us coming back 1) extremely slow service- the average order took at least 10-15 minutes to be filled. This was extremely disappointing considering the place was empty. 2) order accuracy was pitiful. During the 25 minutes we were there, I counted 9 customers that had to either Coke in from the drive thru or return to the counter to correct something with their order. I was the tenth as they forget a portion of our order. 3) part of the problem is shift management. There did not appear to be anyone in charge or anyone who cared to be in charge. To run an efficient operation folks need to be in their proper stations and focused on the task at hand. Today it appeared that everyone was taking a vacation day at work or came down with a bad case of ADD while on the job. read more

And after a long few days of working hard, do you want something for dinner and quick because you don't want to cook so you figure consistency is best, drive-through McDonald's grab a cheeseburger how do you screw that up? With some fries? Well, when you leave hamburgers in the warmer for several hours the bottom of the Bun tends to get crispy and the hamburger is not edible. But you would think, statistically, it's in your favor if you order four (4) cheeseburgers not all of them can be jacked up can they? Wrong. With all four burgers ordered at dinner time they're all ready jacked up. How do you have McDonald's drive-through during dinner time at 7 PM and all of your cheeseburgers are jacked up? Miss management, do not go to this McDonald's, starve yourself or eat dog food this Has to be the worst McDonald's ever. read more

Out of all the Mc Donald's I have ever eaten at I despise this one the most. It's not that the food is bad or that the employees don't seem friendly. It is the fact that on mutable occasions I have order food, paid for my food that this Mc Donald's happily always accepts and when I am asked to go to the second window I am told to pull up and park and wait for my food that I already paid for while other vehicles behind me get served. Most of the time at this Mc Donalds I have to wait between 10 and 15 minutes for the food I paid for and I cannot count how many times after waiting all most 20 minutes or more, I had to walk in and get my food and there has been many times they forgot I was even out in the parking lot waiting. It has been four months since I returned to this Mc Donalds and sure enough I ordered a meal for me and my employee and was asked to pull up and wait. I refused this time. I have complained about this and the manager told me Mc donalds make them does this so I called there corporate headquarters and the main office told me that they do not allowed to do this, so I do not know who is telling the truth. I am a business owner and when a customer pays for a service we service them first. We don't take their money and say, oh by the way we got some new calls from other clients and even though you paid for your service we are going to put your service on hold to service other clients even though we took your money. The other MC Donald's near target does not seem to do this as much and has much better service. read more

The people at this location are pleasant enough but the drive-thru ALWAYS and I do mean ALWAYS messes up my order somehow. I've had items left out of my order, received another customer's order, had my drink spilled between window and my car, and even had it spilled into my car once. Why I continue visiting is beyond me. To be fair, I don't visit often but when I do they always mess it up somehow. The food is McDonald's. I don't expect a five-star dining establishment but the food is well-prepared and as presentable as one would expect from fast-food. The drive-thru wait is a little long most of the time which is especially frustrating since they always mess it up anyway. I don't mind waiting but please get my order right! The store is usually clean inside but the bathrooms are sometimes a mess. They also have problems keeping the soap dispenser filled and the toilet paper stocked. read more

Tried to get a small iced carmel mocha advertised for $2. Wanted to charge me $3. Had to get manager who was talking on phone. He came over (still talking on phone) looked at order and said that will be $3. I pointed out the sign that said $2 and he said someone must have forgotten to take down sign and walked away still on the phone. I left and went to the one by Home Depot and got my mocha fot $2. I have had it with this McDonalds. While the people are "nice", I can tell you they are completely incompetent. Without fail, EVERY TIME, I go through the drive thru, this restaurant gets my order wrong. Today, after not eating there for awhile, and after waiting 10 minutes in line to even order, after I pay and get my food and ask for a ranch dressing, the girl tells me to pay her 16 cents. SIXTEEN CENTS for a ranch dressing...and NO SIGN anywhere telling me that one must pay EXTRA for something that is a normal part of fast food. What an insult and absolutely ridiculous. I was tempted to just sit there and not pull forward after being insulted by this demand, but I figured it would be best to not frustrate other customers. Instead, I'm here writing this review and I will never go back to this franchise again. I didn't eat at McDonalds for over a decade, so I have NO problem not giving this store any future income.
