    Bacon Ranch Deluxe McCrispy

They always mess up your order. My sandwich didn't have any bacon on it, and that's supposed to be the best part. Supposed to be Bacon Ranch Deluxe McCrispy add cheese.... and it doesn't even taste like the sandwiches from other locations. Customer service is ehh.

    Deluxe (?) Spicy Chicken sandwich

Be aware if ordering the Deluxe Spicy Chicken sandwich from this location. Awful, rubbery chicken and sauce was more on the packaging than the sandwich

First of all- I'm a McDonald's fan. What I'm not a fan of, are the two undercooked Quarter Pounders I've been served this week. Gross! Just gross. Thought it was a one time thing earlier this week. Now again tonight. I'll be reaching out directly to the store as well.

I am not a McDonald's fan in general... and despite having forgotten items from my order on several occasions (from time to time I like their hashbrowns)... I still like this McDonald's. The cashiers/employees are pretty friendly and their $1 any size drink is cheap. When I've gotten all the food I've ordered, it's never been wrong and it always is hot and seemingly fresh. If it weren't for the monopoly game (and I am addicted to monopoly in general), I wouldn't visit very often... but they have me hooked! When in Spring Hill... I prefer this McDonald's over the one by Target... people are just a little nicer and the line is generally shorter.

Once you've savored a recyclable chalice filled with The Goat's finest offerings, you'll find that other ground brown beverages of a Starbuctic nature pale in comparison. Oh yes, the review points and what not: * The ambience is ambient, the kind of place where you'd enjoy sipping coffee. * The staff is chill; the kind of peeps you'd love sharing a coffee with. * The bean water is pinky-lifting tastebud euphoria that both longtime locals and recently relocated Californians can enjoy. In conclusion: Say goodbye to overpriced green mermaid coffee and say hello to overpriced small business coffee. Trust me, it's just better. But I digress... Make haste, you mortals. Turn off your blue-screened dystopian brain-rot box and get thine tuchus to this location immediately. But again, I digress... Despite their post-Christmas eggnog drought-- 5 out of 5. Would recommend.

I downloaded the app and ordered tater cakes, two womelettes, and a cortado with brown sugar syrup. The total ended up being around $32, which I honestly did not think was that expensive. When checking out, I was disappointed to only see a card and PayPal option, as I use Apple Pay for everything. It would not save my card information, and I tried to save it for 10 minutes before closing the app for the 5th time, and then the option for Apple Pay randomly appeared. When I picked the order up, the staff kindly greeted me. I said I had a mobile order, they got it, and that was it. Quick and easy, which is how I prefer. The inside was really clean and cozy, and I wished I had eaten inside instead of in my car. For the food itself, it was fine. The tater cakes seemed to be tater tots pressed in a waffle maker. I did like the womelette, but it tasted like nothing special, like something I could make at home. The salsa and sour cream made it better, though it was a little cold, even though I picked it up on time. I could not drink the cortado. I added brown sugar syrup, but barely tasted it, and it was too bitter. However, I am used to flavored cortados. There were other menu items that caught my eye, so I would definitely give it another try.

I walked in, glanced at the menu for approximately 2.7 seconds, and knew exactly what destiny had in store for me: the Salted Queen Caramel Latte. (Yes ma'am. Royalty in a cup.) I placed my order with a young lady who was polite, friendly, and engaging, the kind of person who makes you feel like you've been coming there for years, even if you just figured out where to stand. Five-star customer service before the caffeine even hit. Seating options? Oh, they've got you covered. You can sit outside upstairs and pretend you're in a Hallmark movie, or stay inside where it's cool and comfortable. We chose inside. The high-top table had USB ports and electrical plugs, which is a classy move. Nothing says "we care" like letting people charge their phone while they charge their soul. And yes, there's WiFi if you feel the need to actually work instead of just looking productive. Then I heard it, my name called out like I'd just won a prize. I stepped forward... and met my Salted Queen Caramel Latte. Wow. It was better than expected. Smooth. Rich. Perfectly balanced. I took one sip and this Old GOAT almost fainted. Which is ironic... because that's exactly where we were. If you live in Franklin and haven't tried The Fainting Goat Coffee, you're missing out. Go meet the Queen. Just be prepared... you might faint.
