I used to come here when they had 2 for 1 coupons, but now I go to Better Days or The Spot. Two reasons. One, their patties got much thinner and smaller. They also charge extra for cheddar cheese and extra tomatoes. I can get both those substitutions for free at Better Days. I would go here only if I had a coupon. read more

Well, today I visited Culver's here in Springhill. I ordered a fish cod sandwich with no sauce and it was actually not bad. But also ordered a side of onion rings and that's where my lunch went down the tubes. The onion rings were half burnt and when my lunch bag was finally delivered to my car the onion rings were actually on the verge of being cold. That was very disappointing. I like everything they have on their menu. The food is good for fast food, the staff are nice and very helpful here in Spring Hill. I can easily spend $30 here. Pricey for fast food but at least its quality fast food. I'm actually craving their cheese curds now thinking about them. But my favorite thing about this restaurant is the decor, they have fun farm animal decor with cute names and stories for each picture and I love bringing my kids to eat here because they love to look at all the animals and ask about them. Teens these days have not changed one bit since I was their age. Still looking to have fun at work and still screwing up orders. We dropped in one early evening to pick up some burgers and such, and as I stepped up to the counter, I got a blank stare from the young teen. I had to resist reaching over and knocking on her forehead. Hello....? Is there anybody in there? Uh, I'm ready to order.... Finally, a "what can I get you" slipped from her lips. I'll have a single bacon butter burger with everything on it. "That burger comes plain Sir, do you want anything on it?" I'd like everything on it, please. "The burger comes plain. What would you like on it?" Uhhhh ..... ok, I'd like onions, lettuce, pickles, etc... SMH! The place was bustling. It was a charity night for a local elementary school, and the little ones were tasked with taking the trays to the tables. They were cute. Culvers is good at being part of the community. I wish they were as good preparing their food. My burger, with everything on it, LoL, was slapped together with hardly no care at all. The slice of cheese wasn't even melted. In fact, it looked like it was thrown on the bun at the last second. I don't even think the famous butter was melted. But what do you expect from a fast food restaurant? It was exactly what I got. A teen being a teen, and something that resembled food. Even if it did look like the plastic stuff that my grandchildren play with. The shakes are very tasty and refreshing. As is the custard. They do those right. When Andy's up the street is busy, pop into Culvers to make your sweet tooth happy. Quick Tip: Take a pass on the cheese curds. They should be hot and gooey. Instead, they're cold and chewy. It's kind of like chewing on gum but without the flavor. Go at a slower time of day. Never been to a Culver's before so wanted to try it since we've seen a few around and they seem fairly busy. We ordered the Reuben sandwich and the grilled chicken sandwich with onion rings. Followed by vanilla custard with brownie bites and strawberries. The Reuben was very good and reasonably priced compared to deli sandwich places. The grilled chicken sandwich was cooked well and was good but bland. No real seasoning on the chicken, which it could probably use. The vanilla custard was vey flavorful, especially with the added brownie bites and strawberries. The onion rings were crunchy and not soggy. The place is clean and the employees were friendly and helpful. Will try Culver's again on a future trip. read more

Awesome restaurant. Their staff is always extremely friendly. I took my sister here yesterday. It was her first time eating Culver's. She's visiting from the West Coast and she quickly realized why we love coming here after church. The food is always fresh and delicious. Their burgers are even better than In-N-Out IMO. Ambiance is often loud because they're quite often packed with people, but we came later in the day and it was nice and quiet, with plenty of places to sit. read more

I went into this lovely establishment and was greeted by the whole staff. They were so nice! The food was delicious and made my tummy full. I got the North Atlantic Cod Filet Fish Sandwich Value Meal with Onion Rings and a Coke Zero Sugar. The little boy on register with blonde hair and a cute smile treated me with such kindness. Got home to find no top buns on the family's sandwiches. Someone literally put the bottom buns and chicken in the sandwich box and felt confident enough to close them up as they sat. What an embarrassment. My young daughter and I was in the drive thru waiting for our food and six teenagers were hiding in the dumpster area with the doors closed, vaping and acting belligerent. I seldom would consider giving a fast food place 5 stars - but I simply have to with Spring Hill TN's Culver's. I live in Spring Hill, so I frequent this place. This is the MOST consistently friendly restaurant I've been to - much less the fact that it is fast food. Their food is prepared to order and - while it is still fast food - superior to other FF joints out there. The thing that keeps me coming back are the workers. Good people make a place, just like bad people destroy a place. They seem genuinely happy to be there and happy to serve. It is amazing - every time - consistency in their service. The manager should be commended. In fact, I called out the manager one day and expressed these thoughts to him directly and thanked him for taking such pride in what he does. Culver's - the franchise - needs to come visit and see how well Spring Hill TN is doing customer service. read more

Was no all that good!! We drove frome hohenwald about a little over a hour and good service but food not all to talk about like a up class DQ!! We got a burger and it was black burnt and c curds and my wife got fries but could not even eat they where do soft like the just put in oil and pick right out!we try it but will never go back read more

I've been pleased with how fresh their food is every time. The buffalo tenders are tasty and the hot fresh fries... I love how they always ask if you want extra salt or ketchup with your fries. I took one star off due to the over done, and very thin patty on the Single Deluxe Hamburger. It was around 2mm thick at best, so a little disappointing. There was more lettuce than meat. I have had the double cheeseburger and it was cooked perfectly, so maybe they were having an off day. Staff is very polite and they seem to always have a good workflow/drive thru system. Burgers, French Fries, Onion Rings, and Ice Cream!!! Reminds me of every other fast food chain around Spring Hill but with a new name. But my wife and I gave it a try... You have an assortment of burgers (Wisconsin, Mushroom, Bacon, Basic) along with chicken, fish and sides (crinkle fries, onion rings, mashed potatoes, slaw, salads, and chili). And of course, several flavors of Custard-Style Ice Cream. I chose a bacon burger (of course) with fries, my wife chose chicken strips with fries and we also has a scoop of ice cream and added chili and cheese to one of the fry orders. Let's start with the "chicken strips" that resemble cod (fish) more than chicken. A rather rare occurrence happened, my wife disliked the chicken, which means the world has ended and hell has finally frozen over. When you think of chicken strips, you imagine golden encrusted morsels of chicken, deep fried, crunchy and juicy. Well Culver's has a different view: dark brown slivers of chicken that seriously look like Frozen Fish sticks. The burger was bland.... it had no taste even though it had lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, mayo, two beef patties and bacon! All I could taste was the bun, the bacon and sadness. The fries were no better than EZ Fries (microwaveable frozen crinkle fries) and tasted similar with a slight freezer burn spice. The chili and cheese only brought this out more... so this is officially the first time cheese and/or chili has not improved food in my life. The ice cream was the only decent part of the experience however when you have Dairy Queen and Baskin Robins across the street, is it really necessary? Simply put, no. And at a cost of $25.18 just for this? It's not worth the hype, or even the five minute drive from my house. The only good thing about Culver's is competition among the other chains offering better prices, combos and coupons. Like it's Ice Cream, Culver's is just another flavor of the month and will soon melt and be replaced by something new and shiny either at its current location or down the street. Atleast you could say you are at Culver's for lunch instead of McDonalds... it does sound better I guess. read more

We've eaten here multiple times and never had a concern or even an issue. This is ridiculous.
