I am a business owner and would not tolerate this type of customer service. When I told some friends they said they have had the same experience.

This is a great spot for a college student that is feeling a bit overwhelmed, wants an alternative to the nightlife, needs the feel of family... The group that is outside of the shop with the dogs is very strange and this is not the shops fault but I don't understand why the city of Springfield doesn't ask them to move. The square in Springfield is beautiful and people don't need to camp out in the area.
