I'm beginning to think this location doesn't even have a shake machine. It's somehow always been "cleaning" every time I've visited.

So i just moved near this McDonalds so its my local spot. I been theres probably 6 or 7 times and literally every single time at least one thing is messed up. Last time i went the food was cold, i asked for an OJ and they said yes and i get to the window and they say "oh actually we dont have OJ" so i accepted a orange Fanta which was flat as hell. A different time I ordered a few apple pies. I get up to the window and they tell me they are out of Apple after i paid for them and offered me cherry instead. THe whole reason i came was apple pies so i said screw it and got the "cherry" which turned out to not even be cherry pies and they were extremely old. The filling was hard and the little "discard by:" label were anywhere from 8 to 10 hours past the throw away time. I was pretty mad because i made a point to be really nice to the workers and they smiled in my face knowing they gave me a bag of crap i literally threw in the trash when i got home. I pretty much dont eat McDonalds because my local spot sucks and it kinda ruins it all for me. Apparently whoever runs that place just cant seem to find good workers. read more

The staff is a little slow on their feet. A few of them, not to be harsh. That part makes zero difference to me. Every single time I go here. Whether for Big Macs, fries, breakfast sandwiches. They are great. I order sacks of food for my co-workers too. We love this location. Never had a problem. Some customers pile up in the drive thru- although that doesn't bother me much. When I'm pressed for time, I usually disembark the car & try the in-door dining. All around some of the nicest staff around here. I've given five dollar tips to the workers, their faces lit up like Christmas Day. I do indeed recommend this McDonald's, compared to 13 mile, or the hell-scape store on Mack. Oh gosh don't get me started on the Mack store (that strattles GP/Detroit). read more

Just tried ordering at 11:43 on a Friday to be met with 'are you with door dash, we're only taking door dash orders'. This has always been the slowest Location and always with mess ups. It should probably say somewhere that they are only open at 11pm for door dash unless that was a lazy attempt at closing early by the employees. read more

I asked for the corporate number as well when they couldn't refund the money that I paid for a Frappe that I couldn't get because it was down. The green-shirted manager hesitated talking to me, questioned why I wanted her name (so I could fill out the form on the app), mumbled, and then closed the window. My husband checked his account and they had taken the money...so basically...they stole. There should be no way that you can't get your money back through the mobile app or the restaurant and no food or drink was given. This behavior has to come from the top - like the owner(s). I would give zero stars if possible. I have never not been disappointed after visiting this location. I rarely go inside as the atmosphere is chaotic. The driverhru is like waiting for molasses to pour on a cold day. The food is stale, moldy and cold. They never honor McDonald's sales. Through the whole $0.99 deal for all drinks deal they always stated that they don't do that at their location. So they are cheap! They serve old food! I have got food poisoning from this location before. The staff is either completely clueless or right out rude or both! I don't go to this location anymore even though it's the closer one to my neighborhood. It's a shame because back maybe 25 or more years ago this place was great! It's hard to believe a McDonald's in a decent part of town could be one star. How can something so standardized be so much worse than another location? Well, it can. I did dine-in here with my toddler. We ordered at the kiosk and got a table number. It said, "just wait at your table and we will bring it to you!" So I strapped him in the high chair and we waited. Well, they started shouting out my number, so I had to unbuckle him to go get it, and they started shouting more angrily because it was taking me a second. Why advertise it at all from the start? She didn't hand me a cup for the happy meal so I asked for one. She said to reach over the counter and get it myself and seemed to think it was stupid that I asked. Anyway, that was the least of the problems. The clientele here was shoddy. My kid is a slow eater so I witnessed a lot. A set of parents dropped off their 3 small children at the play place and left. Two toothless addict-looking people were stumbling around the lobby. A group of ten middle school boys were about to get in a fight with each other at several different points. An employee was on break for the entire time we were there, almost an hour, just texting gloomily at a table. Meanwhile, there was slippery soda all over the floor by the fountain drinks and additional spilled drinks on two of the tables. The McFlurry machine (which is usually out of order) was piled up with garbage. All went unnoticed. The food was fine except for the French fries being upside down in the bag. The new fresh beef quarter pounder is great, just not here. Went Sunday at 1pm and after waiting 20 minutes in line ordered my sandwich. After 5 more minutes waiting for it finally received it. Went to get some ketchup for my fries but both dispensers were broken. Sat down to eat bit in and raw. Not under cooked raw. And mind you I custom ordered w extra onions so they'd pay attention. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have YET to get good service at this McDonalds location. The last two times stick out the most. I pulled up to the drivethrough and sat there for 10 minutes, nobody came over the speaker, no sign on the screen, nothing. So I drove around, nobody at the 1st window. Nobody at the 2nd window. Finally, someone saw us and opened the window and said, "Sorry we aren't serving because we don't have enough staff." THEN PUT A SIGN UP! The last time, again sat at the speaker for a long time. I finally said "Hello?" and the woman said "go ahead" never even acknowledged that I had pulled up. I ordered, the screen was correct. I pulled ahead and paid. Went to the second window and was given our drinks. Then our food. Of course our sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin was missing egg. We go in and the people say, "Oh someone must have rung it in wrong." Except it clearly said Sausage Egg Cheese on the receipt. I thought this location would be nice but i was very wrong and ended up being very late to work. I walked in around 10am and was not greeted or acknowledged, there were crew members working in the front but they chose not to say anything and kept doing what they were doing. 2 other customers walked in behind me and got the same treatment. Then a young girl came to the front to tell me they are only taking card payment, which I politely said was fine (she just didn't want to take my order) during my transaction, she needed a manager, who was in the bathroom so long, i just ended up leaving, (not that anyone cared) the other customers walked out also which just shows that the customer service is HORRIBLE here read more
