Literally garbage. Right across from my work so I usually try to stop after work. Have been told "not taking orders at this time" many times during random times during the night even through they claim to be 24 hours and almost every order has been messed up or they're "out of" something. Also drove around once and no one ever came on the speaker and so I pulled up to the window and a worker was eating ice cream I think and ignored me. read more

This location is the worst. I placed Mobile Order to avoid the line and sat in a car for 15 minutes without any deliver. I walked inside and told them that, he said "oh, sorry", then he looked at the screen and recognized that there was a mobile order. I waited totally 30 minutes to get the food. The floor inside the store was very slippery. I usually go to McDonald's by 13 mile and Harper. They were fast and good. read more

This McDonald's has the worse customer service. After complaining about an old, stale biscuit sandwich that I paid for, I had to listen to the manager, Deangelo, tell me that I didn't know what I was talking about and that he was not going to "play these games" with me. He had no professionalism about himself, and even threatened to take me outside and do bodily harm to me when I confronted him about it. This is the first time I've ever had to call corporate on anyone. If you expect good food and customer service, I suggest you stay away from this location. read more

So, it's McDonald's so I'm not expecting much....all I want it to be able to place an order and to get the order I placed.... So, this McDonald's is getting a facelift.... and it's OPEN! Great.... I'm thinking maybe new owners have purchased it, redoing things, replacing employees and management. If they did, then nothing has changed. So I pull up.... incredibly easy order. 2 cheeseburgers.... I'm interrupted by the woman taking my order very quickly telling me my price.... I only ordered to cheeseburgers.... anyway I continue, one hamburger ketchup only.... interrupted again, shes telling me the price.... SHUT THE F UP and let me order. I add a final hamburger mustard only and she within a second tells me to pull around. I pay, she's on her phone. Doesn't acknowledge me. Hands me my card back. I get home.... two cheeseburgers, two hamburgers. THIS is why you don't make $15 an hour. It's not hard... you don't want to take my order.... then don't work here. It wasn't the rest of the staffs fault, they gave me exactly what she told them to. This McDonald's sucked more than the others, and it's still the worst I've ever been to. read more

ZERO STARS.....ZERO, ZILCH, NADA. Worst....I mean hands down, the worst. Staff is awful. No one is really THAT hungry that they can't go to another fast food place. Seriously, what does it take for this place to close. I've been here twice in 5 years and I regret the BOTH times. This McDonald's is located at 22333 E 9 Mile Road near Mack in St Clair Shores. I used to visit occasionally, in the evening between 8 and 9 pm. Not anymore. This store is the most poorly run location I have ever visited. It is filthy, not managed by anyone that cares, and is just plain raunchy. Let me give you just 2 examples I observed during visits. Example 1: Two youngsters, relatives of the employees,(because there were no customers inside) 10-12 are running around playing tag. They each have damp towels for wiping the tables. Obviously given to them by the employees to wipe the tables. They are throwing the towels at each other, sometimes landing on the floor, and then wiping the tables. The employees see this but continue to text and have happy personal conversations while this behavior continues. Example 2: The work area you can see while waiting for your order is a mess. The floor shines with grease, french fries are all over, various paper products litter the area, etc. There are no customers in the store, just the drive through. Plenty of employees standing around shucking and jiving, playing with their cell phones. no one seems to be managing or even cares, just having a good time. By the way, the food was luke warm. A couple questions need to be addressed. #1 Where's the Manager. #2 Where's the McDonald's District Manager. There's a saying business, "You get what you inspect, not what you expect". People aren't doing their jobs. read more

Came to St. Clair Shores for an early hockey tournament. Went to the drive thru at 6:30am Saturday December 8th 2018, myself and three other vehicles sat in line waiting only to never be helped. Location is open 24 hours and there were employees inside! Apparently they just didn't feel like doing their job. This is one of the many reasons we try to avoid fast food, especially McDonalds. read more

I would give them 0 stars if I could. The worst staff. I don't think I've ever gotten a completely correct order from them. I always have to tell them at the window that they forgot something or I have to go back in and wait behind other people to get what I should have been given on their first try. People expect a certain level of quality and service when going to a McDonalds, whatever your expectations are this McD's will underperform so badly, the owners franchise should be taken away! Took my grandsons there and walked in to see two employees in uniform dry humping in a booth and even after making eye contact continued this behavior!!! Took the boys to the bathroom and there was a backed up toilet with feces on the floor and when I told the young female manager, she gave me the neck weave and stared me down. I wouldn't let me dig eat here & the fact that management doesn't respond to the reviews or alter the work ethic at the store tells me he needs his franchise taken away!!! Wow it's no wonder the highest rating is only a 3star. Service sucks. This McDonalds needs to be shut down or an overhaul on management. I hope the owner of this place never opens up any other business. They have a double sided drive thru sat and watched 3 cars come after me get their order taken. So I drove around and went to the other drive threw only to watch more cars in the other one get order taken. I waited over 10 minuets for my order. Over paid for a coffee I though was $1 like every other place only to pay almost $2 for it. I will never visit this place again and hope no one else does. Service is the worse. It was a cold dark morning, my niece had a swim meet while I was with the family. We needed somewhere quick to eat. We choose the nearest McDonald's. Would this light up my morning? No. The food was alright. I ordered the number 2. It had thick eggs, juicy sausage, and two small pancakes. I took my first bite, it turned out to look better than it tasted. It was nothing special over all, but it was something. I left getting the smell of fake products and a and old people. Also one of the doors is broken. This is probably the worst McDonald's I've ever seen in my entire life. I recently did the mobile ordering and it took 22 minutes before I had to go inside and speak to a manager. I was actually the third person in line not waiting to order food but to speak to the manager do too overly increased wait times. I even called the store directly to save time but the employee who answered the phone said the manager was not available and she refused to give me her name. This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my whole life. It's close to my house so I just go there because it seems to be the more convenient thing to do than to drive to a farther location, but after this last experience I'm making the far trip so I don't have to deal with the people there. Workers have got into fist fights with customers watching, are EXTREMELY rude, and they always take a long ass time to get any food out! So I just ordered some uber eats from this location and on the app I pressed no mayo but when it showed my receipt it said I had mayo selected. I cannot have mayo because of severe allergies so I immediately call the McDonald's to let them know no mayo. Nine. Calls. Later. I finally get a response. The lady I'm speaking to is rude and does not seem to care, then hangs up on me my order was supposed to arrive at 12:40 latest 12:50. It didn't get to my house until 1:05, which wouldn't be that big a deal but with all the other stuff I dealt with it was. I order a McFlurry, and when my driver drops off my food they never even gave him one. Which is understandable because it's late and the ice cream machine probably wasn't up and running, but at least refund me for it tf. Then I got a medium fry instead of a large but that's not that big a deal but still. Only reason why I'm not that mad is because the Uber driver was fine and the food was warm so whatever. They didn't put the mayo on either but i feel like I shouldn't have to go through all of that for some damn chicken. I'd give this place negative stars if I could. read more
