I don't eat McDonald's but last night I had to have it at 2 AM. All the food was fresh and hot. The guy who took my order was really friendly. They had everything. Even the shake machine was working. Nothing made me sick. They even had filet-o-fish which I thought was only sometimes. I can not comment on ambience but from the outside it looked well maintained. Oh the food came quickly as well: no line in the double drive through. I sat in the parking lot and gorged myself on one of the double whoppers and the hot unparalleled McDonalds fries. They advertise 24hrs but when you get in their line they take your money and make you move to the next window no food handed over I paid $26 for my food and received a sprite and a hash brown when I went to confront the people at the window after checking my bag they slammed the window in my face and said "we're closed" with this being the closest thing open to my house it's highly disappointing. Their 24 hour drive thru is not as advertised. Placed a mobile order and waited in the drive thru line only to be told that the restaurant was closed at first, but they looked up my mobile order and I was on my way after enduring an employee with a grossly rude attitude and waiting about a half hour in the drive thru line burning precious $3.50/gallon gas, not to mention there is only one drive thru line that spills out into 4th Street North. Perhaps McDonald's corporate needs to sweep in, close the restaurant for at least two weeks and retrain all employees on courtesy towards customers. If short staffing is a frequent issue with this McDonald's then consider permanently closing this McDonald's. This McDonald's used to be a good place to get breakfast, lunch or dinner. I went through the double drive through. Was given the amount of my purchase but later when I looked at the receipt, it was triple the amount. Obviously I paid for someone else's order. I took a picture of the receipt and went back to the restaurant in person to ask for some of my money back. Met with a rude worker, the manager couldn't be bothered to talk to me. Because I didn't have the original receipt she wasn't just going to give me $30 back. My order was $8, was charged $24. I just wanted $16 back. I will never go to this restaurant again. I guess it was "get yur own coffee day" I never got my coffee & had to go back up to retrieve it, the guy sitting behind had the same problem. Got the McGriddle combo, hash brown was not hot. McGriddle was warm, I noticed the guy behind got his order before I did, may be that's why. I really just wanted to eat in peace but one of the workers had to do the floOrs around me & started putting up alll the chairs on the tables, what clucking noise. The nerve of this guy! So I pull up to the order screen and a voice says hello. I say hello. I'm waiting for a reply for a minute, then I say Hello? He says very rudely, "I told you to hold on". First of all you didn't tell me to hold on, and 2nd of all, there are nicer ways of being. Finally he asked to take my order, and I tell him I have an app code for $4 for a McDouble, a 4 pc nugget, a small fries and a small drink.. He says you don't give the app code until after you reach the window. I told him, "the morning crew just takes my app code and it already tells them what I am ordering just by the code alone". I could hear him sighing as if my informing him of what the app says was annoying him. Against my better judgement, I continue ordering the McDouble, a 4 pc nugget, a small fries and a small drink. When I get to the window, I provide the 4 digit code and he tells me the total is $7.62, I said "Sir, the app says those 4 things for $4. He said "I don't run the app, I just punch in the numbers". I said "well thats wrong!" He said, "Do you just want your money back?" At this point I was already frustrated with the whole ordeal and said "You know what, YES! and also can I speak to your manager?", to which he replied, "I am the manager". Cheap owner. Cuts the Mcrib sauce with cheap barbecue sauce. Does it every year. I should know better than to keep going back year after year. but its the closest one to m job. the nuggets are always hard and fries usually overcooked and cold. have seen them re-fry fries to make them seem hot. you can see the owner likes to cut corners to make more money. Honestly this McDonald's sucks. Worst in Florida. I work service industry so I get out late and sometimes just want a little something to eat. Their "24 hour drive thru" is a complete lie. The employees that work at night are lazy and I see them running in and out of cars randomly sometimes. I pulled up tonight at about 12:20am and was told they could only do Uber eats and door dash but not honor my mobile order which makes absolutely zero sense. They always have some sort of excuse once the managers who actually care are gone and night shift takes over. I think 1 out of the last 6-7 times I've tried past 11pm I was successful in getting food. If it weren't so close to my house I wouldn't even bother. If you aren't going to be 24 hour, don't advertise yourself as such. It's bad. So, so bad. I go there almost exclusively at night, and that's where the problems are. They opened up a second line for the drive thru, and it's still only got one person taking the orders. It's really hard to concentrate on giving your order when you've got a homeless person rapping on your car window, and you can hear someone in the other line screaming "Hello? HELLO???" It doesn't matter if there's no cars or 10 cars in front of you, you're still going to be here a minimum of 20 minutes. They forget to put sauces in the bag, they forget what you ordered and ask you to verify at the second window, they forget straws, they give the wrong change, it's all just wrong. You can order something at the box, and by the time you get to the window, they'll tell you that they're sold out, or the machine is broken. Despite the extremely long wait times, the food NEVER tastes fresh. The hamburger meat will be spongy, the chicken nuggets will be dry and greasy, the french fries are cold, the ice cream is runny. It's like they make order #5 before order #1, so order #1 has to wait forever, and order #5's food is awful. I've been there during the day, and they're usually okay - I don't know if it's better staff, or more staff working at the time, or luck, but the difference is literally like day and night. I just went there tonight because my mom was craving a burger, and we waited 40 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and 2 pies. While I was ordering, the girl kept asking her coworker questions or tapping away at a second computer. After 25 minutes of waiting, a homeless man came to the window and stared in at me for a solid 5 minutes. 5 more minutes later, the girl working the register asked me what I ordered, then told me they were out of pies. Overall, I think the problem is most likely that they don't staff enough people... Some of the employees do try to make it better. They apologize for the wait, they offered me an extra dessert since they were out of pies, the problem is that they just don't seem to have enough staff to go around. One person seemed to be taking the orders of both drive-thru lines AND the inside, while someone else was trying to hand food out and window, make fries, AND run food out to cars. It was like they had 3 staff and a manager, and they need 4 or 5 staff. I'd give 1.5 stars if I could, only because some of the employees do try to help you, but the bad experiences FAR outnumber the good. read more

This is by far the best mcdonalds I've ever been too! Everyone that works there is so sweet and energetic. They all work great as a team to delivery fast, accurate orders. I did see one guy request his burger to be remade due to the presentation and Kevin (he's funny!) brought him over a replacement. He goes the extra mile to put a smile on your face each and every time. I believe it's the manager, but I always hear him greet customers and it seems as though he has regulars and he'll engage in conversation with them. It's nice to see a manager converse with the staff and costumers. I'm really impressed! read more
