We went through the drive-through and ordered a big Mac meal and a 10 piece nugget meal. We waited for 30 minutes. They pulled us up to the doorway we told them we hadn't paid so we went back and paid. They then moved us back up to the door to wait for our order.. when we got home, my husband opened his 10 piece nugget and it was full of old hamburger meat. NEVER EAT AT THIS PLACE!!!! I had one of the worst fast food experiences of my life at this McDonald's. There were only two cars in line, yet it took nearly 20 minutes just to get through that line. When I finally got through, the workers were extremely unprofessional and rude. Instead of speaking respectfully, they acted annoyed that I was even there. To make matters worse, they tried to tell me they weren't accepting mobile orders, even though I had already placed and paid for my order through the app. The problems didn't stop there. When they handed me my frozen Coke, it was overflowing all over the lid, spilling directly onto my hands. I was also told they were out of sweet tea, which was fine, so I politely asked for a Diet Coke instead--but they still gave me a Dr Pepper that was filled only 3/4 of the way. Then, when they handed me my straws, the worker dropped them out the drive-thru window onto the ground, and I had to get out of my car and pick them up myself. Unfortunately, the food was even worse than the service. None of it was edible. My Big Mac bun was so hard it was basically crusted to the box, like it had been sitting there forever. The chicken nuggets had a mysterious black spot in the middle, which honestly made me question if they were even safe to eat. The fries were soggy and nasty, and my McDouble bun was completely soggy as well. They also forgot my sauce entirely. By the time I looked through everything, I honestly didn't even feel safe eating the food because I was worried about getting food poisoning. This was a complete waste of money and time, and easily one of the most disappointing fast food experiences I've ever had. I definitely will not be coming back. read more

I will be writing more reviews for this location being a St Pete beach resident On multiple locations, giving this McDonald's a few chances because everybody can have abad day. The manager, Nisha of this location, bullies, her employees and treats the customers the same. Instead of setting an example of management I seen some of our employees actually scared of her. This was the second night we attempted to get some food at this restaurant. We waited at the drive through about 12 minutes before we could place our order. We tried to order a large drink and were told we couldn't. We asked for Medium and finished the order. It took no less and 4 times repeating my order which was 2 value meals with 2 drinks. After paying we waited again at the pickup window. Finally a young lady showed up work our meal, opens the window and gives us the food in a rude manor and walked away as we tried to ask a question. To top it off, they gave us the wrong sauce for after going over it no less than 4 times. I would recommend any place else but this Mc Donald's. read more

Here on vacation....stopped in to get me and the wife breakfast. Bad experience, this place took 27min to make the food pictured below, and then we had to hassle these people for our drinks. The front staff employees seem to love to argue with you when numerous customers who had issue(including myself) had to argue our cases for items missing from bags, no condiments in drive through orders, no silverware. I was there waiting for 27min, so I had a chance to hear many customers issues. This place needs a 3rd party judge and jury to settle disputes. By far one of the worst food and customer service experience I have ever had at a McDonald's restaurant. Extended silence & wait time while in drive through before ever taking our order. Fries and burger were cold. The burger looked as it it fell together on it's own and one of the patties broken in pieces. I attempted to call restaurant multiple times and for at least three to four times the person whom answered the phone disconnected call. After finally getting someone to answer the call they were not courteous and abrupt. They said there were trying to serve customers. I explained that I was one of the customers and explained my food situation. The call ended after I said I would return to store tomorrow to resolve food issue. **As a side note, the restaurant was extremely short staffed and did not have adequate personnel to provide an acceptable level of service customary of a well managed McDonalds restaurant. read more

This is a very contemporary (modern) Mickey Ds. They have digital touchscreen ordering, but you need to have an account so you can log in. Service is pretty good. The Manager was bringing meals out. But they did forget to give me my sundae so I had to ask for it. :*( Thank goodness I remembered!!! Not sure when McDonalds got so fancy. And sepndy. Happy Meal is the best deal. And you can get a fruit with it! Skip the chocolate milk. Weird ingredients and too much sugar. Burgers are thin. Decent. Fries too salty. But decent. Sundaes are tasty. I have to give this McDonald's credit because they deserve it for what they did a few months back. It was around when the McDonald's closed at midnight, my friends and I pulled up at 11:30 and ordered 120 McNuggets. The workers did a great job because all 12 boxes had every single McNugget lined up nicely and neatly. They were all the perfect temperature and everything. A women came to the door and then asked her coworker and then they obviously just made up that the registers inside were not working. Seemed weird because I saw the people inside ordering as I walked up. Just another case of employees not caring if where they work makes money. I rode up to the store on my bike. I then attempted to open the store door. But I was unable to because the door was locked. I then was told by the store employees that I would not be served or given entry to the store. I told the employees that the store closes at 12 midnight, according to Google. Then I told the employees that I will go through the drive thru since I am on my bike. They continued to tell me I will not be served. I then asked to speak to the manager. The manager says I can't and will not be served. And he ordered me to leave. If I could not be served in the store, for whatever reason, I was on my bike and that is sufficient enough for myself to be served at the store through the drive through. Have hit this McDonald's every day in Florida this week coming from Chicago have been used to employees that work, I think they are trained a little different here kind of like on the down low like I'll get to it when I get to it I can't believe how long you sit in line at the drive-through which is supposed to be faster service. If you're going to stop at this McDonald's give yourself a good hour to get a coffee, don't let it set you back or drive on down the street and get a custom coffee from the coffee café.
