To start they took cars in the 2nd lane that pulled up after I was waiting to give my order. It was after 11:00 ordered 3 hamburgers. Never said there would be a wait. This place is so horrible it's not even funny. 20-45 minute wait time no matter what you do whether it's drive-through, going inside, or curbside pickup--and even when you get your meal, it usually comes sloppy and/or wrong (ex. Food is cold, drink is not correct, no straw, little sauce, horribly made burgers, etc.) Staff is also usually almost always rude and managers either hide or don't know what they're doing. Usually our orders have been correct, but every so often sauce is forgotten or utensils for the salads aren't in the bag, so just check what you're given before you drive too far away.
