Out of all customer service I've had this was the worst! Waited 5 minutes at the drive thru and couldn't get a hold of a soul. I couldn't wait any longer because I was in a rush so as I headed out I saw two staff there. One just stared at me with a blank face and didn't say one word. I went to McDonald's and they got my order ready in less than 5 minutes, plus I earned the points on their app. As I passed by again heading back I saw a massive line of around 8-10 cars just waiting. This is the worst Wendy's I have even visited. This Wendy's is just down the street from my home and I have stopped by about five times in the past few years. Every time I say that I will never be back. The food is terrible, and the service is worse. I went to the drive through to get a frosty. After waiting about 4 minutes, a rude voice said, COME IN TO ORDER! I did not understand so I went to the window. Someone finally came to the window and told me to come in side. I have worked in customer service for 40 years and I can tell you if your customer service is this bad, your business will fail. Horrible service! If you go through the drive-thru you'll be sitting there forever. One time I waited 45 minutes before someone asked if they could help me. My advice, go to a different location. Came to Wendy's late night and service was terrible. Nobody doesn't take the job serious and food was cold.

Got to store at 11pm, about 15 minutes ago, and waited more than 10 minutes for the single car ahead of me to be pulled forward so i could get to the speaker. The guy on the speaker told me to pull around to the window to place my order. He told me this over the speaker, so I asked why he couldn't take my order there. He didn't answer, instead he laughed at me derisively and said "do you want to pull around and order or not?" So I pulled around to the window and asked the person there if there was a reason they didn't want to answer my question, and that person immediately told the they were the manager and I had to leave. The so-called manager looked about 17 and was incredibly rude. Wasted my time. If this is the caliber of employee this site thinks deserve a position as manager, I sure as hell will not be back. read more

Slow service, poor experience here recently. My boyfriend & I went through the drive thru, ordered a 4 for $4 meal with a side of cheese sauce, a parmesan Caesar salad, and two lemonades. Total came to $17 and some change, guy at the first window was super quick but service at the second window was some of the slowest I've experienced in awhile. When we got home & settled in to eat our dinner, we realized there was no dressing for my salad. Not the end of the world, I'll survive, but pretty disappointing since the salad is literally missing a title ingredient, the Caesar dressing. As my boyfriend was dunking his fries in his cheese sauce, he pulled out what we're really hoping is just a piece of lettuce. It was nasty seeing him pull that out, and how do you not notice lettuce in a cup before adding cheese sauce? Or how does lettuce get in the cheese sauce? One of the worst Wendy's I've been to. The store is brand new and they still can't serve a decent product. Such a shame I really like Wendy's vs McDonalds but that confidence is beginning to fade. My baconator had a total of ONE piece of bacon. No joke one piece. I didn't even see the bacon at first, thought I ordered the wrong item. We came here for a late night snack after seeing a movie at the local theater. The inside of this Wendy's location is beautiful, compared to other locations I've been to. It's very modern and kind of cute, actually. We got two burgers, and a vanilla frosty. Yum! I've never really had a bad experience at this Wendy's. The staff is friendly, and the order is always correct. And the fries are always hot! The only downside about this location is that it can get busy, which is weird considering how quiet the area is, and how many other fast food places are around. read more

I went to this location the other night a little after 10pm. The lady who was taking the orders at the drive thru was very sweet. I was second in line at the window and a man who was working there had such spunk and smiled at the car ahead of me and greeted me the same way when I pulled up. I always ask for extra sour cream when I order a potato. I don't care if it costs more or not, I'm big on my sour cream. The man helping me gave me plenty. Aside from the warm greeting I was very excited to get my extra sour cream. EVERY Wendy's I go to and ask for extra sour cream (I usually request 2-3) ALWAYS gives me just one. I go through that in two bites and still have 75% of my potato left to eat with no sour cream. Kudos to this location for their friendly service. read more

We've had consistently awful service here over the past 18 months and the last time we stopped in we said we would never be back. I made an exception today because my husband is not feeling well and was craving a frosty. I ordered and paid for two large Frostys and when I got to the window what was sitting there was two small ones. I asked the girl at the window if those were large, and she very rudely said "they are today, those are the only cups we have". No apology, no price adjustment, not even a receipt. I wouldn't even give this location 1 star because I've never actually been able to order from here. They close whenever they want to on any day. Sometimes there's a sign on the drive through saying they closed early but other times you would have no idea. You just sit at the drive through that is still on and lit up showing no indication they closed. Even when they are open, the employees just hide and never take your order so you eventually will just give up and drive away. I have been sitting in the drive through and have seen employees go in and out of the back door, but again no one comes over the speaker to take your order or tell you they are closed. I don't know if management is aware of this but it should be obvious if they check the sales and see nothing for the entire night. Don't waste your time read more

Worst Wendy's DO NOT EAT HERE. They don't have a working phone number to call if there's an issue and they screwed up my entire order. 3 sandwiches completely wrong and forgot a drink. Fries were so cold I'm surprised they weren't still frozen. The only thing that was satisfactory was my doctor pepper. Service was awful on top of it all. I was door dashing at this location at 8:30am on 9/7. I went to the front door and it was locked. There were no customers in the drive through so I drove around to the window. I tiled to lady I was there for a customer to pickup and the first thing the girl said at the window was "well you should've went to the speaker bitch!" The. Proceeded to tell me to go to the speaker cause she can't pull the order. I go to the speaker anyway, then she tells me they have no breakfast drinks. I called corporate immediately and had my customer on the phone during my interaction with the employees at the window. He was very apologetic about having placed an order at this location, which he shouldn't have had to be. I can say I've never had an experience like this anywhere. I just left from Wendy's and I'm eating in the car, and omg these are the juiciest chicken nuggets I've ever had! Way better than any Wendy's I've been to! They are also thick! Also the people that work there are so great! Upon driving up to the window the cook said "everything made in here is made with love." Hilarious. I went there for breakfast a few days ago after being bombarded with their commercials about how good it was. Big mistake! The honey butter biscuit i ordered was soggy and the chicken fillet was bland. I was expecting to taste some honey or butter....nope...just a small, soggy biscuit with an even smaller no taste "chicken" fillet. My hash browns were hard, spicy and greasy.
