Very rude is the nicest way I can put it. We were in line and we asked if the breakfast was still going on. Obviously it wasn't because it's well past 10am, but we're just waking up. Do not EVER support this McDonalds. I placed a to go order from them this morning, paid and waited over 40 minutes, before they even acknowledged the order then refused it for no reason. called the police and they still refused the order. The attitude at this place is the worst sometimes and others times everyone is awesome. Sat at the double drive thru and watched 3 cars go by. I moved over since I thought it might be broken. When I told them so it was 'yeah ok'. Then to top it off they forgot 1 of the only 2 things I ordered and I had to go in anyway. I have very few 2s on Yelp but 2 of them are at McDonald's. Custodian working on his hands and knees in the bathroom. I was unable to wash my hands. ALL alcohol sanitizer pumps empty. Front staff did nothing to assist. Later custodian seen in kitchen. Last week I went to this McDonalds, and the fries I received were actually inedible. They were both undercooked and yet cold and stale all at the same time. I'm 59 and have eaten many meals at McDonalds. These fries could not be eaten. They were horrible in a way I've never experienced before. I made it through three or four fries before giving up completely. Add to this the fact that I've had really poor service there in the past, and my score is really 0. I asked her to fix it as it was the sorriest-looking thing that I was going to take to my neighbor for $3! She said that that is how they do it. Totally not!!!! I frequent and the service keeps getting worse. She said I could come in and to get it fixed. It was not busy and all she could do was shrug her shoulder. 3 Stars for the service Ok, this is just another ordinary McDonald's. The food, decor, and setup is pretty much the same as any other Micky-D's. The service can be hit-or-miss and it can be randomly busy on any given day. Restrooms are typically clean but the major drawback is there isn't a playground!!! NO PLAYGROUND! So, if you're like me and really love to slide down a little slide after a few McNuggets well, you're going to need to pass on this establishment. Frowny face incoming :-( read more

I've always said, consistency is key in the restaurant business. I use McDonald's as a prime example. Well, I didn't mean consistently disappointing. I ordered a chicken sandwich, no tomato and add cheese. I get two cold pieces of tomato on an incredibly cold piece of chicken, a piece of cheese that didn't melt bc of cold chicken, stale fries and light salt. Wasted money on a watered down orange soda(all that I could stomach of the order). Avoid it like the plague... which is possible to contract from the tomato. read more

I was at this McDonald's at 11:30 last night there was a line of seven or eight cars in the drive-through and the line wasn't moving so most of us just drove off! If you're going to stay opened have the business properly staffed.
