There is no conceivable way that my experiences at this McDonald's location are real. The food tends to be warm upon service; however, for fast food restaurant it moves slower than full scale family restaurants. The average time I've experience there has been over 15-20 minutes. The staff is poorly trained, and ignores customers upon entry. Multiple customers have to resort to reach over the counter to get the condiments they've asked for, or remind the staff that they've only received partial orders. The afternoon shift tends to perform better, and you can tell the young kids who work there are nervous, but try. But the others are horrid. Avoid at all costs. read more

No one was attending the pay window so upon pulling up to the second window and taking out my card to pay ,the worker stuck her head out of the window and yelled for me to back up . Ordered a Spicy chicken Deluxe sandwich and they gave me a regular spicy chicken sandwich. I ordered 40 chicken nuggets and fries and I asked for a variety of different condiments and were given NONE. Hey! I prejudged this drive-thru. When I saw 5 cars ahead of me, I was like UGH! Thought I was going to be here forever, but no! Not sure if it was from the summer heat or what, but the ice cream cone seems like it underwent a new recipe overhaul as it was delicious! This mickey D's has a drive thru that can and will block your car if you're parked at the building (i'd suggest parking wherever the drive thru line is not...it gets crowded in a hurry). Otherwise, it's Mc. Donalds. You know the deal. I can't speak for interior cleanliness because I didn't go inside, but the cashier was nice, and handed me my cone with no sticky drips, etc. read more

Not sure if they recently had a training program or re-hiring process, but it shows!! I went though the drive through tonight and got myself a 10 piece chicken nugget. They got my order and gave me my food really fast, and I was surprised because it was the best service I had ever gotten there. However, when I pulled into a parking spot to eat, I found that I only received 8 nuggets rather than 10. I wasnt mad, and at first I was just going to deal with it, but I was really hungry, so I decided to go inside with my recept and politely ask for my 2 nugget. I didn't want to be a pain, but I wanted the food I payed for. Thats when I found that the door was locked. It was barely 9 and the sign on the door, as well as the website, said the dining room closed at 11. I stood at the door for a second, and then an employe signaled "no" at me with hands. I went back to my car, and began to call the restaurant, but immediately an automated voice told me that the number I was calling was not available. All I wanted was the food I payed for, and couldn't even talk to anyone to get it. read more

Found a piece of red hair in my biscuit today . Gross. There is no excuse for this. What happened to wearing a hair net?

I order from this location about 5 times a week and spend a good amount of money there. Usually I use the drive thru and some of the employees know me by my order. No problems and its all good. This Morning, I thought I'd use the app and pulled up to a stall at 6:52am. I waited until I saw everyone in the drive thru get their order and leave. I then sent my son in to inquire about my order and he was told it would be out in two minutes. We then waited until 7:11 and I went in for my order. As I approached the counter, the cashier asked if he could help me and I stated that I was in stall 1 and had been waiting more than 15 minutes. He walked over to another employee and she looked up on the screen (obviously seeing my order) and then asking Deonte(another worker) what happened to my order. He stated something that I couldn't hear and BEGAN to make my drink to add to the bag that had BEEN sitting there without another word. He finished preparing my drink (which was only 3/4 filled even with the whipped cream) sat it on the counter and walked away. I was waiting on a sorry about that or any acknowledgement and got none! As I was there felt the anger rise but I stayed cordial and tried to take down names to contact someone about this and I noticed no one had name tags on nor were they going to come back to the counter so that I could ask for contact info for the managers. I went outside and approached an older man with a McDonalds jacket on and a leaf blower. I asked him what was the name of his manager he replied that he didn't know. I then asked him what was his name and he stated he didn't know. Now I'm mad cause what should have been a simple exchange is now insulting. I then decided to pull around to the drive thru and ask what the managers name was and he stated Deonte. I asked what was the district managers name he stated Shanika. No last names and about as arrogant( with a smirk) as he pleased. I know this is way too long a review. But I have to share. The whole incident went from anger to sadness. I am angry that there was a lack of care and accountability. I am sad that our communities have such a shortage of kindness and no concept of customer service (even though I spend there daily). I am sure my encounter and this review will not get a response nor will it change anything which is why Deonte arrogantly gave his name. I am not the type to complain if I'm not going to offer a solution. My solution: everyone on that shift today needs proper customer service training. I am willing to even take a day and come in as a guest speaker on the subject if someone would like. Unless someone cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to change no it's not. Just left this location. Don't let the clean uniforms and smiling faces fool you. Incompetence all around here. I placed my order and sat in a slow moving drive thru lane. I paid promptly when it was my turn at the window, received my drinks and was asked to park. They proceeded to park two cars right after me. After sitting in the parking lot for over 15 minutes, BOTH cars received their order before I did. I got my order 5 minutes later, and it was completely wrong. The order was the same I get every time I eat at McDonald's. And it was the way I ordered it on the receipt. They just don't care. I won't be back here or to any McDonald's locations. I can't speak about the drive thru service but the service inside the restaurant is atrocious. The service is extremely slow and the employees are either really that incompetent or simply don't care. The line is usually out the door and with only two cash registers inside and only one being used it makes the service that much slower. Orders here are consistently lost and messed up. I came here for a simple breakfast combo this past Saturday and it took over 30 minutes to get it. People who ordered well after I did got their meals before I did. If I didn't say anything to them, I still would probably be waiting for my order two days later. Even after they acknowledged they made a mistake they ended up giving me the wrong order and I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to get it right. I usually try to get a quick bite to eat before playing football on Saturday mornings, but after two visits to this location, I won't ever come back here again. read more

At the intercom it took them two minutes to attend to me. I had to repeat my order to them twice (four piece chicken nuggets with spicy Sriracha sauce) once I got to the first window they told me I ordered chicken tenders. After paying It took them ten minutes to attend the two costumers in front of me. Don't like the drive through service here. read more
