I came here this morning to get a quarter pounder with cheese for my better half as well as some nuggets. I ordered a shamrock shake for myself and an iced coffee. I placed my order in at 10:59 pm. Around 11:23 I saw my number pop on the screen for "now serving" at the pickup area by the cashier station. There wasn't any food there yet, so I just patiently waited. It was somewhat busy and I know how it is. At around 11:33, an older lady working there noticed me and asked if I was waiting on something. I showed her my ticket and she walked up to a young, bigger girl with pigtails to ask about it and the girl said, "I don't know I'm on break!" while carrying food to another table. This older lady then took my ticket to the manager (or who I assume is the manager) who had purple hair. I witnessed as she took the paper, didn't look at it, and threw it on the counter. All while shaking her head. The older lady looked visibly upset by this point, and asked me if I got my drink yet. I responded I hadn't. She asked the girl with purple hair what my drink was and she said, "Shamrock shake, but we don't have it!" The older lady turns to me and tells me "We don't have it, what else would you like." This is about where I went from understanding to down right pissed, since they had thirty minutes to tell me they didn't have this shake and never did say a thing until this moment. I felt my blood boiling, but it honestly wasn't the ladies fault who was trying to fix it. That'd be like yelling at a kid for what their parents did. So I took a deep breath and asked for a refund, and didn't say anything else. I still wanted to yell, they never started my order and never communicated with me, even though I was sitting at a stool nearest the cashier station, but it wouldn't solve anything. But I figured I'd write this review, so others can avoid going through this. After my experience I rode over to the McDonald's in menifee off Newport and received my food AND my shake in 6 minutes. Once again the elementary school drop-outs short my order. I encourage every customer in the drive thru to spend an extra minute double checking their bag. Let the line for the drive thru to be backed up all the way to Cherry Hills. These fools need to be made an example of. Why? Because every time you go back to ask for a refund they look at you as a pain in the ass or a liar. Do they comp you for anything because of the inconvenience? No. It's no big deal to them that you live 10 minutes away and that you need to drive 10 minutes back and sit in line for 20 to get refunded. They always say to do THEIR job and double check your bag. So that's fine. I'll take an extra minute which in drive thru time feels like an hour to the other cars waiting. Omgosh. Just got home and needed to warn everyone. Do not eat at this place. I just ordered an ice cream cone. Got down to the cone part and there are bite nibble marks all over. And some glossy pink looking stuff like lip gloss on it. I've gotten ice cream cones here before and plenty of other food too. Last two times I had to return food. Cold french fries and dry over cooked burgers. This is the capper and last time I ever trust this place. I've been going to the McDonalds on Bradley for over 23 years. I've seen some of the negative reviews. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had anywhere! They didn't even have a B team today 07/03/2023 7:00PM. It took 3 times to get the order right, and I had to deal with their attitude for their incompetence. On another note, make sure to adequately clean the tea pot and spicket, nothing worse than taking a drink of stale tea on a hot day. Attitude problem teens work here. They get your order wrong and think your the problem. I understand they prob get the short end of the stick with rude people at a fast food restaurant but don't be irritated with someone that's being respectful. Food is constantly cold during breakfast and it's always too much if they can heat up your food more, it's always a problem at this location. I don't normally write negative reviews but this is probably one of the worst locations i've been. It's near my work and convenient but if I had the choice I would choose any other location. Kinda tired of this McDonalds located in Sun City Ca on Bradley. First of all, the staff is always rude and NEVER thanks the customer. On many occasions I have asked for my drink a specific way and they NEVER get it right!! The last three times I have gone threw the drive thru, they are short changing me, making my drinks only 3/4 the way full. If I could give zero stars, I would. Some of the rudest, most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with in service and I've worked in the industry for more than 25 years. Their lobby is NOT open, despite their lies on their website. Drive thru is always busy and they refuse to give orders to delivery drivers out the door. Hello, this is trash. They only gave me 9 chicken nuggets , 1 out of 9 of my spicy chicken nuggets is a regular. It sucks.

The meaning of fast food is not recognized here. If you looking to get bad food and a high price and have to stand around and wait, and wait, and wait for it then this is the McDonald's you want to come to. To make matters worse, It took over 3 minutes to have the new girl enter my order in the computer. It seems there is a lack of communication from management to the employees about what codes to use for which specials to get to the right price. If that wasn't enough to deal with in one trip to McDonald's, the two English muffins with Egg were loaded with egg shells. Yes, that's right EGG SHELLS!! I'm not local to this particular McDonald's so I've tried to call for two days now, to 951-301-3853 and it rings and rings and then a fax machine answers. What kind of screwy business are they trying to run here? I will be calling the Riverside County Health Department, maybe they can get a hold of someone there other then a fax machine. This McDonald's is terrible. First of all everytime I order something they make me park and wait (usually around 5mins). I do not order anything special either. Today was quite bad. I ordered some chicken sandwiches which they made me park for but when I received my order I received cheeseburgers. I told the employee who brought out my food that the order was wrong that I had ordered chicken sandwiches. She said I'm sorry that's what they charged you for and walked back in! Went tonight to use TWO coupons (both different) to purchase a frie (no purchase necessary) for 1$ and a buy one get one Big Mac. Neither coupon say it can't be combined with other coupon but limit one coupon per customer per visit. However, this means you can't use more than one of the same coupon. Not that you can't have two coupons per order. I explained this to the manager. He said that he was also not allowed to accept more than one. But what if I had another person with me and we made two orders, he said I can't do that either. This is a SCAM and FALSE ADVERTISING of McDonald's. This location is a joke. They used to be 24 hours but they now close at midnight. several places still said 24 hours online and the sign outside says 24 hours so I went to the drive through at 1 and there are people inside but nobody is answering the intercom or the phone. All the lights are on and when I drive by the window you can see two girls hiding and laughing. I stop at the 2nd window amd finally a guy comes to the window I tell him sign says 24 hours he says online? I said yes the online sign and right there outside in the front and he says yeah that one is old we go by the hours on the door. ...Yeah we know the large sign is wrong and have no intention of changing it thanks for letting us know! it's hysterical people believe the sign and hours posted online and drive to that location expecting service and instead of letting them know we're closed over the intercom not wasting anymore of their time let's hide and laugh like we're 12. 8/19/21 I thought the point of a 24 hour drive thru was that the McDonald's was open 24 hours. I did a mobile order and I was allowed to select the location(which is a known and advertised 24 hr drive thru). Rolling up to the location, both lanes of the drive thru were blocked off by milk crates(?) and when I rolled up to the windows, I was blatantly ignored by every worker as they looked at me and went about their way. I circled around again and was once again ignored until I showed my order number on my phone. A bar was taken off of the window as one of the female workers(an older lady) was super rude when saying they were closed and to cancel my order, before shutting the window and putting the bar back on read more
