Getting parked on a mobile order is terrible. What's the point of wording ahead. The food wasn't even that hot. Not even worth the money.

No more self service soda in Menifee and no free soda refills to boot. Boooooooo. The young man that said he was the manager should probably dress like a manager. He was wearing an ill fitting worn out blue t shirt. He should act like one too, when I asked him to tell his manger I didn't like the no refill police he just mumbled "I am the manager "

Conveniently located west of the 215 FWY, off McCall Blvd exit with two drive-thru lanes for ordering and plenty of parking, near Black Bear Diner. Every time I've stopped at this McD's it's been a good experience. Fast and efficient drive-thru service. What I've enjoyed mostly from this location is the friendliness of the employees handing out the food at the 2nd window, which makes my day (maybe I just get lucky with the good, happy employees). My food is always fresh and tastes great. Overall, it's always a positive experience at this location so far since I started visiting this store over 14 years ago.

Decided to give it another shot two months later, this time they parked me this time they didn't have any open curbside parking. They parked so many cars that the employees are coming around asking for the receipt. They can't keep up with so many orders since they park everyone. Two employees came out asking if those were my orders. They are completely lost. What I don't understand is why such a huge cooperation is not doing anything to improve?

    Expired chocolate milk

TERRIBLE! yes the service was fast but I got a chocolate milk and they gave me an expired one! Absolutely disgusting! It expired the day they gave it to me but it was chunky and had an awful smell, they shouldn't even have stuff close to being expired in store. They worker also could not stop giving me and my husband the dirtiest of looks and all we did was smile.

The burgers are solid and true smash style, and the wagyu style beef is fatty enough to keep these burgers juicy. 1, 2, 3 or even 4X4 patties you're the boss. Fresh salad tops with a house sauce. The menu is very basic, also reminiscent of classic burger joints. You can get a classic burger, bacon burger, and one other burger (I forgot the last one). You can order up to four patties if you're extra adventurous. The most expensive burger with four patties is about $20. Fries are crispy shoestring style and pair well with the burgers. I wouldn't say the "Papa Sauce" is anything crazy, it's essentially thousand-island sauce. Papa Smash's mascot is an instant icon, he's a mix of Bob's Big Boy & Ness from Earthbound. Love the retro style of the indoor seating area, There's plenty of tables and a fountain for drink refills. The joint is super clean, I'd gladly visit with a little group again. Parking is shared with next door gas station and car wash, so it's slightly limited. Note: This is NOT gas station food, it's solely on its own and a separate business. The wagyu is incredible, you'd make a mistake passing this up.

He truly enjoyed his food and the ribs were so tender, this specific food option had a lot on the plate and will definitely get you very full and could even possibly share. Our server was Makenzie, she had such great service and is very kind and accommodating. Our waters were never empty or even pass the halfway point because she was so on top of checking on us and making sure everything was good. It has been our go-to steakhouse, and we've even celebrated our anniversary here. We love the food, which makes what happened during our son's birthday dinner especially disappointing. After an excellent steak dinner that cost approximately $330, we brought out a small, pre-sliced ice cream Polar Pizza for our son's birthday. I began serving it myself because it was already sliced. The waitress then came over and, in a confrontational manner, announced that we would be charged a $25 cake-cutting fee. The fee may have previously been mentioned to my wife, but I was not aware of it when I began serving the cake. I understand that restaurants have policies, and a calm explanation would have been enough. Instead, the situation was turned into an unnecessary scene during our son's birthday celebration. Then another large male employee came over, stepped directly into my personal space, and angrily asked, "Would you bring beer into a bar?" He got right in my face without first asking what had happened or allowing me to explain. His tone and decision to get that close were aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. We ultimately paid the $25 fee even though the staff did not cut, plate, or serve the cake. The fee was frustrating, but the confrontational way the employees handled the situation was far worse. Families considering celebrating a child's birthday here should confirm every outside dessert policy beforehand. In our case, what should have been a joyful moment for our son became an upsetting experience. It did not leave us feeling as though families celebrating with children were welcomed or valued. A simple and respectful conversation could have resolved everything in seconds. Instead, their response changed the entire mood and ruined what should have been a special ending to our son's birthday dinner. The food may still be excellent, but a restaurant is remembered for more than its steaks. After years of loyalty, the aggressive and disrespectful way this was handled during our son's birthday has cost them our business. We will not be returning.

I have never been impressed by what I see on Facebook or your website, but because I see you have quite the following and many good review. I decided to give MBB a try and form own opinion. Let's just say that what I received was GROSS & NOT EDIBLE. I tossed everything but the soda. I could've gotten a much better food from AM PM, McDonald's or Jack In The Box. The burger is advertised as 2 patties, there was only 1. There was so much CRAP on the burger I had to scrape some off to attempt getting a bite without it slithering out of the bun. The burger was so salty I couldn't eat passed the first bite (which I spat out). The French fries tasted like old freezer burned potatoes covered in seasoned salt. I also ordered what was supposed to be 'fresh baked' cookies; your website displays 6 regular sized cookies. What I got was 1 large prepackaged cookie (Baker's Source is the brand) that was old and stale. The only descent thing about the order was the bottle of Coke. First time ordering and it will be my last!

There was no wait for a booth, and the restaurant had a fun, family-friendly atmosphere with TVs throughout the dining room. The complimentary bread was warm, fluffy, and fresh. The cinnamon butter was tasty, though definitely on the sweeter side. The peanuts were exactly what you'd expect from Texas Roadhouse. For drinks, we tried the blue lemonade and strawberry lemonade. The blue lemonade tasted pretty similar to regular lemonade, but the free refills were a nice bonus. The strawberry lemonade was the standout and definitely worth ordering. We also tried the Dragonfruit Sparkler, which was fruity, refreshing, and one of the better specialty drinks on the menu. For entrees, the Herb Crusted Chicken Dinner was the clear winner. The chicken was juicy, flavorful, and well-seasoned, and the corn on the side was surprisingly delicious. The Country Fried Chicken Dinner was just okay. It wasn't bad, but I've had better versions elsewhere, and even with the gravy it felt a little lacking in flavor. The fries were pretty standard. Another plus was the large parking lot and the reasonable prices. The portions were generous, and overall the meal felt like a good value for the money. A special shoutout to Candace for providing friendly and attentive service throughout our visit. Overall, Texas Roadhouse delivered a solid dining experience with good food, affordable prices, and a welcoming atmosphere. I'd definitely come back for the herb crusted chicken and strawberry lemonade.

He decided to give me the gift card this evening to enjoy a nice meal as our kiddos were at their grandparents and he was working. I ordered a $30+ meal the 6oz sirloin + shrimp and two sides. I got it to go so I could enjoy it at home. While I was waiting (I had arrived very close to the pickup time), I noticed an employee standing next to the driver's side of a car talking to the driver, who appeared to be an acquaintance. I could clearly overhear the conversation, and the employee was saying things that I found completely inappropriate to be discussing while standing right in front of the restaurant, even if it was technically in the parking lot. Two minutes before my pickup time, I went to the to-go window and received my food. When I got home, I realized my rolls didn't include the house butter. Whatever! It's not the end of the world. But worth noting as you would think this would be standard to provide. What became really problematic was the meal itself. I ordered my steak well done, but it arrived bleeding and wasn't even close to medium well. Why ask how I want my steak cooked if you aren't going to cook it that way? The shrimp was cold and incredibly salty. The potato? How do you get a potato wrong? Well, somehow they managed...it was stale and overly salty too. The broccoli I don't even think was steamed for more than a minute before you gave it "seasoning". The entire meal was awful and for $30?! Hahahaha I guess really the joke was on me for paying such an absurd amount but I really was expecting some quality somewhere. It just wasn't there all at. We still have money left on our gift card, but we'll be giving it away because we won't be coming back. I didn't even bother calling to complain because, judging by the quality of the food, I don't think a complaint would make any difference. I added a photo of my "well done steak".
