But not far away is Cam Hung, a tiny Vietnamese sandwich shop specializing in bánh mì. It's cheap, and it's in the kind of quiet Sunnyvale strip mall where parking is not an act of war. It shares the plaza with a Chinese herbalist and acupuncturist. On a Sunday afternoon, the place was practically deserted. Perfect. I walked in and immediately realized this was much more than a sandwich counter. The tiny shop is crammed with prepared foods, spring rolls, steamed buns, Vietnamese desserts, dried snacks, candy and all kinds of things I couldn't identify but probably wanted. The main attraction, however, is the bánh mì. These are big sandwiches, and even the most expensive ones top out at around $9. I got a Chinese barbecue pork and a ham and pork roll to take back to the hotel, along with a bag of roasted candied garlic and chile peanuts. I came dangerously close to buying the peanut brittle too, but the sugar would have nailed me. Even I have limits.

The sauce and the wrapper itself did not really go together. It felt like two cultures trying to mix and nothing really worked out here.

The absolute sweetest, righteous man you will ever meet just happens to be delightfully serving In-N-Out patrons at this location. He will welcome you in with the most radiant smile and treat you like his own flesh and blood. We've witnessed this on multiple occasions and he does this to EVERYONE. I used to love this McDonald's. It was right around the corner from my mom's. It's open 24 hours so if you ever traveling get home late, you know he know that you can stop and get something from McDonald's and it would be hot and delicious but now if you're trying to get to work on time, you better skip this one and go to the one closer to your job because this one gave me cold coffee gave me the wrong sandwich. I asked for two salts and two ketchup, trying to conserve. I don't want trash in my car either and he gave me a handful of salsa, ketchup whatever didn't even give me salt. He gave me pepper and when I asked him to take it back, he told me no and I said, but this is making trash in my car he goes you can points outside and said you can go throw it away out there, I couldn't believe how incredibly rude I go back through the line because I still didn't get my two salt. I know it sounds anal but you order a sausage egg McMuffin just a tiny bit of ketchup and salt. That's how I like it so I also told her that my coffee was cold and she said that's because, I ordered cream in my coffee. I've never had cold coffee before with as much creamer as I ask for and she tried to tell me it was because of the cream that they don't use powder creamer anymore they use liquid creamer, but the guy behind her gave me a new coffee with exactly what I asked for and it was piping hot so she didn't either Want to accommodate me because she doesn't like her job or she just wanted to somehow prove me wrong because they were wrong about everything else so of course I pull away to go go park someplace else to eat my food and I didn't even get the right sandwich, so just a heads up this McDonald's is not what I used to be just pass it keep driving go find another one read more

Went to this McDonald's a few times and overall, I was not satisfied. Let me tell you my story. I have a friend that can't eat a lot of sodium so I always ask for fries with no salt. Twice, on two different occasion in the drive-thru, they gave me fries with salt. The last time it happened, it was late night in the drive thru and the guy that took my order was on the phone with someone (probably his girlfriend) and he gave me some super old and stale fries with salt. Although the service is decent and they were respectful, they were not really efficient or detail-oriented. BTW, the guy that messed up on my fries was either the manager or supervisor...that's extra deductions! read more

I shouldn't be spending too much time writing a review for McDonald because after all, it's a typical McDonald. However, I think it's worth it because I enjoyed my visit to this store. For the first time in like a billion years, the food I got was hot and delicious. Unlike the other stores, the burgers I ordered were cold as heck! I had to bring them home and microwave them again. If I could, I'd go to this place every time I crave McDonalds. The service was terrific too. The coffee however, was a little bland so I had to add a little sugar. read more

You guys complain for better pay but you can even tie your God damn shoes. You deserve minimum wage and minimum opportunities if you can make a pho king cheese burger correctly. This is the worst McDonald's that I have been too. I ordered a salad with caesar dressing in the drive through and they gave me ranch. I went back in to get it exchanged and they were out of caesar. That tells me that they PURPOSELY gave me the wrong thing in the drive through in hopes that I would be long gone before I realized it!!! read more

The staff members did not seem particularly congenial, and there were indications of disagreements among some team members. This situation fostered an uncomfortable atmosphere and detracted from what is ordinarily a positive experience. The food itself was satisfactory and aligned with our expectations; however, exemplary customer service constitutes a significant component of the Chick-fil-A experience, and regrettably, it was deficient during this specific visit. I am providing this review because Chick-fil-A generally upholds a very high standard of service, and this particular experience did not reflect the level of hospitality we have become accustomed to. I trust that this was an isolated incident, and I am confident that future visits will more closely mirror the excellent service we have consistently received.
