Veggie version of their burger and fries
    Logan L.

I got a vegetarian "burger"-- it had lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, cheese, and grilled onions. Was pretty good-- surprisingly the lettuce was the best part, super crunchy and fresh! I wish they would add a veggie protein option. I was really excited for the fries, but unfortunately mine were cold and stale. I did get to try my partner's, his were hot and fresh-- they kind of lacked flavor, but salt helped. Whew, the little peppers were tasty but hotter than I expected, lol I mistook them for funny shaped pepperoncinis I quickly realized they were not. Overall, I'm glad I got to try In-N-Out for the first time. This location looked new and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great service! I confused the counter and they charged me twice for a drink and hot cocoa (my accent). The manager who worked here since 2017 (impressive) helped out really quick and I got refunded. Food is always on point. Atmosphere is nice with most people using drive through.

Visited on a Saturday night. The place was busy but staff was efficient! Food came out in an acceptablr amount of time. It hit the spot! The place was clean and parking was easy.

I came in last Friday and opt-in for a protein style burger. This location's In-N-Out Burger is at least one dollar or more than the location in San Ramon, CA. The protein style burger costed around $4 something. I had the same thing at San Ramon location which only costed under $3. I guess pending on the location of the area, the prices are different. Overall, the protein style burger was good. But I probably opt in for a hamburger instead and just remove the buns since it is cheaper that way. Don't know why protein style burger costs more. Due to AMC theater located in this plaza, it gets crowded whenever folks finished watching a movie and would come here to eat. My husband had helped me place the order and it is unfortunate his order number was forgotten. He had to go up the counter after he noticed his order # was skipped and the counter person said they are making it right away and apologized for skipping his order number. Just our luck. Too crowded. It is in a good location to have many customers come. The protein style was delicious, just didn't like the price or the crowd or the wait.

Love this INO so much because they never get my order wrong and I'm pretty specific with a vegetarian diet. Really hate their drive though, it's a hot mess. People coming in from all types of ways. So some direction would be nice. The inside is pretty clean and they have a patio so bring your furry friend!

I know it's fast food but it's a dang good burger. I'd say it's a better burger than five guys and right up there with Mighty Fine. The place was busy but clean and the service was fast and friendly. The bun was fresh and the burger was hot and were toppings fresh! I don't love the fries as much as I like Mighty Fine and Five Guys but they were also good. I enjoyed the chocolate shake a lot too!

In N Out never disappoints. I got their hamburger with grilled onions and fries and it is the same old, delicious flavor bursting in my mouth! My boyfriend got double double :) both of us are satisfied and very happy. Lots of seating inside and parking was also spacious. The order came out very fast and very fresh.

I swear that I have reviewed this place before and it just didn't stick! So here it goes! Like all INOs, their staff is consistent. Always friendly, smiling and professional. Food is also consistent, even if you do something that is not on the menu. The one thing I do have to say which is also consistent, is it is hard to get a table cleaned because of the turn over of customers.

I come here every now and then for a quick bite to eat when I'm seeing a movie nearby. Lately I've come often enough to know that they recently started asking if you want to round up to the nearest dollar to donate to the homeless, then following this (and just days ago) they upped the prices of their menu items. I didn't realize until after I had ordered my food. When I mentioned something to the cashier about the different price for something I get often, he reacted as if there hadn't been recent changes in prices and exclaimed "well it's only a $.17 difference." I felt gaslit honestly. Maybe they started asking to donate to the homeless out of the kindness of the hearts, but part of me thinks that they only started doing that to prepare customers for the hike in price coming their way. I wish they had just let me know. "Yeah, we recently had to raise our prices"- that feels more honest to me. My food was still good, comes out relatively quickly, and the employees overall are sweet, so I'll still give 4 stars.

4x4 animal style and animal fries with a vanilla shake. Great lunch to have before going to an WWE event on a friday night!

A Double Double with no spread, no tomato, grilled onion, protein style. Instead, I got a double double with spread, raw onion, and a bun

This is my go to In n Out. I am usually met with fantastic service and amicable people, until today. I had my order repeated back to me incorrectly, to which I corrected. Once I got to the checkout window, I had my order repeated back to me incorrectly a second time. I corrected him and thought everything was fine. When I received my food, it was the initial incorrect order that I thought I had corrected the first time... then the second time... it was wrong again. I arrived home with a burger with none of the adjustments I had requested. I am left with a burger I cannot eat. I'm not sure if this is because it's late on a Saturday, but honestly after correcting their mistake twice, I'm extremely upset with being left with a burger I can't eat because it has bread when I asked for protein style (lettuce bun). I don't know how to ensure my order is correct next time, because I corrected the employees twice... Honestly, I may just not come back to this In n out again. I've never had to deal with this before, but I really don't want to leave with a burger I can't eat again. Just to note, I asked for a double double with no spread, no tomato, grilled onions, ketchup, protein style. I got a double double with raw onions, spread, no tomato. I CANT EAT BREAD... WHAT IS THIS...

Personally, I think this In-N-Out Burger is a great location! I mean it's centrally located and you have AMC Theaters right next to you! There is always plenty of parking available. And it's In-N-Out which has great tasting burgers, shakes, and their fries are more enjoyable now that you can tell them to fry them longer. I like at all their locations, that they have a person who takes your order while you are waiting in the drive-thru line! Whoever takes your order here (or especially at the counter) is always nice and friendly!

Super easy and quick meal when you don't know what to get! Burgers are always great but fries not so much... I could do without the fries. My go to is a double double animal style with extra pickles-- messy but worth it!

Double Combo Plate I ordered - Turmeric Rice - Chicken Shawarma and Gyro Beef - The Works (Everything included) - Tzatziki sauce - Falafel (Side) - Waffle Fries (Side) Okay, the presentation of the combo plate wasn't the most aesthetically pleasing, but I looked past it. Unfortunately, the chicken and beef were lacking in flavor and were pretty dry. The portions were generous, though the gyro beef was sliced pretty thin. The veggies were actually fresh, which was a plus. The hummus was on the lighter side flavor-wise, while the Baha Ghanouj had a solid roasted aftertaste. The Achilles spread was... interesting. It was very fatty with a garlic aftertaste. It just wasn't my thang. The waffle fries were cool. They were fried well and had a good crunch, but nothing special. The falafel, though, was pretty disappointing. I'm not sure if I just got a bad batch. They were very crunchy, but had a weird dish-soap aftertaste that I couldn't get past. I couldn't finish the rest. Sorry, but I'll be on the lookout for another Mediterranean spot.

I also found the chicken rice less fragrant than what I'm used to and a little dry as well, although the soup was good. The portion also felt smaller than expected for the price.
