I never thought I would write a review about a McDonald's. However, I am totally upset with the disrespectful staff. On duty and off. Here we go!! I brought my grandchildren to enjoy the snow storms. December 9 2022 I took them to get "nugs". The ages are 4 and 6. We got our order and sat down. There was a brown haired girl cleaning and working hard at it. The person that handled our order( only people in dining area) was a big guy. 1st forgot all of our fries. Had to basically walk into the kitchen to get someone's attention. As we waited for the rest of our order, hamburgers and nugs got cold. Not a problem. The problem was when people that were off duty showed up. The 2 big guys working and the off duty people started the very vulgar language. Also were horse playing. People going into kitchen and coming out with milk shakes. Chasing each other around. In my business they would be fired. The 2 big guys were on duty and have no respect for children. I find that alone enough for termination. I thought that McDonald's was for children. I can't believe this goes on. I personally know a worker there and told them about it. What I got back was " that's normal for those guys". Normal? Little kids being exposed to men acting that way. I made a mistake ordering on the app. I needed to get a refund at the store. The manager was not allowed to give a refund without approval from her boss. The manager was not able to get a hold of her boss. NO REFUND!! Why would a manager not have the ability to do her job and take care of business?? If you have 10-20 minutes Available then go for it. Drive through takes forever + they will have you pull forward and wait an excessive amount of time (only two items). I have yet to see an employee wear a mask properly, no organization from workers on what should be fast food? Whoa. Drive through - maybe (but not after you have been inside and seen the colonies of flies they are breeding!) We were passing through and decided to let the kids chose this Mc Donald's to eat lunch at since it had a play place and they could stretch their legs. So let's start there. The play place is outside and doesn't look like it has been taken care of since it was installed. The entire "play yard" it overrun with garbage that has been pushed off into corners. Leaves and weeds are piled up wherever they can grow and blow and other "outdoor keeping", sweeping and clearing out spider nests and dead bugs hasn't been taken care of........ever?! It looks completely abandoned. And the play place tubes are also cracked and unsafe. My kids went climbing right in and one came right back out with a huge gash in his knee. Back inside it was - to the bathroom. I can't speak for the men's room - but the women's room had 1 clogged toilet, 1 stall with no lock, and the last remaining stall with an over flowing garbage can and feminine products and wrappers all over the floor. No soap. No paper towels. On sink didn't work at all. Now out to the dinning room. Ordering never seems to be exact when you are dealing with fast food so the fact that there were 4 items they either forgot or had to correct on our did not weigh into this review al all. The dining room, however, does. The ice machine/soda area was a hot mess. I'm assuming it had been clean at opening - but seeing as were there around 10 - I have no idea how many hundreds of customers they just have devices for it to be in the condition it was. My same (graceful, evidently) son who cut his leg in the play place, also slipped and fell (banana peel style) on a soda puddle after I asked him if he could grab us napkins. We found a seat, which was being held together with duct tape (seriously) and proceeded to spending the fastest lunch of our lives trying to battle off literal swarms of flies landing on ever surface of our bodies, food and the table. One was determined to land on my eyeball and was dice bombing my face. I'll be damned if I'm going to end up with pink eye because my kids wanted to have lunch at Mc Donalds! We left and went to Starbucks to wash up with soap in a clean bathroom, clean up my sons knee, and decompress from what felt like a trip into the deep woods. read more

This place is............. Talk about no appreciation or respect & being down right rude and horrible as well!!!! What's wrong with people these days.. My fiancé is a truck driver & delivers essential products to locations so that we all can shop, eat & wipe our backsides. He's pulls off the road and as the lobby is completely closed down because of the virus, only the drive thru was open. So he walked up to the drive thru and wanted to give his order as we have done so many times before since all this has been going on (lockdown). No other McDonald's anywhere in any state has refused him service or any other fast food restaurant for that fact.. THIS IS THE ONLY ONE. He even nicely explained to them that he was a truck driver and they didn't care and absolutely said NO!!! This is outrageous!!!!! If not for truck drivers, you would be closed and have NO FOOD to serve to anyone. Truck drivers are the awesome humans that bring your food & everything else either to the distribution centers or out from the distribution center to your places of business. They only get 1 break a day and drive for well over 10 hours in a shift at the least & this is what they have to deal with??? Absolutely ridiculous, you should be ashamed of your selves. From locals I was warned this is the slowest McDonald's ever so when I was heading out of town I saw the drive thru line and was hesitant but instead decided or order inside. Walked in and saw another line. I was again hesitant to go to Taco Bell next door but I waited it out. Like went quick and surprisingly I got my food quick. Staff was on it and tons of people in the back making orders and everyone seemed to be happy with them as no one was complaining. They seem more focused on quantity than quality. Being local I've been to this location many times and not once received fresh hot food. I'm a McDonalds fan. It is my fast food restaurant of choice between Burger King, Carl's Jr, Wendy's, Taco Bell and KFC. In fact, we did a whole unit on McDonalds in college and their business model for success. Fascinating stuff. However, our experience here yesterday when we wanted to save time and utilize the drive thru----conjures up that famous line from Lethal Weapon 2 where "they screw you in the drive thru!" Our order appeared simple enough: Two Quarter Pounder meals, one with no cheese. Regular fries. Two Diet Cokes. The little screen even said, "no chz". Receipt said, "no chz". I reach into the bag as we pull out onto the highway home (another 200+miles to go) and my first disappointment: cold fries. Sigh. Ate 'em anyway. Slurped some Diet Coke and went for my Quarter Pounder with NO cheese. Wifey likes cheese. Hers is fine. Spot on. Mine is in the bottom of the bag. The little sticky note on the box confirmed this was the no cheese burger....open it up and not only does it have cheese, but it's got EXTRA cheese! Really? Extra cheese?!?!? C'mon people! We are 15 mins out of town by now and we are not turning around just to bitch about a screwed up burger. She said I will make your order. She came back in two minutes--she didn't make that order again. The food was cold and the burger was scraped off of mustard, pickles and mustard. My complaints with this McDonald's are that the food has way too many calories for me (a burger has almost half of the calories I'm allowed in a day) and also their emphasis on ordering via computer is rather heavy-handed. They do have wi-fi and clean facilities. read more

Employees with bad attitudes, counter employee who can not even take a simple 3 item order without getting it wrong.
