Although the food itself is pretty substandard and warrants the low rating, my one star is for the "management." During my visit i was subjected to the bad morale of this location. Wondering why so many of the young employees looked and seemed miserable, i began to observe what was going on behind the counter. The manager JOE seems to be majority of the problem there. It was one thing to see how careless he was with customers. But, to see how he treated his own staff was absolutely disgusting. I believe this location could easily be improved without him. He is very degrading and all around disrespectful. I have no idea how he has lasted this long at this location. Some of the things i heard him saying to HIS EMPLOYEES were so disgusting, i would feel uncomfortable repeating them. He may have thought the restaurant was empty, but i was still quietly attempting to eat my meal. Which makes it even worse to see how he treats people when he believes no one is around. My advice for this location is to LOSE JOE! The younger generation is our future. Don't let him ruin them with his disgusting attitude. read more

Probably the worst McDonald's we've been to. Also the oldest in need of the most repairs. The counter people act like they don't really give a crap if you order or not. It makes me sad to see the bad reviews. I recently stopped here while driving to Reno, and it was great. I don't frequent McDonald's, but stopped to get my kids a yogurt parfait. Free wifi, help was courteous, the floors were freshly mopped and the restaurant was clean. They have a lot of employees working in the back, with an open kitchen space so you can see productions in the kitchen. It's McDonalds, go in with an open mind. read more

My grandma loves the coffee here. Very clean and friendly. Super fast wifi! People seem happy here, which is rare for a fast food restaurant in general. Also really great nuggets. Cute place for the kids, this place has it all! read more

This is one of the worst McDonald's restaurants (and that is saying something). The service is spotty, the hours are not kept, and the food is substandard. I am used to getting a Filet of Fish and having it poorly constructed, but when the fish is broken in pieces put on the bun and served, you have to wonder. I have been to this McDonald's several times and while McDonald's French Fries are a signature offering, I have yet to get fresh or even hot fries from the drive thru. Either there is a complete lack of pride from management on down, or basic incompetence. Either way, it is unacceptable. read more

Was traveling from Los Angeles and stopped by this location. What can I say, it's like any other McDonald's and I like McD's. Clean and friendly workers especially for out of towners like myself. This is a very country and white-American place in California and surprisingly very accommodating! Will be back if in the area again! read more

In all my life I have never been shorted like at this Mc Donalds. I go to McDonlads all the time, everytime I go I pretty much order the same thing. I order a mccafe Mocha Frape with a double shot of espresso and I pay extra for that yet get the same as a regular. So if I pay extra shouldn't I get it. I am not happy with them especially since I have said something to the MANAGER every time and Nothing has been done to fix the problem. oh by the way my extra coffee gets thrown down the drain. Just watched a female employee leave a stall in the bathroom and go right back to work without washing her hands. Gross. McDonald's is McDonald's, you get what you pay for and if you are looking for fast food you'll find it here. The one star is not for the food it is rather for the attitude that I was given when I went inside to pick up my mobile order and was first chastised by the manager for coming inside to pick up my mobile order, which was an option, and then chastised for explaining to her why I have chosen to come in instead of using the curbside or drive-through. In the few moments I was actually inside the McDonald's to pick up my order, it did appear quickly and accurately, this same woman managed to scream orders to her team the entire time making it obnoxious to listen to and to witness her berating other people. Common courtesy and decency would suggest that when you disagree with a customer or your team, you don't yell at them in front of others. Perhaps she was having a particularly bad day, I don't know, but I will certainly be looking at my other fast food options in the future because of this experience today. read more

The inside felt recently redone, was clean and organized. Service was average. The outside children's playplace was decent, but not great.

This is probably my family's favorite fast food in town. We don't go in very often, but when we do, it's usually pretty clean all around, employees are friendly. When we go thru the drive thru, most of the time our order is right on. My son loves the soft serve ice cream, and my husband loves the Iced coffee and I just love their breakfasts. Unlike other fast food places, McDonald's are pretty quick in getting the food out hot and correct. We will continue to go there :) read more
