Food took long manager had a bad non chalant attitude same with the workers. Workers gave me attitude upon me receiving my food.

The food and atmosphere was great. Chicken, burgers, wraps, sodas, and fries, oh my....

None of the kiosks work the menu signs were all off so you have to guess what they have and the employees are rude and lazy. The fries were hard and over cooked. Theres 5 parking spots the rest are for takeaway but those are all empty. No effort whatsoever. read more

A couple of double quarter pounders with Big Mac sauce simply elevate the end of the night experience to new heights! Every single time we've come out here we've been greeted by friendly staff and for a member of a fast food chain, the taste of their quarter pounders is delicious! What do their chicken sandwiches taste like? No clue! Because their quarter pounders with Big Mac sauce are amazing and that's the only thing we order! What do their Fillet-O-Fish taste like? If I can give them a zero, I would horrible customer service also doesn't know how to give proper orders out then when the wrong order is given out they take it and throw the whole thing away even if it's fresh food. As is in other places, the food should not be taken back and the proper item should be replaced. Very sad on how much food they are throwing away a day. read more

Negative 5 stars - I would never eat here personally however I had to wait in line for A Delivery Service for AN hour and counting, and deliver my customer cold burgers and melted frozen soda. They would not remake the order that sat for the hour - Poorly managed. All I know is this place was open when I need it most! I had just left Orlando at 5:15am. Couldn't find a special bakery down the street in Ybor open so I succumbed to Mickey D's! Hit the Egg White Delight McMuffin as that's the healthiest sandwich I will find with coffee that hit all cylinders and was not hot water. But what got me the most was the interior of this Ybor establishment. The designers embraced the 'hood's heritage and scored big time. Just check out the pics I took. I've been to some pretty bad mcdonalds and this is definitely not the worst one. It's a relatively big McDonald and for it's size and location it is kept pretty clean. The surroundings of this McDonald's can seem a little ghetto at times, but if you can get past that it's pretty nice inside. The service here is good as well. Not that fast. I went during a non peak hour as well and it looked like they were all just playing around on the other side of the register. But all in all you can fill most of your McD cravings here. read more

If I could give -100 stars, I would. My friends and I went to this mcDonalds around 2:30am on Sunday. Their marketing for this location states they are 24 hours. When we pulled up, we ordered and at the end she then disclosed they were cash only. (I worked at mcds before and they typically do this bc they turn off the computers and they don't want to redo the receipts and close outs but I wouldn't be surprised if they're pocketing the cash). So my friend politely asked if we could use the app to pay (because neither of us had cash) and she wasn't being nice nor understanding to our question. In which my friend had to reiterate and ask if it was ok to use the app. Where the employee responded "you're not making sense" and then we asked again in a different way, again very politely-(my friend is not a confrontational person) and then she said "whatever you do on the app doesn't interfere with our system so you can order on the app and pay thru there" okay great. We asked if we should stay in line or pull off to the side. She recommend we pull off to the side. (We should have stayed in the line. Note that it was moving very slow). So we park and order, payment completed and head back to go in line. There's a long line but cars kept leaving after they noticed it's cash only. By the time we get back to the speaker, another 20 minutes had passed. Which to me, is more than enough time for the food to be ready. On the app, drive thru was the only way to get the food because their lobby was closed and they're wasn't another option. So we pull up and immediately the same girl goes "we aren't taking anymore orders" and my friend says "we ordered on the app, is this where I go to give the code or should I go to the window?" And she repeats herself and says "we aren't taking anymore orders". My friend replies and says "we ordered on the app 20 minutes ago, I have the code". The employee asks for the code and looks up the order and then says "we don't have any chicken nuggets". (Implying that they never started the order). My friend asks if there could be a trade in food. Chicken nuggets for whatever is available, cheeseburger or something. She says "we don't have anymore patties, filets or nuggets. I Can offer you a refund but I'm not sure how to do that on our end". At this moment, I step in and I yell thru and say "we came in 20 minutes ago when you said cash only, we asked you if we could use the app and you said yes, we went back in line and waited another 20 minutes and now you're telling us there's no food and you can't even give us a trade for the nuggets after we waited so long?" And then the employee says "that's not my problem". To where I say, "aren't you supposed to be 24 hours?" And she says "that's neither here nor there" and I say back, "this is ridiculous. I've worked at McDonalds and I know there's more in the back" and she says "then go to that McDonalds". I'm livid at this point and extremely hungry so I start yelling at her stating she's no help and that's why she gets paid $10 an hour. Who stops serving food at 3am in a 24 hour fast food restaurant? When we pulled up the first time she could have easily stated that there's a limit on food for starters, cash only, and that because of the limit in food- they might not be able to accommodate our selection on the app. She was so rude from the start. No help and absolutely zero customer service. My friend was incredibly polite and she still wasn't being nice. After all that, we went to another McDonalds on Kennedy. Where I spoke to the manager there and she said they're not allowed to do that. If we paid on the app they have to give us the food or a refund. We told her what happened and she was incredibly friendly and helpful. She rang up our food order on the house. And said she would speak to her boss about that McDonalds because they shouldn't be advertising 24 hours and close at 3am. So shout out to Sharon at the Kennedy location. And Ybor McDonald's, do better, communicate so neither party has to waste their time and put someone else on the drive thru who actually knows customer service. My friend later on in the morning, received a full refund from the Ybor location but the behavior and complete ignorance could not go unnoticed. It's not that hard to communicate. read more

They just spent untold thousands updating the interior so they could add touch screen displays and push the ordering work down to the customers. They now have a single floating employee covering assistance with the touch screens, the one register reserved for cash transactions, and complete coverage of the lobby's tidiness. And this is exactly at noon. It is the shabbiest restaurant update I have seen. Remove the two breakfast sandwiches for $4 and there will be no more reason for me to visit this, or any, McDonald's. read more

They would not let me in, so I hopped on a scooter and attempted the drive thru. The "employees" very rudely explained that the morning manager was not in yet and that I could not order on a scooter. This McDonald's is the worst EVER!!!! Once in awhile I have these uncontrollable cravings for McNuggets dipped in honey. Well, I had one of those one night and I was looking forward SOOOO much to my McNugs w/ honey and this McDonald's HAS NO HONEY!!!! I have been to dozens and dozens of McDonald's all over the United States and never ever before have I been to a McDonald's that doesn't have pure honey. I had to end up eating my nugs with honey mustard and bbq. The worst McDonald's I have ever been to. They cannot even open their doors on time. It seems that management doesn't understand staffing. There is little which could pass for customer service at this dump. The tragedy is that it has custom architecture and interior design to fit the neighborhood, yet the franchisee seems to feel that he is there solely to service the interstate and transient traffic without regard to the local community, making locals feel unwelcome. They have covered charging outlets, don't maintain the wifi and have posted "no loitering" signs as well as removing the outside dining area. The contempt for the neighborhood is palpable. read more

Best Mcds around, just count your change before you leave the drive thru! The food is always hot and fresh. They always skimp on the fries but this is def the best Mcds food wise. On more than 1 occasion I have had to argue with the person at the drive thru window to give the correct amount of change back. read more

Disgusting customer service from overnight manager Cassandra. I had two orders and decided I was just going to pay for them together. When I asked the cashier in the window how much both of the orders were, he asked the woman running that section and she proceeded to very rudely say $5.34 for the first order and when I asked him again if he could tell me what the second order was so I could pay together she proceeded to repeat herself with a very nasty attitude refusing to tell me or the cashier what both orders were forcing me to pay them twice. Very nasty attitude I asked him what her name was and he told me Cassandra. I called yesterday to complain about her and was displeased that she picked up and informed me that she was the manager. That type of behavior should not be exhibited by managers. I will not be back to this McDonalds and will be calling in a complaint to corporate because someone needs to reprimand her for that behavior.
