(I like spicy but not so spicy that you can't taste anything and your mouth is just burning.) This burger was PERFECT! It had a HINT of both sweet and spicy. That's hard to do,, not make it so sweet that it's like eating sugar nor so spicy that you can't taste the flavors. The onions were perfectly cooked and the gouda was tasty!! The burger meat was cooked medium and was nice and juicy. Had a beautiful crisp piece of romaine lettuce and a pretty red tomato with a brioche type bun.
