I would love to rate the food but without any exaggeration of the 4 times I went over the last year, it's been closed for grill cleaning. I work late into the night so I have only been able to go between midnight and 1am. Because of the limited options that late, I keep trying to get a Big Mac. I gave it 2 stars only because when I finally decided to call and complain, the manager (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) was very apologetic and promised to escalate my complaint up. Thank you to her. My advice is take down the HUGE sign facing the freeway that says open 24 hours and turn the drive thru open sign off if you can't make burgers at specific times. read more

Waited 20 minutes to end up having my wife called a "f-n whore" in Spanish by their manager. Food was awful. Called corporate and received $2.00 coupon for breakfast biscuits. We have been coming to this McDonalds for a couple of years but our visit yesterday was the worst yet. At 10:45 am we ordered off the lunch menu to find that they were out of nuggets, and kind of milk and they informed us that the buttermilk chicken crispers weren't available until the 1st of the year. We finalize we're able to order once we found things that were actually available. Got to the window to pay and heave then 3 gift cards and cash for the remaining balance. She gave us the gift card back because she used the cash first and then swiped the gift cards, most people know to use the cash last but apparently here! Got to the food window and they tried to give us happy meal boxes that weren't closed. My husband asked if she could close them since we were traveling and she said she would try. As soon as we got to the first window and paid, nobody said a single word to us period. Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru pick up area. (Keep in mind we had a small order). Worker comes back with a bag to ask us if our order was right and it wasn't, so we waited even longer. I understand how fast food can get hectic, as I worked in fast food myself so I try to have as much patience as possible. But with how long we waited, at that point it was just ridiculous. December 31,2020 645pm , This location always giving my order wrong , if I order 6pcs nuggets they will give me 4pcs nuggets, I ordered Iced coffee hazelnut, they give me black coffee with no flavor, my suggestion is why the manager doesn't have a meeting with the crew and they're giving the wrong order? I had the worst of customer service experiences at approximately 11:30 AM on Saturday June 19th in the drive through. I ordered a large Carmel iced coffee with six Splenda in it. I also requested that it be extra stirred, because they frequently don't stir them. When I was given my drink it was not stirred, I told the young man that it was not stirred and he took it back from me then turned his back for 2 seconds, swirling the drink in his hand and returned it to me. I told him it was still not stirred and he told me I could stir it myself in the car. I explained that I do not carry spoons in my car and he said use the straw. I requested that he stir it with the spoon and he sat it on the counter and told his manager about it. The manager stirred it and set it back on the counter and about 20 seconds later the previous young man handed me the coffee. I asked for his name as I intended to contact Macdonald's Corporate office about the experience and he told me with extreme hostility that he would not give me his name and that I needed to leave now. I attempted to talk with him and he continued to tell me to leave. I asked to speak to the manager who reluctantly told me his name was Edward and asked for the initial young mans name and he said he could not tell me. I told him I just wanted a first name so I could include it in my response to Corporate and he still would not give it to me. I have gone to this and every Macdonald's in the area and never have been treated so poorly. I will not return to this Macdonald's and would highly recommend that you would not either!! read more

We ordered inside for a late lunch and, like the Mentone, CA Mcdonald's franchise location, were extremely disappointed that the television wasn't tuned to a family-friendly station, but was showcasing the owner's politics on the hyper-partisan One America News (OAN) channel. Asking for a friend, "Who dines in a McDonald's only to be surrounded by nut jobs offensively spewing political sewage the entire time?" Recently McDonald's thought it was best to put in Order Here Pay Here kiosks. Bad Bad Bad Bad! First off, I had a promo coupon that couldn't be applied at the station so I had to wonder through a bunch of confused people who didn't know where to go and had less than stellar help. The first thing I saw at that Order terminal was a touch screen that had a bunch of scummy and ugly finger prints all over it. Like, you want me to touch that??? The Grammy Squad is always on the look out for a deal. So we drove 10 miles to buy two 1.99 Happy Meals. Bummer out of luck the promotion is over. So what's the BEEF? Why do your order takers ask for preferences, apple slices or go-gurt and then don't follow through? We ordered the Go-gurt and found apple slices in both Happy Meals that we paid 2.99. So disappointed! WE WILL NOT RETURN HERE!!! My parent and I waited at the drive-thru for 55 minutes. We saw about 10 cars driving away from the store because the line wasn't moving. It took about 15 minutes for us to get to a mic (with the menu) where we took our order at the drive-thru. As soon as we got to a cashier, an employee sincerely apologized for the wait explaining that there were understaffed. Nevertheless, a manager(s) should've done something about that. When we get to the second window, we waited for our order for about 10 minutes. We saw employees and even a manager(s) making other orders...for the inside (not for drive-thru)! I understand that the morning is the toughest time during the weekend, but manager(s) should expect that and figure out the efficient way to reduce the line at the drive-thru. When we finally got our bag of order, we checked to see whether they put everything. As we expected, one of the breakfast sandwiches was missing. So we told an employee at the window that the sandwich is not in the bag. We finally got it 3 minutes later, but no apology at all! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I used to work at this store. I felt a need to express my feelings about my McDonalds trip. Today I was really hungry and felt a burning desire to go to McDonald's. When I got there I wanted to go through the drive through. I then proceeded to do so. However when I pulled up to the entrance of the drive through there was an elderly man vomiting on the road on the entrance to the drive through. Out of disgust I went to the main entrance. Which was extremely frustrating because I haven't left my car in WEEKS! Inside the building the cashier was picking his nose, and the entire building was flooded with trash. In the corner of the restaurant there were also some rather heavy men with a factory-sized container of Mayo. They also had stacks of Big Macs so tall you could barely see them. They were dipping the big Mack's in the Mayo and swallowing them whole. After taking this all of this in I began to order my food. I told the worker I was craving the FILET-O-FISH with extra mustard however they told me they were out. Nearly raging I spat at him that would settle for a quarter pounder. After ordering my food I longed for a place to sit down. But to my upmost irritation all the seating was occupied, either from food crusted on the seats or from people devouring their meals. This was extremely frustrating because I am not physically capable to stand for longer than 7 minutes. Taking a leaf out of Moses's book I had to bend over and part a sea of trash in order to sit on the floor to wait for my quarter pounder. After 8 grueling minutes my food was prepared. Deciding I would rather eat my food in my beat-up minivan than on the floor of McDonald's I brought my food into my car. When I opened the bag I was pleasantly surprised that the quarter pounder was the MEATIEST burger I have ever had. When I took the bite out the burger the flavor spread throughout my mouth, replenishing my energy on the spot. It is because of this I would recommend McDonald's to anyone needing a physical or mental PICK-ME-UP! read more

I'm not a regular check in at any McDonald's but while on a day trip to temecula we stopped at this location to get some quick food before heading over to the winery's for a balloon trip . We chose McDonald's because frankly it was Open . Upon entering the drive thru we thought we would be ordering off the lunch and dinner menu even though it was 4am. The menu still showed lunch selections so we Started ordering hamburgers and nuggets . The cashier quickly told that it was breakfast menu so we changed our order To a couple mcgriddle combos with hash browns and drinks . The food was prepared quickly and was very fresh and tasty . The service was big plus and even though we had a slight mix up they were prompt and courteous . All in all if I'm ever in the area I'll give this McDonald's location a thought . read more

Every time we come here through drive-thru we always experience the worst service ever. We ask for little things (lite mayo etc) and very polite upon asking as well. Instead we either get an attitude or a smart response of stupidity from staff. I am sorry but if the staff there is unhappy (straight up bad customer service) about their job they should get an education and do something better, to better themselves in acting towards their customers. *Evening and night shifts need to get their act straight. In the mean time I suggest they put up with their customers request and not throw a fit at all times.
