McDonald's got me today. I don't even like fast food, but I heard about the Grinch Meal that comes with Grinch socks (I'm a sucker for fun socks), so I ordered through the app. The app glitched and when I got there they "couldn't find" my already-paid order. I was told to reorder and that I'd be credited back "in a few days," which is super frustrating. To make it worse, the food was cold... and the Grinch Meal didn't include the socks at all. Service was very slow nobody would help you.. Food is okay but cold. On the happy meal for stranger things they didn't have the right toys so instead they gave us crocks toys and on my happy meal I didn't get one so the guy didn't let me get on in the front. read more

I thought I would give this location another chance because why not? I placed a mobile order which was fairly easy. I had my code and it was paid for. All I had to do was go to the drive-through. From my previous experience, their drive-through process absolutely sucked. It wasn't first come first serve. One lane seemed to take priority over the other. A car that was behind me went to the next lane and was helped first. How is that even possible?. Not only that, when I gave my drive-through code, they told me that the order did not go through and that they had to cancel. So instead of taking my order which they could have, I was told I could place an order through the restaurant. I honestly don't understand the process of this particular location. Every time I have gone, it has been the absolute worst experience. If I can give a negative 5 star review, I would. The funny this is that approximately one month ago, my kids wanted McDonald's so I decided to drive an extra 8 miles to another location just to avoid this one. I should have done the same thing. What a waste of time. If you want McDonald's, please go to another location. You'd probably get your food sooner and it would be accurate. They put in self-serve kiosk. Screwing everybody's orders out. It is not clean. The bathrooms are not clean. They have a urinal in the females bathroom which means that there is no extra stall anymore. So that means that everybody unless they're using the urinal will be using the disabled bathroom. Which I find very difficult and frustrating for those that are disabled. It was absolutely filthy. Fries were old. Oh my God was a coffee and french fries so as you can imagine that was pretty disappointing. Specially since french fries are four dollars now! Coffee is scolding which means that it's old and sitting there a long time. So definitely disappointing across the board. Sad to see that even grabbing fast food on the go is the hassle these days. read more

I stopped off at this location. On my way home. I wanted to write a review because the customer service here was great., the facility was clean. The ambience was nice and the food was presentable. When I got to my car and I opened up the package. It was all nice and neat and it wasn't put together sloppy., As you can see, I did start eating it before I took a picture, but this location seem to have a good staff at the time that I came in which was around 230pm. McDonald's launched the Monopoly promotion, however most locations do not have any tokens on hand to give after purchases. What's joke! Someone should file a class action lawsuit against McDonald's for false advertising or bait and switch. I purchased breakfast yesterday and today. The two hash browns usually have a token each or two. None! I had lunch yesterday in San Diego in my trip to the airport. No tokens there also, 70 miles away. We came to order some food and it wasn't super busy. I ordered fries and the girl at the window never put it in. It was no worries until I asked to order some separately, and the girl told me NO!!! This is my second time not receiving my fries in my Grubhub order. This is very ridiculous. Like how could you not check a combo for all of its ingredients McDonalds on Jefferson Ave. Temecula needs to pay attention to the food they are preparing. This McDonald's is just like the others as to their food. We usually will get their Egg McMuffin and eat it while travelling the 215 and between meals. The dining area is light and airy. The restrooms are okay. The staff is consistently slow. The kiosks are consistently inconsistent - we usually end up at the cash register for some reason or another. But this has been a convenient place to stop at for decades. read more

Went here to grab breakfast. Food tasted old-- biscuit was stale and hash browns tasted like they were fried in really old oil that hadn't been changed in twenty years. Also, I swear there was a fried cockroach clinging on for dear death to the hashbrown I was eating. Barf city. The bathroom was stink like farts and two month old mop water. This 1 star doesn't come from a "McDonalds Hater" Im actually a big fan of Micky D's and have been my entire life. Lover not a Hater. But in this case, I have to say that on Sunday June 18th This location was having a very very bad day. I have never been to this location and also thought it was an odd spot to put a McDonalds, It looked to be brand new and possibly still under construction. Inside I found caution tape and restaurant equipment lined up against a wall. I though are they even open? but there were customers, and crew so I got in line. a line nowadays?!? so I decided to use the restroom then place an order on the app, I wasn't in any kind of hurry. I did see "the sleeping employee" like another yelper did so we must have been there around the same time, just as a matter of fact I do not know anyone of the other 1-star yelpers from yesterday. Strange coincidence, I guess. The men's room needed a code almost as if it were downtown and not on a rural rd outside of town. Indeed this was not a new McDonalds as evident by the condition of this place inside. Well-worn is putting it nicely. Went through the drive thru Sunday night after picking my son up from his dads. Got my son a happy meal for the drive back home (45 mins). Didn't check his food first, so that is my bad (didn't realize the meal would be difficult to get fight). What was inside of his chicken nugget box was disgusting. An open container of sauce, as if an employee was using it for their meal. That's all that was in it. So my son had no meal. There was one of the 2 orders of fries in his box and the toy. That's all.
