Who ever the manager is that was working tonight (March 4, 7pm), needs to have more respect. Me and my sister ordered the habit meal deal, when we got our order, I notice the burger wasn't made correctly, they didn't put the avocado on it. When my sister went up to let them know, the manager reprinted the receipt and said yes look it was made correctly. My sister had to show her the picture saying where's the avocado. She took the trays from her hand through it in trash and said we will remake it. No apologies no nothing. But now I want to give a huge shout out to JUAN, who was working tonight....he apologized to my sister for the mistake and that he would bring it out to us when ready. I am giving this particular location a 5 plus star. The reason is for the graciousness of the manager, Pita, and the helpfulness of Raquel our cashier. The reason, I was having issues with the Habit's app and was trying to log in to receive my free burger and it was being non-responsive. Last night we let the kids decide dinner and they chose, The Habit! Its located in the Home Depot side of the shopping center next to Wienerschnitzel. The only downside is that if you want to park close, it can sometimes be a pain in the ass for parking. The Habit has a variety of charburgers, sandwiches, salads, sides, and sweet treats. They also have a good amount of seating on the inside and outside on a small patio. My son and husband both ordered plain charburgers with cheese. Son had a regular-sized one while hubby had the double char. Son had their sweet potato fries while hubby had regular fries. Our daughter decided on their teriyaki char with their tempura green beans while I chose their Santa Barbara Char with green beans as well. Upon ordering, I opened up their app since from time to time they do offer coupons! All burgers were made to order, juicy, well-seasoned, and decent in size. The Teriyaki Char is their burger is covered in teriyaki sauce and grilled pineapple. The Santa Barbara Char is a double-pattied burger with cheese, avocado, and the fixings on a buttery sourdough bread. For the sweet treats, we decided on an Oreo Milkshake, Mocha Shake and a strawberry sundae. Shakes were nice and thick while the sundae was delicious and sweet. Everything from the Habit was flavorful, the sides were nicely fried and crisp and we all left with happy bellies! The staff that assisted us this evening were friendly and helpful. Everything came out pretty quickly and the restaurant was well taken care of. Clean tables and service area. No issues here and will continue to visit when we get the chance. read more

Like many that visit we came here for a soccer tournament a few miles out and my kid just had to have Habit Burger. This place is pretty standard like all the other franchises with the same selections, self-kiosk checkout, and condiment section. The service was ok and nothing to rave about and the food was also okay with no major problems but nothing that stood out--for example crispy onion rings or fresh fries. The food we got was okay, not as hot or fresh as I would have preferred but my son liked his nuggets and we were given ranch like most Habit locations. Parking is ample as with many shopping areas in Temecula and you can find many lunch options around here also. read more

My daughter loves the fries here. It's easy to order. The only thing is that sometimes the fries are overcooked and they run out of the ketchup in the pump frequently. It's not always that clean. Ordered a kid cheeseburgers for my autistic toddler who always light up with a meal from Habit, but when he was refusing to eat I checked and saw why. Soggy cold fries, burger rock hard and char dust all over the top bun( as seen in photo). I ordered a double char and fries, both cold and bland. I'm assuming it's because I didn't tip on the app. I tip in person with cash, however It appears this is the reason why the food was not up to quality standard. So apparently tip on the app or get really horrendous service. As someone who has been in the service industry, I get it, but to do THIS to a kids meal, now that's just a new level of low. The food was of poor quality and preparation. I can cut them some slack on the poor preparation because of staff being in the weeds (limited staff). The fact is they had two dedicated people to prep for curbside service AND door dash like services. The Pandemic is over people so stop having people hand deliver your food to your car. Please be extremely careful ordering chicken/a salad with chicken here! I ordered two salads, the Santa Barbara Cobb, in which they forgot the chicken and the avocado. I also ordered another salad, and the chicken in it was RAW! Like pink pieces of chicken that you could SEE were not cooked thoroughly, and I did not realize until I got home. As soon as I realized my entire meal was incorrect, I returned to the location, and the young lady, I believe, was in charge, ignored us ... she walked away, so we waved her over & showed her the raw chicken. She didn't seem to care and walked over with the salad to show one of the cooks at the grill that the chicken was raw; he was telling her that the chicken was uncooked like he had to point it out to her because, for some reason, she didn't see pink chicken as an issue or something ... she had such a nasty attitude like we were a problem for wanting another salad. Then I showed her the other salad was missing chicken and avocado. She caught another attitude and asked if I tossed the lettuce around to find it. I told her yes. As you can see, I dug through the salad because I wouldn't be here if I hadn't. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff here was excellent except the person who seemed to be in charge. Last night my wife and I had a very nice experience at this Habit burger. We were greeted by a very cheerful young woman by the name of Reyene (pronounced "rain"). She couldn't have been any nicer. We enjoyed a couple of char burgers . They were the best burgers we have ever had at a Habit burger establishment. We also had some onion rings and green beans. Both were delicious. We even thanked the kitchen staff for the great tasting food. Make sure you do that when visiting if you enjoy your meal. I know they really do appreciate the feedback. You won't be disappointed by this Habit Burger restaurant. There is one suggestion that would be really helpful for the company. Look into the possibility of remaking your veggie burger. We ordered it in the past, but it wasn't good. Hopefully you can pass this on to the corporate team. This is just a suggestion and has no reflection on this particular restaurant. If you know what you want and are using a credit card, I recommend order from your phone or at the kiosk just inside the door, the line at lunchtime can get long! Stopped here on my way home from grocery shopping to pick up lunch for my hungry kids. Placed my order on the kiosk in the lobby for 3 kids means (2 cheeseburgers & a grilled cheese with applesauce) and the new Cuban burger at 12:28p. I received a text at 12:41p that my order was ready, so I went to the pickup counter. The manager, Giovanni, told me he didn't know why I got the text and that they were still working on my order, it would just be a few more minutes. Another customer chimed in to say he also received a text and was told the same thing. At 12:50p, I went back up to check on my order as many customers who came in after us received their food. The same manager, Giovanni, told me another guy working there had called my name 3 times and he didn't know where my order was. I had been standing right by the counter and the only orders called since I'd been there were the 2 still sitting on the counter waiting for patrons to pick them up. Giovanni went to deal with other orders at that point and did not immediately offer any resolution to my order. He went to the register and placed a new order for me at 12:54pm to replace my missing order. I asked him to expedite the order as I had already been waiting 30 minutes at this point. His response was "yeah yeah we'll see what we can do." I received my food at 1:32pm, and had to correct it as they were missing half of my order for my children. Many other customers walked up to complain during the time that I was there waiting. Another customer had placed his order on the kiosk around the same time I had and also required a remake on his order as it too went MIA. This customer had his remake put in 10 minutes after mine and received it before I received my food. At that point it felt my food wasn't being expedited as retribution for my unhappiness with the service I was being offered. While I got upset, I was never rude nor demeaning to the staff. I also asked for a refund for my order initially and was told I had to do it through the website because he couldn't control kiosk orders. However he offered refunds to several other patrons directly out of the register. We have been Habit customers for many years in other areas, but this location has completely soured our experience and we will never return to another Habit restaurant. Giovanni never once offered an apology for losing orders or the wait it was taking for the food. Simple orders for salads we're taking as long as burgers that require cooking. This level of service is unacceptable and I hope that the owners take note of the image their lack of management is portraying of their business. read more

The burgers are very good here. the restaurant also has really yummy sweet potato fries and green bean fries( sounds weird but they are so good!) None of the burgers were labeled so when opened they fell apart. Toppings hap hazard little lettuce, lots pickles, a slice tomato and small blop of mayonaise. The Cauliflower Garlic Parm was stone cold and smelled sour (not parm cheese smell). The fries were cold and no salt. We also didn't receive any ranch or ketchup requested. The Vanilla shake was thin... Ordered through app, picked up in 20 minutes, so shocked at the bad quality we've never experienced at any Habit Burgers. From the recent reviews Temecula location is not producing quality food that the Habit is known for. It was a miserable meal and a waste of $58. read more
