Slowest drive through in my life. Actually thought I was a joke played on me and looking for cameras. Never again.

The slowest service ever from a McDonalds. Expect a long wait in drive through. I don't know why. When I pulled up there were a bunch of employees standing around. Food is fine though. I'm just not sure what takes them so long. It seems this is an ongoing problem. read more

This was by far the worst visit I have ever had at a McDonalds. We were out and about and heading home from our evening of fun and my friend decided he wanted a BicMac and Fries from McD's so we made it a point to visit. It was approximately 130am so we expected a little bit of a wait since it was so late, however, what we didn't expect was to sit at the speaker box for 10 minutes without even an acknowledgment. The cars in front of us did and the cars behind us did, but alas we did not. We finally left the speaker box and got to the window and the employee tries to give us someone else's order. We told them we hadn't ordered yet as no one acknowledged us. He the asked for our order. He didn't even have the temerity to say he was sorry. We ordered which that itself was a project as the gentleman was trying to remember our order versus writing it down or inputting it directly to the the computer. He gave us our drinks and asked us to pull into the parks lot which we did, of course he gave us our drinks but did not give us straws. Finally the food came and we had to send the delivery guy back to get us straws and also some ketchup. We got back to our hotel and we ate our burgers and fries which were very good and seemed fresh. The basis for this low score was the lack of service, empathy and even an apology. read more

Don't do a mobile order on the app for here.... it took longer than just waiting in that drive thru lane. I've been parked curbside for 15 mins and now finally walked in and it's still not ready.... I ordered 25 min ago. People have lunch breaks and try to prepare ahead of time... just don't come here if you're on a time crunch. read more

Yikes!!! This is not at all a fast food place. Took forever in the drive-thru. We waited nearly 4 minutes before anyone said anything to us. We thought they didn't know we were there, until we said hello! There's also no list of soda on the menu board. You'd have to ask them for a list or hope they have what you want. read more

I was told tonight through the drive thru that they were only taking cash and you can only order drinks. Don't be open and have terrible service. I would give a lesser review if possible. No one cares for a drink, people come here for food. Ridiculous. read more

Oy vey! How bad can a drive through experience be, let me count the ways. 1. First on the hit list, they gave my husband sweet tea instead of regular tea. A unpardonable sin for him. (Un drinkable) 2. When handing him the bag and it exploded in our window! French fries everywhere and the server was trying to shove my happy meal in hubby's face so he could slam the window shut. No "oh sorry" no, oh gosh "let me replace those, or get that mess out of your truck" My husband said tersely "hang on I'm still dealing with containing with the last bag you shoved at me". I actuality laughed as it was so far out of the norm. 3. My happy meal was NOT HAPPY. Stone cold cheeseburger. Apple slices that tasted like water and lime juice. AND NO DRINK. We ordered 2 large fries, an ice coffee, and 2 large ice waters. Apparently he couldn't hear us or even care to hear us because he stopped talking to us and left us at the intercom without charging us for the waters. So we pulled up to the window and he tells us that he didn't even put our order in. Terrible customer service i am never coming to this mcdonald's again, rude and arrogant employee. read more

It's just your usual McDonald's conveniently located just off of the 15 freeway. I ordered breakfast and it came out just the way it should.

Was happy to see they were open with no line on a Friday night. Unfortunately it was the longest wait in line. When I went up to the window, there was no apology for the wait. McDonald's food taste pretty much the same and at least the order was correct. It just seemed hastily thrown together though and the fries were room temperature. read more

Double drive through, but seems to have twice the problems of your regular McD's. I had been craving a Big Mac for weeks, and decided to swing into the drive thru. My Big Mac had been attacked, or at the very least looks like it had been pillaged. The bun was smashed, lettuce looked like confetti all on the inside of the box, and my patty was way off center. I pulled to the side and reassembled my sandwich only to find that it was missing secret sauce. I turned to my box of fries for some solace, and they were cold and soggy. Tell me why every effin time I come here late though the drive thru I'm waiting like 45 minutes just to get my food and get out of there. Smh. I hate Mcdonald and is only my choice when in n out is too packed but then again, I've never ever been in that drive thru line more than 20 minutes there so I should just continue to go there for now on. read more

Just when i thought this place was at rock bottom by my last review, I decided to tag along with a friend and dine in just to see if it had improved. I was completely wrong. When my friend and I entered the facility, we approached the register to place our order with an employee. She politely told us to use the kiosk. First of all I hate these kiosks because they make everything far more complicated. There was a nice family of 3 next to us struggling with using the kiosk , and had asked numerous time to be helped by an employee. The employees tried to help them but refused to simply place the order at the register. We took a number as if our order was going to be brought to our table and instead they called us up to the counter 20 mins later. The cook in the back was struggling, alarms and timers going off. Complete chaos. Angry frusterated customers everywhere. Our food was horrible. French fries ice cold. No ketchup. The customers that struggled with the kiosk went up to see what was going on after 40 minutes and next thing I know were being told to leave and have the cops called on them just because they wanted a refund. Worst McDonalds I've been to in years. Wow. I thought maybe they were just having a bad day....then I looked at the yelp comments and apparently it is always bad. I thought I could zip through drive thru this morning to grab a quick bite at about 10:35 am. 45 minutes later, after being parked for 10, I decided to go inside to see what was holding things up. It was chaos. A guy who looked like the store manager was working Grill (first mistake) and a young gal who appeared to be a Shift manager was behind the counter looking like a deer in the headlights, and she kept her back to the guests 99% of the time. It's Saturday, guys, and your store manager should be running the floor, or at least put a competent swing on that position. They told customers that they were short handed.....uh...no they weren't. They had plenty of crew but they were really, really disorganized. After waiting and watching so many customers get mad, I finally got my sausage biscuit with egg. And it had cheese on it! Ugh. I can't eat cheese. So no breakfast for me. I felt bad for the crew because bad management isn't their fault. I'm surprised the crew didn't walk out. I was a McD's store manager for years and sure, there were rough days. But a good manager let's those bad days be rare, and when you do get into a rough spot, you take charge; you don't hide in the Grill area or just stare at the landing zone willing food to come up. Not sure whether this is a corporate store or a franchise but whomever owns it needs to start paying attention. This store could be a gold mine, but not when it's run so poorly. Very sad. read more

Is it possible to give zero? this is the absolute worst place I've ever been. Sat in the drive through yelling at the call box with no answer. Pull up to the window and they clearly don't have their crap together. They look so confused. I pull up to the wait area and I look inside and I see workers messing around and on their phone. Took over 15 min in drive thru! No apologies for the wait or anything. Don't know why they took for ever, several cars drove off.

I don't eat the food here, but I thought I'd stop for a drink... The absolute slowest drive-thru I have ever been in!

I like to see 2 drive throughs, unfortunately I'm here at the middle of lunch. Still the wait seemed very long for precooked food. My local McDonalds is faster. My rating is based on speed, this is fast food after all. If you've never tried the Big Mac it is to die for!! read more

Worst service. I ordered a happy meal, I paid she gives me my drink and continuous her deep conversation with friend then gives me the toy and tells me this is what you're waiting for right? I went in to order a Happy Meal with a Hamburger and fries with NO salt. I caught an employee by the name of Deleaney throwing some already cooked fries back into the Fryer! I told her I did NOT want those fries and she said, "This just removes the salt". REALLY?! She ended up giving them to the drive-thru customers! So they were REFRIED French fries and those poor customers wouldn't even No what she DOES. I would say did, but apparently she does that all the time! The scary part is that the Manager allows her to do it! The Manager is the same age as these young High School employees so she's probably one of her peers from school. I went to another McDonalds and asked the Manager if they also REFRY their French fries when a customer asks for NO salt and she said "ABSOLUTELY NOT!" So there you have it. This employee at this location on Jefferson Avenue is NOT following McDonalds guidelines and can potential get someone sick. I strongly believe that the Health Department should pay this location a visit! God only knows what else they're doing illegally. You DO NOT want to eat at this McDonalds. read more

So my friends and I were refused service by the manager and employees of this location. They refused to use the cash register and wanted us to only use the computer automated kiosk. Well when I'm hungry from a hard days work, all I ask is to make a simple order with a real human person. This has to be the most unprofessional staff that lacks simple customer service location. *** Pitstop Review (Temecula) *** I spotted this location from the freeway and decided to a stop for a quick bite, coffee, and a bio-break. For a person like myself who can drive up to 1,000 miles a week on busy periods there are very specific things I like. I like easy access in and out of parking lots because my vehicle is large. I hate small parking spaces made for clown cars from the circus. I like clean establishments especially the restrooms! Most of the time during the day the service has to be quick so I can get in and out. Dinner is more often reserved for sit down dining at a restaurant. I need to preface my review of a Micky D's to establish a foundation as to why I would even rate a fast food place. Trust me, I've been to some crappy one's in bad areas that I would not want to go back to. EEK. I get it's McDonald's but really? Sat at the drive through for 5 minutes with no one there, repeating myself "hello? Hello???" All for someone to come and and say "ya?" This is probably one of the worst fast food restaurants I've been too. They asked me if I wanted a tomatoe on my burger and that's what I got. It was 8pm and they weren't busy at all. Give your customers something they enjoy eating not something they will puke up in 2 hours. That's what we get for wanting "fast food". read more

I go hear a lot and the service is usually fairly good when you think of the "McDonalds" connotation. My experience this morning though, just wow. I waited at the drive thru and had to say something before they even said anything. Then I practically had to yell so I could be heard. Then they proceeded to tell me their machine that makes the frappes was "broken" when the car in front of me got one. Sounds like laziness to me. Then the manager, I believe either Hispanic or Philippino, forgets to give me my card, and I had to ask for that too. Probably one of the worst experiences I've had. The only reason I'm giving this two stars is for the sake of having the food be good, as always. Customer service definitely needs some work though. read more
