Excellent service and very friendly employees. Super clean lobby and nice restrooms. Great place to stop for a quick bite when you're on the road. Would stop here again.

Gross and raw. Went thru drive thru and got home. Raw burger. Don't go. Not getting any response on complaint.

5 stars for a nice area for the kids to play and friendly staff. Not many Mcdonalds still dedicate square footage space, and the maintenance involved in maintaining and cleaning a play area, and this is one of the few left. My kids enjoy playing and getting McDonalds food on occasion. Will be back to this location for the play area.

Close location intown. Always has a line. While we were in town for a reunion we frequented this McDonald's. The drive thru staff was quick, efficient and polite.

Super nice staff here, they helped make my first stay in Tillamook/Cape Lookout perfect. And my food was fresh & place is clean.

It's good and the food is amazing but their employees should get paid better for everything they have to deal with

There's a lot more talking than working, employees pay more attention to co-workers then to Costumers. Sloppy when packing and making food.

Stopped for a quick bite on the way back home & they had everything so fresh , I've never had hotter fries or my burger so hot from any other McDonald's.

Date of visit: May 10, 2026…read more If you're visiting Portland, this is a bit of a drive, and can be harrowing for those that are not a fan of heights, but it is worth the trip to see their impressive operation and try some amazing dairy products. I was looking forward to the ice cream all day and it definitely didn't disappoint! I had a Salty Caramel Pretzel shake and it was quite possibly the highlight of the entire trip to Oregon! We did the self-guided tour and for the low low price of free 99, it was amazing. The large windows and clear explanation made it easy to follow the process from start to finish; can't say I've ever seen 40 pound blocks of cheese before! Before the ice cream, we split the grilled cheese and mac and cheese, both being very good. The fries that accompanied the sandwich though, were unremarkable. Why they don't serve them as cheese fries I will never understand. I wanted to go five stars here but the staff could be better. It's great that they seem to hire so much local youth, but there didn't seem to be anyone supervising or helping direct traffic, resulting in the indoor ice cream line being 15 people deep and the outside line being empty, with staff just standing around talking about their relationship woes (this I tell you from firsthand experience) instead of helping out in other places where it's needed. The cashier in the gift shop seemed to be personally offended that we were keeping her from her Instagram...

Tillamook is locally made in Oregon and a must-stop when visiting. Although I thought it was…read moreoverrated, it's something to do at least once. There is a Tillamook Country Smoker down the street, which is a small beef jerky outlet shop, and then there's the highly visited Tillamook Creamery, where they make the cheese and ice cream. The jerky outlet was awesome with really affordable prices and a variety of flavors, including tons of sugar-free options. Tillamook Creamery, on the other hand, was hectic. Lines everywhere, but managed well with all their signage and employees directing you where to go. The parking lot was huge and crowded, but easy to find a spot as people came and went. Food 2/5* On first glance, everything looked good. I planned to get so many things, but they ran out of grilled cheese sandwiches and when I saw them cutting up the deep dish pizza and it was soft, not crispy, I changed my mind on the pizza. The burger was tiny and you couldn't really taste the sharp white cheddar at all. The mac and cheese, also bland. The random sprinkle of crushed pretzels on top did not work at all - too chunky, hard, and did nothing to enhance the mac and cheese. The only dish that was good with flavor were the cheese curds. Dipped in spicy ranch, it was a great pairing. Self-Guided Tour & Samples 5/5* The highlight was the self-guided tour upstairs that allowed you to look into the factory below. On the way out was a sampling station, where they had 4 choices of packaged cheese snacks to sample, plus whatever special they had. They were so generous, with no limit to how many you wanted to sample. The best was the smoked black pepper white cheddar. Dog Friendly 3/5* They also had a store inside selling all their goodies and merchandise, including for dogs! Although the front had a huge lawn allowing dogs, it was inconvenient that dogs weren't allowed inside. There were two lines inside, one for hot food and the super long line for ice cream. There's also another line outside for just ice cream only and small snacks. It would've been nice if there was a line for hot food outside so those with dogs could stay together. Overall it was a good experience, but a one and done kinda thing.

My Wife and I went in as we're used to Pandemic Protocol. We ordered four yummy sandwiches. Each different than the other. All but one toasted. We got a couple drinks. Our delicious smelling sandwiches and said, thank you very much. Now where to eat. One of our crew needed a bathroom and Subway shut theirs off to the public for obvious reasons. I really like a toasted sandwich, Subway is usually a great experience for my Wife and I. Thanks Tillamook Subway. Stay clean. Stay open.
