We stopped by the garibaldi food cart pod and decided on country squire kitchen! We had the chicken melt. I thought the curry undertones were very good. The bread was very soft and I liked the zucchini inside the sandwich. I would have loved more veggies and other fillings to compliment and balance the cheese. The chips were not a favorite of mine, it may have been that they were about to expire or just a brand that's not very flavorful. I had I feel like if I paid $16 (including tip) a sandwich and a bag of chips at a restaurant I would have been disappointed and that's how I feel about this combo. We came to have beers at De Garde Brewery in Tillamook and were happy to see a food truck right next door - you can see it in the photo taken from inside De Garde how close it is. The guy in De Garde said we could order food from the food truck and bring it inside and have with our beers! WIN WIN! We each got the double smash burger along with a pulled pork hatch chile sandwich... the pork/chile sandwich was so so good BUT I must admit their burgers are as good a burger as I have ever had anywhere. If you like to try different types of sandwiches they have lots of options and the pork hatch chile sandwich is an amazing choice. But if you are into burgers and want to have a burger perfectly cooked with fresh ingredients that melts in your mouth get the burger! Or get one of each like I did! read more

Country squire is my favorite place to eat in Tillamook, honestly maybe anywhere. I am addicted, we go at least once a week and I am obsessed! My boyfriend has celiac, and they are so kind and will make anything a gluten free option for him. I am loyal to the chicken melt, it's an addiction at this point. Awesome food! I have eaten here a lot since they've opened and they never disappoint! I just had a turkey smash burger today which was super tasty and filling! It just melted in my mouth:) I love their chicken and pork bowls, always a staple for me. I always look forward to what they have for specials each week...like the chicken tinga bowl last Saturday (mmmmm). So I picked up the special today and Im so friggin happy I did! The Spicy Smash Burger. This hunky burger cooked perfectly with melty cheese and loaded with sautéed jalapeños and poblano chilis peppers. So delicious! I just found my new favorite spot under the big G. We drive by these food trucks all the time but had never stopped to eat. Our mistake! Decided to stop and eat at Country Squire Kitchen and couldn't have asked for a better meal. We both had wraps (1pork 1chicken) and they were both excellent! Naan Bread was fresh and the pork and chicken both were tender and delicious and the rest of the ingredients were also fresh and full of flavor. The owners (?) were extremely nice. I had the pork wrap. Best I have ever had. It was so yummy, flavorful, and tender. If you ever drive through Garibaldi you need to stop at this food cart for food. You will not be sorry.
