Was surprised that there are plenty food trucks in Tillamook. Well the name of this place was not Sab, but Thai kitchen and absolutely delicious and very fresh ingredients. Shrimp fried rice had very fresh Chinese greens and jumbo shrimp! Drunken noodle was delicious and perfectly cooked noodle not soggy... I did ask for 4 star spice but wasn't too spicy. I ate here twice on my trip and not bad for being in a. Smaller town. A little more veggies then I'm accustomed to in there noodle dishes. Beef noodle soup was the winner for me and the reason I went twice. The meatball was non Asian and threw me off, but for noodles soups the choices in the area are limited. Truly incredible! I stopped here on a drive through Tillamook and was not disappointed -- quality, flavorful food at a very reasonable price. We traveled most of the day and wanted some good food. We saw this place had great reviews. Unfortunately, I am docking the point for service. After not being helped At the window for quite a while, my husband peaked his head in to say hello. There was a lady in there. Pleasant when we spoke. She left us after telling her the first thing we wanted and finally finished the order when she came back. It took sooo long to get our order! The time frame was more like a sit down restaurant. The lady was by herself so I'm sure that was it. We ordered the shrimp pad tai, which was excellent! Very tasty! We also got the beef noodle soup, pineapple fried rice, and potstickers. I have to say that finding decent asian food on the Oregon coast is a very big challenge. A person can only take so much fried food or heavy American fare and that is generally what you find on the coast. Well after spending years and years trying this one or that and always finding them blah or worse I finally found a really good spot in a cart in Tillamook. I had the drunken noodles (pad kee mow) and asked for spicy. What I got was the best version of this I have had in a long, long time. It was well balanced, the noodles were fresh and perfectly cooked and the spice was on point. Also, it was chock full of veggies and my selected protein. beef. It is such a comfort to know that this cart is there and I will definitely being going back and using it as a staple take away to eat while staying along the north Oregon coast. Next time I will try their green curry which looked really good from the table next to ours and generally travels well for eating wherever you may be staying. read more

Good Thai from a food truck at the beach? Yes ma'am, yes sir! Had the Massaman curry it was very good with subtle flavors that don't overwhelm you but mix in harmony. So stoked we stopped by the Sab food truck on our way home from the coast! It was literally the best food we had eaten in a while! I wish I would have taken photos but we ate it too fast;) the couple making our food were so kind and generous. We got samples of boba tea and loved the coconut! We got the shrimp wontons, pad thai, salad rolls and papaya salad with grilled steak. Amazing! And prices were good for the excellent authentic cooking! Just had their pad thai 4 star. And it was great! As avid thai food lovers, my fiance and I thoroughly enjoyed this pad thai. We often see very saucy pad thais but this one wasnt very saucy but each bite still bursted with flavor. We will definitey come again if we visit this area again. read more

This is my go to place in town. Often they are the only one open in the food court and I always call them the hardest working little food cart! The food is consistently wonderful. The couple who run it are very friendly and kind. The other day it was really cool outside and my teeth were chattering as I waited for my food. The woman insisted I sit in my car across the parking lot and she would walk my food over to me. She did that for others as well. Who does that? They happily customize orders and do other little extras, like her husband sneaking candy for the kids into our order on Halloween. The food is always fresh and served with a smile. read more
