We were one of two customers in the dining room. I waited for 40 min and no one acknowledged me after placing my order at the kiosk , 40 min ago. They only prepared orders that were drive-thru. There were 2 cars in the drive thru. They weren't busy. There were four employees working and a manager. They saw us but did not say anything at all. I finally spoke and asked, after 40 min, for a refund because I could not wait any longer. The manager was not friendly. Didn't say anything. Started to process a refund. My husband was upset that she never spoke at all to us or offered an apology for waiting so long without any communication and he used a curse word and said we waited for 40 f$&@& minutes. She told him not to curse and then threw the receipt down and told him he wouldn't be getting any food and no refund and she was going to call the cops. The cops came, spoke to her and to my husband. She issued a refund and we left. We knew this particular location was not a good one. It is known for its rude, substantial delays/wait times, and food orders being in correct. It was against our better judgment to visit this location. We won't be back. read more

I usually don't review mcdonald's just because everyone knows how they are lol but I do like to warn my fellow peeps when certain establishment just lack customer service, courtesy and efficiency. We place a mobile order and once we went in, we waited awhile... 25 mins. It wasn't until we had to speak up and ask for our mobile order. The dining room was filled with restless patrons but luckily we all maintained distant from another. Our ice cream cone couldn't be fulfilled since the machine was broken - shocker lol - so we asked to get refunded for that. The employee called the manager over and she had a nasty attitude and just flat out told us she can't refund our meal and we told her we asked for a refund on the ice cream not the meal. So she in a disgruntled manner did the refund and didn't even say sorry, here you go, nothing. Just turned quickly around. Horrible. read more

I come to this location all the time. Not only for the food, for the customer service. They are all so friendly and great. They have amazing attitudes, for one the restaurant looks amazing from the inside/ out . They know how to greet , help their customers that come in. The management there is so lovely and know how to run the restaurant. The food quality was amazing delicious and refreshing...the tea is like my grandma's tea growing up. My filet of fish was tasty and quick. They advertised Pumpkin Spice Latte - sounded yum, so I had to indulge. It took several minutes, after my sandwich was handed to me, to get the coffee, and it was not very hot. But the real turn off were the employees. ALL accept one wore their masks below their noses, so why bother? And interestingly, two employees (managers?) were interviewing someone at a table back by the restrooms. None of the three wore masks. I may be vaccinated, but in my part of the state....employees wear masks to reassuringly serve the public. Covid hygiene matters. read more

I am only reviewing the service and coffee from this location since I've never eaten anything from here. Located off of I-95 at the Titusville exit this is one of three locations I frequent to get my coffee fix when traveling home from the Orlando Airport. The two window setup at the drive-thru works flawlessly. They confirm your order when they take payment and they also repeat your order on delivery at the second window. But the best part of the service here for me is they fix my coffee exactly to my liken. read more

Arriving around 7:15am on a Tuesday, the drive-thru had a short line, but no line at the inside counter. I had to use the bathroom anyway, so hubs went in to order for us. Interestingly, their women's bathroom has only one stall. It's wheelchair-accessible with its own sink. Yet there's a second sink outside of the stall. But everything was very clean & well-stocked, and that's really the point. I ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin with a hash brown & large Diet Coke. As usual, I ate my hash brown right away, and it was perfectly delicious. However, I don't typically eat breakfast so I wasn't ready for my sandwich. When I finally ate it, around noon, it was still quite tasty. My expectations of any McDonald's revolves around my standard menu item preferences. This location met & exceeded all of my expectations. I will definitely stop here again the next time I'm in the area. read more

We arrived at 8 AM on a Sunday morning. They explained that they did not have breakfast burritos for another 15 minutes. We left and went to Publix to grab some things. When we returned, the excuse was "we can't take cards because our computers are down." When we said we had cash, they then said "well, we have to reboot the computers." We waited a few minutes. Ordered. Then they said that our order wasn't ready because they were waiting on hashbrowns. We pulled up to the line to wait. After waiting a few minutes, our food came out. The Garden St location is the worst run location! I have had nothing but problems with their orders from day 1! They never give you what you ordered and then when you get home you find that you got the wrong items even when you have reviewed your order with the employee. The bottom line is you spend good money and wind up getting ripped off. When you call the location and want to speak with the manager they are never there! The employee on the phone treats you with disrespect. I called corporate and they take your info you may be lucky if you get a callback. I have had to launch a dispute with my credit card company in order to recover my loss with them. I would rate them no stars if I could. Avoid this location and go to the RT50 location. read more

My wife were running late to visit my mom and grandma down in Ft Pierce, so we didn't have time to eat breakfast before we got on the road. We decided to hop off the highway hit this McD's for a quick bit of drive thru. When we pulled in, we were the 5th car in line. The girl who took my order was friendly and the line moved fast. This location is older, but appeared clean from what I could see through the window. Our order was correct and the food was neatly packaged, hot, and fresh. It was 1:30am on aug 22 and I was really craving fresh fries from Mc'Ds, so here I find myself at this McDonald's, I order "fresh fries and guava pies". The man in the sneaker told me about a promo on the pies, 2 for $1.50 and sold me on the extra pie. Then when repeating my order he said "fries overdone", when I received my food from the Latino guy with the curly ponytail & tried the first fry I nearly died and went to heaven. It was the best fries I have ever got from McDonald's in my life. I don't know what it is about this place but they seriously cook the food here with their heart & soul. I've never gotten a bad order from here. There are 2 McDonald's in Titusville that I have eaten at. The one on garden street is designed for a quick in and out. Smallish with only a few eat in tables. Staff friendly, and the place including bathrooms are clean. The other McDonald's is more family friendly. It's the biggest McDonald's that I have ever been in and my Grandkids loved the play area. We ate, the kids (me included) played having a great time. And the deserts were really good too. This McDonald's is on Us1 in Titusville. River side of the road. read more
